This place has some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. We tried the large Caprice one and it was really good. And their salads are pretty good as well. And for dessert we had ice cream and gelato and they were super tasty. Our servers were great and we loved the ambiance it kinda of reminds you of Italy. I would recommend checking them out if you’re in the mood for pizza

So of course I had to come visit this place as we share the same first name. Plus, my wife wanted to check out the market and car show. I do admit that the market and car show was smaller than I expected, but I still enjoyed it. Everybody is nice and friendly. My wife and her friend wanted a certain wine, in which was only inside at the bar, so the 4 of us (wife, her friend and husband, and myself) decided to sit at the bar in the nice atmosphere. The bartender was extremely nice and very kind. She allowed us to sit at the bar and have a few drinks while everybody else was outside in the heat. When there was no place to sit outside to eat, she also allowed us to eat at a table by the bar area when we asked. Unfortunately we were not able to actually eat at the restaurant since we didn't have much time, but we did try everything else we could. My wife really enjoyed the Italian beef sandwich, I enjoyed the personal 8" pizza, and our friends also enjoyed their pizza. We also did get the bread they sold in the market and it was delicious! They offered tomato, sausage & pepper, and black olive & artichoke. I must admit that I did not try the black olive & artichoke as I do not like artichoke, but the other two breads were fantastic! The group of us that went do plan on coming back so we can actually try the restaurant when they are open and we're all looking forward to it.

Inside the restaurant looks beautiful I was pretty shocked. The food on the other hand was not that great. Salmon tasteless no 🧂 whatsoever. Lasagna, the sauce quite sweet, I thought it was a dessert and the pizza 🍕 😵‍💫 too thick and greasy. Overall satisfaction 👎🏻.

This is a hometown pizza establishment. We now live in Arizona. Pizza tasted great with the exception of a little to much salt for older adults. Next time in Rockford we'll order again

This is a lovely establishment with a band and it’s own rendition of the leaning tower of Pisa. The fettuccine Alfredo was delicious. My waitress Monica was very accommodating and professional!

Came for the market on the least busy market day but the weather was amazing!We have been during the hot summer days and it's just too hot sometimes. Food was delish and drinks were refreshing-it was quiet and calm, I think because of back to school. I wish this was a fall event like once a month from Sept to early November so we could buy local items for fall/Christmas while it's still light enough outside to enjoy the day. Maybe even later in the day up until open so people can go inside and have a full dinner. Love all Lino's has done!!!

Perfect every time I've been. The food the service the atmosphere they have got it all and so much better than any of the main chain restaurants in every way. I have their signature salmon and it's is simply the best tasting I've had anywhere. My gal had lasagna and she said I believe this is the best lasagna I've ever had. Best Italian food in Rockford and at a price less than the big chain restaurants.

All the desired qualities of a dining experience were too notch. Choice of meals and drinks was great. We had a sociable waitress with timely serving while at this restaurant. Atmosphere was comfortable with a friendly vibe. Cost of menu items was fair for the food served. Have recommended this establishment to all friends who like Italian cuisine.

Their website says they're open until 9 and I just called and the woman who answered the phone said they were closed and when I asked why she said they close early sometimes to clean the oven. A business should set regular hours and then stick to them. It's not fair to customers to just close up shop any time you feel like it.

My Clinic Manager recommended we go here for dinner. Adequate portion, decent price, great red sauce. Bread, salad, and a scoop of ice cream for dessert goes with the entrees. Had live jazz band at their outdoor patio.

Not only was the food incredible, but the service was excellent. My wife and I were traveling and the staff and managers of Lino's made us feel right at home. I thought service of this caliber had died off years ago, we will certainly be back!

The food is Always great and more than enough...the service is fast and efficient. Social distancing and masks are required til you get to your seat. Reservations strongly suggested. Opens at 4:30p.

If you’re going to Rockford, you know you’re going to need to stop for pizza at the classic Lino’s. They have two locations, and have great takeout service where they bring the food right to your car in the parking lot. We called to place our order over the phone, and the girl who answered it was extremely helpful in getting our questions answered by the chef in regards to what was gluten-free and cow-dairy-free. Updates: the meatballs do have gluten from the bread crumbs and they do not (yet) have goat cheese or vegan cheese, but maybe that will change sometime in the future. They do have gluten free crust available for the pizza and a gluten free pasta noodle available for any of their pasta sauces. They are famous for their pizza, and allow you to split a pizza in half so you can get different toppings on each side. For our group, we went with one half pepperoni and the other half sausage & mushroom. Their classic tomato salad is also delicious and filling, with hard boiled eggs, sausage slices, cherry tomatoes, romaine lettuce, cucumbers, cabbage, carrots, and Italian dressing. For takeout, they ask how many people will be sharing the salad, and then they put all of your servings in one large catering tray. Full of flavor, I recommend always getting a side salad with your pizza for some balance.

