    Waste of $50. The cheese pizza was basically a cracker. Extremely over done. The crust was black and burnt. It tasted terrible. The Hawaiian was also over done on the crust, but basically not done in the middle. It tasted alright. I ordered a large fry as well. It costed me $4 and the bag it came in was half full. It looked like they spilled the remaining fries and didn’t bother to refill the bag. The fries tasted like they’ve been sitting in under the heat lamp for quite some time. The fries were also over cooked. I called the store, and the person who answered did offer to remake things for me. I denied and advised him that I just wanted them to be aware of the situation. I will not be going back here. I would’ve given it one star if it wasn’t for the guy offering to remake things.

    We love Rosati's but about 6 months ago we ordered from them and they delivered us someone else's order. Today, we ordered and didn't receive our pizza within an hour and a half then we proceeded to call. They stated they "found" our pizza and they didn't have any drivers to deliver our pizza when it was ready, no call or anything. Will not be ordering from them again.

    This is for the Sycamore Rosati’s. The app said food was ready, except it wasn’t. I waited for another 40 mins until it was ready. I called (2nd call) was told “had to wait for the garlic bread to finish”. It was a nice size of lasagna, except the sauce tasted like it it watered down and it didn’t taste right. Mind you this was supposed to be really by 7:40-8:00. It was now 55 mins after the time it stated it was ready. I won’t order from this one again. I had called 3 times, after the first call to say I was there. Then an employee was leaving at 8;30 said my order was ready to come out. But it wasn’t. I was getting frustrated and questioned so long and why told different times. No answers. This place needs better management and someone to show you’re customer that they matter. ******I sent you all requested information within 3hrs from notification *******

    Fabulous restaurant. We love the double dough and Chicago style crusts. The lasagna and baked mostaciolli are awesome, too. The drivers are fast and friendly. It's the best quality pizza in the area from our perspective. Ingredients are fresh and plentiful. Top-notch!

    No stars!!! Our pizzas were undercooked and messy. I ordered light sauce and it was like they used extra! One of the pizzas was an Italian beef pizza and there was hardly any beef on it at all. The cheese tasted weird. I called, not so much to complain, but to tell them it didn’t taste right and the girl on the phone simply said “we always use the same recipe and ingredients”… that’s it. That’s all she said. The food was gross!!! We won’t be back. Honestly we only ordered from there because Italian Dreams was closed.

    $75 in food. Salad had more croutons then anything, it was depressing. Wings were dry and not tasteful at all. Mozzarella sticks were disgusting. Only good thing was the Italian beef. Very disappointed. Please stop just throwing food together. Cook with your heart.

    I asked a bit much of them and to my surprise they fulfilled my every request without a doubt or second thought!! Amazing! It’s not like that at very many places anymore. Great friendly service when I called and at pickup. GREAT JOB. you’ll be seeing a lot of us in the future. Not to mention the pizza was in perfect condition; looked great and was absolutely delicious! Thank you to the whole team!!

    First time ordering, and on top of it, it was Easter! And we weren't the only ones wanting pizza because I think they were kind of busy. Regardless our pizza was great, and we got it quickly. Fresh ingredients, plenty of cheese, and crispy thin crust. I would definitely order again!

    $29 for a pizza that sucked. If you’re going to charge that much for a pizza, least you could do is cut it all the way through. 40 minutes is too long to wait for a pick up order. The location is very hard to get to . Will never go back.

    Very S L O W... ordered 2 pasta dishes and a sandwich at 6:25 p.m. and indicated we would pickup. Was told the order would be ready in 30 minutes. Arrived a little early, but waited outside and then up to the counter and ready to pickup at 6:55 p.m. Paid for the order, told it would be 6 more minutes. 3 deliveries went out, other people came in to pickup, couple people waited as long as we did, maybe longer. 7:15 p.m. asked for the order, told 2 more minutes, then the employee at the counter left. Finally at 7:26 p.m. was handed the order and told we could have a free bottle of water since I stood patently waiting in the hot entryway. Pasta dishes were ok, warm enough to eat, bread on the sandwich partially burnt, beef was borderline cold. Food was just ok, nothing special. Don't mind waiting if told a better estimated time to pickup, and the food could've at least been hot. This happened to us previously as well and thought it was an isolated incident, waited a while to come back and order again. Apparently this is a reoccurring problem. We'll find somewhere else to order.

    We just received our order - haven’t ordered in awhile and was excited. My ceased salad lettuce is rotting, its mushy and croutons are stall. The sauce isn’t what it use to be and all we could taste was salt. So disappointing, especially for the price of it all.

    ordered 2 pizzas to have the driver either drop both of them or angled it in the car. called in , manager said he will fix the issue only to have it happen again. trash!

