This is the best Chick-fil-A in Richardson. I came in a little before 4pm and eat in. The food was worth the wait and the staff working were very helpful and polite. I ordered the deluxe regular with a large fry.

Chick-fil-a deserves 5 stars on all levels. Their food is amazing, their restaurants/bathrooms are clean, but most importantly (and something that brings customers back) is their genuine 5 star service and attitudes towards their customers. Update: management is still amazing, but as a mama of two toddlers I wanted to point out how there’s significant less tables (since the renovation) near the playground area which can make it hard for moms to watch little one’s play safely while waiting on food.

The food was great and the waitress was also nice. She took care of us in a good was. I'm pretty sure her name was Victoria and she is 17 years old.

A nice Chick-fil-A that's easy to get in and out of for lunch. Note that I've only been there for opening day but the wait was almost nothing and everything was very clean. Food was good and came out quickly. I also appreciated the employees coming by to refill my drink. I'm looking forward to trying their breakfast options.

Chick-fil-a is always amazing but they are always so crowded. They really need larger dining rooms and more space for cars in the drive through. I like the idea of condiment returns and the kids play house looked fun for little ones. We had to eat outside because all the tables are always full. The staff was so nice and everything seemed fairly clean

Chick-fil-A is one my favorite fast food. They have a secret recipe and food taste. Most of the time I use mobile app for ordering, that saving my time during drive thru pick up.

Worse experience. The spicy chicken had a weird texture. I couldn’t chew it. I would have posted pics however it’s already in the trash. Waste of money. Chick-fil-A usually never disappoints. 😔

Big kids fighting and screaming in the play room. Total chaos and parents not watching their kids. Employees were overwhelmed and got orders incorrect which is super rare for a CFA. I won’t come back to this one for sure!!
