I am extremely disappointed in the customer service that I received from Sarah yesterday, 03/01/2022. From the moment I walked in, I was given dirty looks from Sarah and as soon as I approached her she had a horrible attitude! Not only was she extremely rude she was not helpful! There was 2 other customers that were in there with me and when She was asked a question from another customer she just looked at the lady! Jason, her team leader saved the day and was extremely helpful with me and the other customers! If you don’t like your job don’t take it out on paying customers, it’s as simple as that!

GameStop stores are on decline. People don't want to go to the actual store buy things anymore. The overhead does add to the cost of the items which makes sense. Sometimes it's nice to just immerse yourself in game swag. Bought a used system. It worked. Satisfied.

Love this Game Stop. They have / had a manager named Jason. He is the most informative person on each item I had a question about. What an amazing guy. Helped me with a few pre-orders and a few shirts.ive been to several games tops through the United States. This is by far the very best I've been too. Thank you all so much.

I checked on the website if you have ps5 in stock and I tried to call today just to make sure you have it but nobody answered the phone the whole day I called 10 times 🙄

This location has great customer service. One location made a mistake but Anthony and the manager were awesome and made it right. I will definitely be back here!

Clean store and the staff were helpful and friendly. We got greeted right away and got what we needed quickly and without hassle.

Love GameStop just not this one.. Worst service. Needed a $60 controller so I ask the lady to cash me out she let me stand there for a while before acknowledging me she then grabs the controller from the back and says the girl next to her would cash me out right? Stood forever in line waiting so they could close up and have conversations with each other instead it’s closing time now half hour later.. and I don’t like making people wait on me! So i won’t make them for me at Walmart instead Edit: UPDATE! Sadly, Walmart has a bigger selection and for a half of the price
