Afternoon walk with my daughter to burn some calories. Lots of things to see, whilst on the walk, breezy walking next to the canal. Chatting with people on the their boats. Such a lovely day out.

I love taking my dogs here. If they are well behaved you can take them off the lead and there is so much open space in a very beautiful open setting. If dog owners make an effort to clean up after them selves the park is very clean too.

Always lovely over there apart from the people who do not pick up the poop!

Nice place and it's at the end of my road so quite handy for a sunny day walk.

nice park for kids and adults with good recreation facilities. Just one issue to become perfect is that there is no toilet nearby.

Tranquil walk along the canal at the bottom of the park. Well maintained park with plenty of activities for the children and lots of space for the doggies! Stunning sunset views - plentiful safe parking and easy access for all. Small BMX track as well - good fun!

Stanton Low Country Park stretches along the Canal , pathways are lengthy and many walkways takes you through gorgeous fields ,and a bridge that takes you in to more farmers fields over the canal , its sign posted quite well , and there is St Peters Church Ruins to have a look at ,In all it is a fantastic walk with children & dogs you choose your path ! There is grass paths to follow on if you want to take the children to the park , which is fantastic ! It has a mini zip line , little huts and climbing frames , a round a bout (without handles) a mini rock climb ,picnic tables and a slide . I must express there is no place to buy food or any public toilet ,and it is very exposed to the elements ie no shaded area ,unless you hustle yourself under a tree ! It's a very popular park , very clean ,and is advised to keep dogs on a leash whilst visiting the children's park in general . Parking I found was limited as the main entrance is on a housing estate.

Just near my sister's house and what a great place to walk and if you have a dog they are sure to love it too... make sure you have your muddy boots on though 😄
