Great accommodation. De Aar had Load-shedding every day while I stayed there but the still managed to serve me a cup of coffee in the morning. Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and bedding. I stayed over for 7 nights. Well priced.

It wasn't an experience...it was just a place to sleep. No personal touch. Towel rod broke, dirty under the bed, no special bfast. Very mediocre.

Had an amazing experience and still having it as we only living tomorrow. We will have our final breakfast before and surely it will be an amazing one.

rooms are good and clean. the two ladies that maintaining the place are the sweetest ever.

Despite a short notice booking from our side, we had a heartfelt welcome by the owner, Anel, herself. The rooms were lovely, modern, clean and tidy with everything we needed to make it a very pleasant stay.

Best place to stay in De Aar. Hospitality and professionalism at all times. Clean and the best Karoo breakfast every morning; and laundry available at all times to the visitors. Highly recommend whether passing or visiting De Aar. Oh and the fireplace inviting for a lekka braai. Most helpful and friendly staff.

Usually guests need to book a room in advance, but Hearts Haven welcomed me a d was more than willing to help me on no.99 when I urgently needed a place to stay for the night...You don't always get these type of service,hospitality and professionalism in SA. Was such an relief to walk into a clean, modern and air-conditioned room after booked in by friendly and helpful staff at reception...I will surely see you again and recommend your guest house to everyone.

I had a great stay here. We arrived a bit later than planned, but Anel (owner) welcomed me heartily. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and nicely decorated. There was a small kitchenette and I felt safe. Looking forward to visiting again!
