Disgusting food. See photo of "breakfast sandwich" cold cheese. Burned eggs, burned bacon. The fact that someone saw the food they cooked and still wrapped it up and gave it to someone. Shameful. You know damn well they wouldn't have eaten that themselves.

Stay away. Horrible at this location. They are always messing up my order, especially if you go late at night. They give you old food and they get the order wrong. EVERY TIME we go something is wrong with our order. Close to home but gotta find another location. This is my last time going. Usually see young adults working there but they need to do better. You can definitely tell they do not care what they give customers in the drive thru because they know you won’t realize the mess they give you until you get home. I had to start pulling over in the parking lot to look at my food and then have to go right back. This is a reflection of management also.

This was my first time here! The staff was very rude & called me an old lady! They gave me two tortillas instead of the burrito I had ordered. When I drove back through the drive thru to straighten my order out, I was disrespected by the lack of communication and poor customer service. Y'all need some serious training here! I will definitely not be back!

Sorry the picture is of an already partially eaten salad but my daughter bought it and then said “I don’t know what I thought this would be, but it ain’t it” so I put it in the fridge and went to eat it today. I see 💯 what she meant. What chicken salad has a whole uncut chicken patty? And the cheese was hard to find. The vegetables were fresh at least. I’ve also eaten the Ultimate Cheeseburger here. I used to LOVE THEM! they were heavy, juicy and just delicious! Now they are thin, dry and just not even tasty anymore. It’s a shame.

Sooooo, my son just came home and I asked him to stop by this location... close by home.. I'm so upset with what this crew did!!! Date June 4th, 12:25am... I didn't know that a large curly fry only came with like 5 or 10 fries, maybe... This is ridiculous!!!! Seriously!! I normally check my food before leaving... but again my son stopped and did not check his order...

The customer service is really good here. With inflation, the size of the amount of food you get has changed but that's everywhere. It's still good and fresh. If you haven't tried the mocha iced coffee, you're missing out. I always ask for extra pumps of mocha. It's less expensive than Starbucks and tastier in my opinion.

Usually I love jack in the box and never have had an issue except for today. I guess I stumbled across the wrong drive thru worker or something. He had an attitude from the very beginning, I told him I wanted the snoop dog munchie meal. Besides him screaming “MAM YOU GET TWO SIDES”. After I told him twice which two sides and he still didn’t even give me what I ordered (didn’t realize until I got home from being just shocked from the terrible customer service.) even at the end I was polite and asked for condiments and he rolled his eyes with an attitude, he gave them to me as if I insulted him. I’m sorry you’re having a bad day but this will be the last time I go to the cedar hill location I guess I’m going to have to drive to Duncanville which is a real inconvenience but to avoid all this I will.

i love jack in the box i always like to leave a good comment but my hash brown was too hard and cracked please try to do better your service next time the rest of the food was good

The best Jack in the Box ever! I have had Jack in the Box in many, many different states and this is by far the best. The tacos were golden brown. The fries so hot you couldn't eat them yet. The sourdough bread had a golden toast. Hot, fresh and perfect food!

Tacos barely had anything in them at all. Mostly crunchy shell… looked like there was 1 employee working.

I come to this Jack at least twice a week and every time I do, JR and Rubi are AMAZING! They are quick and super friendly! Bring an undeniable energy to the team. Love this Jack! #TheyNeedsaRAISE Also, I did not get paid for this review… But I wouldn’t mind doing a paid partnership 😉

Time to retrain your staff. The service was average but the food was horrible and my order was not correct. I asked for bacon on my burger didn’t get that but I definitely paid for it. My fries were half regular half curly, certainly didn’t ask for that. The lettuce on my burger was wilted. A little advice don’t serve people bad food that’s a lawsuit. I’d rather you tell me it’s unavailable.

This jack in the box takes a while to get your food out. I went through the drive through. Young kids not acknowledging customers. Even a simple "your welcome" or "thank you" can go a long ways, especially when you know your customers are waiting an extedned time for their orders. Kids seemed to be more interested in laughing and playing with their coworkers. I've never had a chicken sandwich that seemed to be burnted..bun and all it was just hard and dry.

Not really big on Jack n the box but The Monster Tacos at this location were fresh and hot an worth the whole three dollars 2 monster tacos for $3 is a steal an a deal.
