The staff are very rude and unappreciated for ones patronage. The teenagers that work in this store seem to have a need to talk and text more than work and assist. The manager, an old woman with blonde hair is very rude when and if you turn down her offer for a club card. I won't be returning. This review is based off my first and last visit. I am a loyal customer to Sephora but it is nice to try new places alas this was a disappointment and a stressful service situation. The product choice is large with a salon towards the back of the store yet the newer more trendy products don't seem to be sold here which is confusing because this is a very new location.

The friendlest people ever as soon as you walk in! I personnaly went in for Opalex products, shampoo was there but not the conditioner so I asked a very nice women about it..not only did she go out of her way to go get it but was very happy to help me! Then the women at the register went beyond and above to make my experience just awesome! I really enjoyed this store and deff be back! Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ulta always has nice, professional staff that takes care of your beauty needs, whether suggesting a product or returning something that doesn't work well for you.

On July 2nd in the morning I visited this Ulta for the first time. I need to recognize all of the employees that were working. All of them were completely welcoming and nice. Always asked if I needed help and were always accesible. I need to recognize the young man that was working the cashier. OMG, AMAIZING! The way that he treated me and the rest of the customers, AMAZING!! Excellent job! I just moved to the area and just found my forever ULTA!

So, this location is REALLY nice. But the older manager was quite rude. I stopped in to buy the new Ariana Grande foundation and it said you could get a free sponge. She was SO passive aggressive about it 🤯 I just asked- and she narrows her eyes and flatly goes "I haven't heard anything about it." I wasn't mad, but I persisted bc I saw the ad. Last time Rem gave away free sponges all you had to do was scan it at the register. I could tell she wanted to just say it didn't work and send me on my way, but I just asked her to make sure. I wasn't angry. She looked down her nose at me, responded gruffly, and then acted angry and defensive when it worked. Then I started to act a little firm and defensive in return. I don't know if she just assumed I was angry about the deal or what, but getting a sponge definitely didn't need to be so dramatic. Just because I ask something from you and it takes longer than 10 seconds doesn't make me a karen. 🙄

This store is clean & well stocked but is typically very busy. The representatives could be a bit more helpful.

This Ulta location has the most nicely associated I felt really comfortable since I walked trough the doors,. They nice and professional and ask you if you need help with anything.

Helpful staff. Let you browse without restriction. As compared to another big box cosmetics store, this store wins!