    18” 2 topping pizza sausage/pepperoni ,16” cheese 1 fry=$63 is ludacris. Pizza was very thing, very little toppings. About 1.5” surround the outer crust had little to no sauce, cheese or toppings. Not worth the money at all.

    They mistakenly gave our dough nuggets to another customer. Rather than making a fresh batch (like they said they were doing) they tried to give us the nuggets the other customer returned. Unacceptable! Our pizzas sat while we waited on the other customer to bring our nuggets back

    Ordered on a Friday night and expected the 45+ minute wait as noted on the order. That’s what you do when you order on a Friday night after 6pm. The order came much sooner than expected. Was perfect and so good. Our driver was great! All around a great experience.

    Rosatis pizza is the best as far as the taste goes! We always get the BBQ special. However, I was disappointed with the delivery process. I had specifically said I wanted a no contact delivery and that it be brought to the back door due to my dogs and baby. The delivery guy came to the front door and rang the doorbell! He wouldn’t go away until I answered. What is the point of contactless delivery?!

    I ordered 3 pizzas amongst some other things. The 16 inch cheese was all off the pizza. Call up and they sent out another. And side by side they looked exactly the same. Cheese all off the the side of pizza. By now it's been 2 hours going on with getting a good pizza. I called back and was a little heated at this point. My wife and I was pretty hungry at this point. I told them how disappointed I was and that I'm going to pick through the two for the best pieces. Didn't want to here a response that would upset me more so I just left it at that. Don't get me wrong. They make very good pizza. Just a bad experience 😔

    Thought I would try again. Very disappointed. They said delivery would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. After an hour+ I called — and they said my pizza was on the way. Thirty minutes later (at 10:00 pm!) I’m STILL waiting for my pizza! I tried calling the restaurant — no answer. At this point, I’m STARVING AND EXHAUSTED! Do I go to bed? Do I wait another half hour — or more — HOPING that the delivery guy will show? If he DOES show, will he bring the plates, forks and knives I asked for? Or will I be forced to eat a Chicago deep dish pizza out of the box in my hotel room? I think I’m done giving this restaurant chances. Going to go back to Giordonno’s. Don’t waste your time or money — bad customer service like this is NOT worth it! +++++ I was in Sycamore staying at a hotel for business. I got delivery and when I placed the order I SPECIFICALLY asked for plates, forks and knives (they knew they were delivering a Chicago deep dish pizza to a person stuck in a hotel room.) When the delivery came I asked about the plates and utensils and he said he didn’t have any. What a mess! Pizza was okay but I will order from Giordanos next time.

    My margherita pizza was far from one. Just a normal pizza with sliced tomatoes instead of a nice tomato sauce, sliced mozzarella cheese mix instead of fresh chunks, and very questionable looking spinach. The sauce top in our breadstick box melted and opened, thus, marinara sauce was everywhere. Very disappointed. Delivery driver also put the boxes directed infront of the front door making it impossible to open to grab the items.

    Normally my experience with this business is pleasant and the food is good. Unfortunately this last time we ordered from the dekalb rosatis it was a mess we ordered 2 pizzas and a large order of breadsticks. When we got our food the breadsticks were left out of our order. The business refused to give a refund but insisted that they deliver our breadsticks free of charge which was cool except I have kids that now had to wait another half our for their breadsticks. When we finally got the breadsticks the lid to the marinara was off and the plastic was melted which left our marinara flung all over the box. Very disappointing seeing that they are one of the pricier options.

    Delivery man was so wonderful! My Pizza was cold though, I ordered it well done and it wasn’t well done. The green peppers weren’t cooked enough. The person taking the order was talking to fast that it was hard to get a word in. SLOW DOWN and listen to the customer so you don’t miss anything a person is ordering.

    Pizza slices are not made on the day they're sold. They're old and disgusting. Editing this review for the owner: So you mean to tell me that the second you open, you only have two slices left of dried out pizza? Either way, horrible restaurant practice. I've worked in pizza places for almost a decade. If you make your slices before you open, then the rotisserie would have been full. Nice try though. Further Edit: My issue is with you lying about when you make your pizza, not with any order. It's almost like you think anyone can't just pop in right after you open and see that there are three disgusting, dried out slices spinning for sale.

    Everything was great. We got Pizzas and salads. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff at the Sycamore location is. I had a very large order that I ordered ahead of time and made changes a few times. They were always polite and helpful.

    The pizza was good. The guy that worked miss me at the counter was very rude. He told me I needed to wait another five minutes which I was fine with. And then 10 minutes later I went up to the counter and he brought the pizza took my money and never said a word to me and just walked away. I didn’t get a receipt showing that I had paid for it.
