NEVER visit this place at or near closing time... The staff are very polite but the MANAGER is a real piece of work. Walked in the door at 8:50pm due to a late sports activity and was immediately informed by the manager that we could not set down as they were closing the dining room (15 of us spent nearly $200). This is the FIRST time I've ever been told NOT to stay and enjoy my meal. In my early years I too was employed at a fast food chain and I know that customer satisfaction is CRITICAL to continued existence in this industry. Even if someone walked in the door at the last minute, WE WERE STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS and they were important to us. This manager evidently was never taught that he only has a job because of us. Please retrain or reassign immediately.

Ordered on Uber eats and my order came in crazy fast considering how busy they were and my Uber delivery guy Alejandro was a step above top notch. All I was hoping for was a chicken sandwich, I didn't expect it to get delivered by a gentleman so polite and well dressed that I thought he was on his way to a 6 figure job interview. That man is going places ladies.

This was the first time eating at a chick-fil-a. The chicken sandwich was really good! The employees were so nice!! We were greeted at the door. The manager came around to everyone in room to check on their meal. There was always someone cleaning. I see now what all the hype is about!!

It's been quite awhile since I've been to a Chick-fil-A! The food was great! Love the fruit option for the kiddos! People were super nice! The little play place we nice for the kids! The kids gave it two thumbs up! 👍🏽👍🏽

Always great! They really have cornered the market for a chicken sandwich. Plus the employees always seem so happy. Why can't all fast food employees be this happy? Always stop here when I'm in the area!!

This is one of the places you never have to worry about getting your food you always get it. This place is great and will %1000 come back.

Kendra was great to work with! She is so AWESOME! They have so many different ways to cater events. We weren't completely sure what we were looking for, but Kendra walked us through their options: individual lunch boxes, catering trays, even their new food trailer set-up! Even outside of the store, the folks at Chick-Fil-A still maintained their high product standards - Everything was great and everyone was HAPPY !!

They need to work on giving people crumbs for fries. I love the young lady who helped me. It took longer than normal. Everything was fresh and hot. I haven't tried the others listed below.

I went through the drive thru and first the woman who took my order got my name wrong so when I go to pull up to the other employee to be told where to go I have no clue who they're talking about. Then I got the wrong sauce with my meal. I'm not happy about this. I never had a bad experience till now and getting the wrong sauce really breaks your meal when its not something you like. I'm not about to drive back there after getting home and finding this out as I go to eat, I'm disappointed.

Honestly this store is always busy but has always been good to me. Fries have always been cooked well even when busy. Drive through lines are always long but don’t take that much time in my experience

Give the young African American man working the drive thru on the night of Nov 16 a raise. Like seriously, right now. Quick, accurate, phenomenal. In the era of such disappointing fast food service .. I was literally speechless.

They totally messed up our order. Correct name on the bag receipt 6952. Sad because my granddaughter was sick and wanted soup which we did not get.
