So far not so good. I'm currently in the Walmart tire line and it seems to be very disrespectful and slow. Have not entered the building for purchase but if it's anyway mimicking the customer entrance to the tire and lube I don't expect much. The employees don't seem to like there job much which causes frustration and a slower and longer wait time. I'm here for a simple tire change which I have already removed from the vehicle(spare/donut on car currently) there is only 2 cars ahead of me and 1 of them is in the shop for more than 30mins. Pictures coming soon...... I definitely would not recommend to change your tires here haven't had the service yet but if you have an appointment Don come here.

Worst ever experience I've had with curbside pick up and it's not even the associates fault. the managers know what needs to be done and refuse to do it. the parking lot is poorly lite the online orders 2 hour delay mean you should not be taking that many orders especially during the peak hours and yes management can turn off incoming orders and set the amount of orders for peak hours The fact only 3 people I saw were bringing orders out for the 30 plus waiting customers says you might be under staffed but you are overworking those who show up. they will decide someday to not show up and the customers suffer. Walmart management need to fight to pay associates better and provide a better work environment.

There is not enough handicap parking. I had to wait quite a while for a spot to open. If you don't need special parking, there are plenty of spots. The store was well stocked, fast check out, and friendly staff.

My last review was months back about the A/C being broken or just set to the setting of hell. Every time I would go into shop, my children and myself would be drenched in sweat within 15-20mins. This went on for a long time, so long that I drove to a different location or I wouldn’t purchase anything cold from this particular store due to fear of the cold items not being kept to the correct temperature. The last several times I’ve gone inside it has been refreshing cold A/C. To whoever switched the A/C to bearable conditions, THANK YOU! 😊

Had a full cart and was 6th in line at one of the few checkouts with an actual employee. We waited longer in line to check out than we did shopping. Customer service at wally world falls way behind profit.

What can I say about this Walmart? Well I'll start off by the pros... Very convenient location, with just about everything you want to purchase in a store. Generally clean, the restrooms could use some clean time. For me the experience is ok only because I already know where everything is, so I go in, grab what I need and try to get out ASAP. They have a Hair Salon, Subway, Claire's, Nail Salon, an Eye Center and a few more within the store. Customer service is ok but could be better and much friendlier. There are also self checkout registers on each end of the store. Now my Cons... The parking is absolutely a nightmare, especially on the holidays and weekends, a lot of items are always out of stock, employees can be very rude with absolutely no knowledge of anything you ask for assistance on. It's always crowded and overall noisy. In general it's not the most pleasant shopping experience someone would like to have, but it suits its purpose.

So far, always a pleasure to shop here. Most of the employees are helpful. I ignore those that aren't and my shopping experience is awesome.

I love the fact that they have very good pricing, but I hate the customer service. The store lacks good customer service. Some employees are immature for the most part and if they are adults, they seem to not want to really want to work or be bothered and often times have attitudes. It’s like they hate their job. You tried to chase down a sales person and it’s like they’re hiding from you or just throwing you off to the next person . I’ve experienced this in multiple Walmarts not just one it’s just terrible for customer service, it’s a shame because they do have good pricing.
