Where do I begin? This location is gorgeous, clean and organized. I love the convenient and easy to locate area it’s in. Jayda is AMAZING! She is professional, thorough, and very approachable. She also educated me on each service and provided follow-up suggestions for in between appointments. The staff who are responsible for check-ins and ensuring an excellent experience are always friendly, personable, and efficient. I will proudly continue to make EWC my wax home.

I went to see Naomi at the Lover's Lane location and she was amazing! I got my under arms, lip and sideburns done. She made the whole process painless! She held the best conversation and was so informative! She went over a skin care routine with me and made sure to explain why it's important to stay consistent. I will definitely be back to see Naomi and the rest of the staff at the EWC Lover's Lane location!

Anita is absolutely fantastic! I was worried about getting my brows waxed again after having a couple bad experiences elsewhere, and she took all my worries away! For the first time in years I love my brows! The pencil and gel she suggested help make them look full and finished! The reception at the front was welcoming and kind, and the store was spotless. Highly recommend Anita and the Lover's Lane team for your waxing needs.

Tiffany was quick but gentle. I am always super nervous but quickly realized her waxing approach is super tolerable. Her personality is super nice and welcoming. 10/10.

EWC is the best and the service is always great. Yesterday, I went to a different center than my usual. The esthetician, Naomi was fantastic. She was personable, quick and efficient which is a genuine trademark of EWC. And for these reasons, I will continue being a loyal member of Europe Wax Center.
