Well, what can I say or where should I start? First of all the staff members are the best from top to bottom words do not do them just they are friendly helpful and kind to all the patients I look forward to my appointment each and every time because of the staff members' treatment they are hard-working and professional. I will recommend anybody to come to the clinic because they go far and beyond treatment, they take customer service to a new level and I appreciate that.

This was definitely a new type of therapy to be trying out when it was added to my treatment. Shockwave therapy and the all the technicians were great through the process and helped make life way more manageable.

It's a very clean facility. Staff from the front desk to the tech are extra nice. The tech Mela that does my wave therapy always talks me through the process. And the wait to see the doctor is never too long.

I recommend the Specialty Medical Center for all your pain management and physical therapy needs! I have never been to a pain management center that is as efficient and effective as this pain management center! From the moment you arrive you are treated as a valued member not some number or money bag. You will receive the best medical treatment, advice, and will leave knowing more than what you came in with about your pain and how it will be managed! Don’t go years like I did and try all of the Big gimmicks meaning hospitals like Beaumont or Henry Ford! If you’re like me, you don’t want people continuing to say that a surgery will fix this! Not here, they will help you manage your pain without surgery but with pain management! When you are pain free don’t thank me after you read this. Tell your story!

The worst place doctors won’t communicate or return your calls at all I made appointment for 10/17/23 at 9am I waited till 950am and still wasn’t seen by the doctors I haven’t had my medication for 2 months already and I just got out of neck surgery .the pharmacy at Walgreens tells me my medication is on back order try another place but the doctor won’t return my calls to submit it elsewhere
