don’t
normally
write
reviews
but
I
felt
I
need
to
with
my
experience
today.
My
family
and
I
go
to
this
location
for
most
of
our
special
occasions,
sometimes
randomly
because
the
food
is
delicious.
Today,
I
decided
to
stop
in
there
with
my
sister
and
my
s/o
on
our
way
home.
We
were
sat
quickly
as
it
was
not
busy,
but
we
sat
waiting
to
be
approached
for
about
15
minutes
before
someone
came
up
to
us.
All
the
servers
passed
by
our
table,
no
one
asked
if
we
had
been
helped
yet.
Me,
my
sister
and
s/o
all
work
in
the
service
industry.
I
have
been
a
waitress
for
a
few
years,
and
I
know
how
crucial
it
is
to
check
on
a
table
if
there
are
open
menus
and
no
drinks
for
an
abnormally
long
amount
of
time.
When
we
were
finally
approached,
there
was
no
apology,
no
acknowledgement
that
we
had
been
sitting
there
for
so
long,
just
a
normal
introduction
by
our
waitress.
She
collected
our
drink
orders
and
we
were
ready
to
order
as
well,
so
she
took
the
menus
and
left
to
retrieve
our
drinks.
It
took
about
5
minutes
for
our
drinks
to
hit
the
table.
Then,
our
food
was
brought
out
by
a
runner,
was
set
down
yet
no
one
asked
if
we
needed
anything
else.
No
double
checking
to
make
sure
we
were
all
set
and
our
needs
were
met.
We
ate,
my
sister
finished
her
drink,
we
sat…
and
sat..
no
refill,
our
waitress
never
came
to
check
on
us,
though
she
was
talking
to
the
older
couple
in
the
booth
behind
our
table
on
three
separate
occasions.
Asking
them
if
they
were
doing
ok,
making
conversation,
then
would
turn
around
and
look
at
our
table,
say
nothing
and
walk
away.
She
finally
came
to
our
table
when
our
plates
were
cleared,
2/3
of
our
drinks
were
empty
and
said
“it
looks
like
we’re
done
now?”
and
offered
dessert.
We
wanted
to
leave,
so
we
said
no.
She
then
brought
the
check,
set
it
down
and
I
had
put
my
card
in
and
waited
another
5-7
minutes
for
her
to
come
and
pick
the
card
up.
There
are
times
when
I
am
very
busy
at
my
job,
but
I
never
ever
blatantly
neglect
a
table.
I’m
not
sure
if
it
was
because
we
were
young,
and
she
thought
we
wouldn’t
tip?
She
only
had
one
table
besides
us.
I’m
not
sure
where
she
was
the
whole
time.
It
was
so
confusing
and
upsetting
especially
being
a
waitress
and
knowing
how
much
more
effort
could
have
been
put
in
to
giving
good
service.
I
am
a
generous
tipper,
but
only
to
those
who
deserve
it.
We
basically
put
in
our
order,
and
after
that
were
never
approached
until
we
were
finished
eating
The
food
was
excellent!