So everyone i talked to said you need to try Leno's, It's a Rockford staple. Well, being Italian and growing up with an Italian chef almost always ends badly for the Italian restaurant. Not expecting much, I went simple and to my surprise I watched in amazment as all the dishes that others ordered came right past me and me saying dam wish I got that one. All in all, it's a great place to eat and enjoy some Italian atmosphere. Service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious!

Lino’s catered our daughter’s birthday party at Flow Air Sports and it worked out perfectly! A combination of trays of mostaccioli and tortellini, Special Salad, delicious antipasto tray and their homemade bread was the perfect combination to keep kids and adults happy! Their team was so easy to work with on planning and given the proximity to Flow, it was super convenient. Thanks, Lino’s Team, for helping put the party over the top!

My aunt's 99 birthday celebration was at Lino's on 4/7. Everything was perfect . Service was exceptional. It was a large group and the staff adjusted to our needs with excellence. Thank You !!

Natasha Leggero mentioned this place on a podcast as her favorite restaurant in Rockford (her hometown), so I finally had a destination to stop at when I inevitably took a little day trip to Rockford. The food is great--the Lino's special salad was amazing as well as the surprise (to me) scoop of spumoni at the end! Still full!

Lots of free parking in a big parking lot in front of the restaurant. We took the option to sit outside. The server was very friendly and helpful. The lasagna was delicious, the spinach ravioli was so so. I was kind of disappointed in the pizza, it was a combination of a deep dish and New York style pizza. I told them I wanted it welll done. The top was well done but the crust was a little to soggy/chewy. No crunch at all. I would highly recommend the lasagna.

I ordered curbside pick up from the new Riverside location the other day and it was amazing. Loretta went above and beyond to help place our large carry out order and make sure we got what we wanted. The order was ready on time and pick up easy and efficient. No wait at the curbside pick up! We are beyond pleased with the whole experience. And as always the food was delicious! Lino's has been our go to place for over 10 years now! We just celebrated Valentine's Day early there and had the special $55.00 of New York Strip steak and Shrimp Deshonge. It comes with special salad for 2, homemade Italian bread, butter, 2 glasses of champagne, your side with your entree, dessert and coffee. Amazing as always! Also such a great ambiance and Italian music playing in the backround. We asked for a house, which is a private room at no extra cost to have an intimate dinner. We love this place and will always keep coming back for years to come!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

We are carry out only customers because we find the indoor environment is too noisy for good table conversation. However, the management and service is excellent we know through booking private rooms. The food is very good and portions are large.

Every time I am within 100 miles of Lino's I have to come back here. It's so good. I hope they stay open til the day I die.

My wife Susan and I went to Lino's, For Anniversary. The host was very friendly. Our server Lisa was out standing. Made us feel welcome. I had 14oz New Yourk strip. Susan had Veal. The Food and drinks where great taste. Was worth the money.

Good restaurant, good food but a bit disappointed today with the customer service. It seems like our waitress was in a hurry to get us out of there and we were celebrating a birthday in our family, and we specifically mentioned it when we made the reservation and when we arrived.

Never disappointed. So happy to be able to dine in with my family again. Definitely our favorite restaurant.Thanks Linos.

I've heard that the curbside pick up is very efficient. This was not our experience. Our food was delivered to us, and then we proceeded to be trapped behind a car that did not receive its food. The instant that it was handed to us, the case in front should have been asked to move forward to one of the parking spaces. Unfortunately this wasn't the only issue we had. Not particularly fond of being handed a 2 liter soda that has been sitting out the sun. The trifecta comes when, while we were trapped anyway, we opened our pizza box. It looked as of it was held sideways. Sauce and cheese all slid to the top, and the sausage appears to only be along the outside. Not the level I expect from Lino's. Really wish we could go to Capri.

We were in town for a wedding and did not know we needed reservations. We were able to get a table and it was a wonderful experience. Fantastic salads, entrees and desserts. Wonderful menu items, service and venue. So many good menu items that we had to order a pizza to go too! We will definitely be back if we are in that area and will call ahead for reservations. Thank you for accommodating us!!

The food is always fabulous here. Destiny, is an amazing bartender/server. They do one heck of a take out business too and have it under control. I did learn a lesson. Paid cash, told her to keep change. She came back with JUST change. The bill was 48 and change. I gave her 60. Someone else rang it out. I'll never assume again. I'll count my change to make sure it's all good. Had I left, destiny wouldn't have gotten that tip. Honest mistake on cashier's fault.

Good quiet enjoyable dining experience. Food was good and the drinks flowed, what more could you ask for?
