PRICES!!! Lack of inventory! ( example bag of organic apples 8 something and kroger wich is usually more expensive has them for 5 something) You would think they could lower prices maybe a smidgen seeing that the customer is doing the checkout work that they don't have to pay anyone to do anymore! NOT. Feel like I'm getting robbed everywhere I go....

Oh my goodness the parking lot was a hot mess! We had to go back outside to get a cart and you know the reason it was a cart corral out there what a mess. Other than that the store on the inside was clean, but definitely need to have better organization for their carts!!

Just had to take a quick second to say how much I love my new LG TV that I purchased at the Taylor Walmart location. They, obviously, have a multitude of items that I readily use since it is a Walmart Supercenter. But I am definitely happy with my new Television 📺. As is the case with all Walmart stores, there is ample parking available and it's handicap accessible. Masks are optional at this time. Rick Zorn

Horrible experience. Valerie was the most unpleasant person I've ever encountered. Very rude and condescending when I asked her to write down corporate's number. She refused to write it down neglecting to notice what was wrong with my hand. The Taylor walmart already has a bad reputation and now I see why.

Wish I could give a zero to the Coach/manager I dealt with. I tried to return a hair wave machine that had the wrong product in it. I purchased a conair triple barrel curler. In the box was a larged barrel Revlon curling iron. They basically called me a theif and said that the camera showed that the box was sealed when I bought it and they refused to give me the correct product because no one else returned theirs with the same issue.

Waited 45 min after check in for pickup that was "ready". Was 1 of few cars waiting. Multiple cars came after me and left before me. Made me late for work. Completely unimpressed with the services. No apology. No notification. Do better.

Decent walmart, michigan people always seem nice, a good place to see some of the older styles of clothing coming back. Just a little early for Christmas items.

Every few months I come in to return bottles and cans. Every single time I come in, theres only one machine out of 5 working and a long line of people to the bottle and can returns. They shut them all down instead of emptying the bins. Get it right

I tend to avoid these stores like the plague whenever possible. Cashiers are slow and in absolutely no kind of hurry. Socializing with every customer over nonsense. There was only 3 customers in front of me and it STILL took just under 30 minutes to get thru.

Average Walmart but this location’s delivery team is horrible, just lazy and they don’t want to do their job so they’ll delay your order until you cancel it then you’ll wait 10 days for your money back. Overall ok location if you go in to shop and get your own items

Upon entering the store I was instantly surrounded by employees dressed like lizards chanting "one of us" over and over again. After the chanting stopped one of them shined a very bright light in my eyes and proceeded to try and stuff me in a lizard costume. 10/10 wouldn't recommend.

This Walmart has done a complete 180. Whoever is the manager seems to be doing it right. The employees must really care. The store was spotless. Super clean and organized. I am coming back here from now on.

There's a lot of single shoppers out there I'm one of them when I'm grocery shopping it is very inconvenient to do your own checkout. Definitely should be at least four Isles open not two. I buy a lot of Frozen Goods and I cannot wait 20 minutes in line by the time I get home my frozen goods are thawing out and get Frost bite. Good night afford to throw away food because it takes half hour or more to check out plus the time it's sitting in your car while you're grocery shopping and then 15 minutes home figure it out. In other words take something frozen out of your freezer and let it sit there for 45 minutes and see if you want to refreeze it.

I love Walmart. What we couldn't find a young lady help us . To find perfume. She looked in the isle and looked it up on her pad and looked again and found it for me. She really went out of her way. She did find what we needed. They have everything. We gave her 10 stars. Fast at checkout also.

Not for the first time, the machine does not return enough money. When I ask one of the workers, she says, “I don’t have the money. Wait here.” I waited for fifteen minutes. No one comes. You put up cameras as if we are going to steal, and you do not put enough money in the machine. Now you are stealing from us. In addition, they are very racist.

My curbside pick up order was missing an item. I called the store to figure out how to resolve the issue (about 10 times) and the only time anyone picked up, they hung up. In my experience with this Walmart shoppers aren't trained properly and customer service doesn't exist.

Regarding curbside pickup worst experience ever. Waited over an hour, checkin number kept going straight to voice-mail. The app kept telling ne to checkin after 40mins I Called customer service she advised to come inside to pick up went inside only to be told they will not give me my order inside 😒. The lady said I wasn't at my car and I missed my order. I've been here for over an hour waiting. Never again would I ever use walmarts curbside. Less then 8 grocery items, it was ready b4 I arrived and it took over an hr to get my stuff.

Well the prices on groceries certainly are good but it usually complete and utter pandemonium due to just the volume of people. Which I cannot fault the store for. But they could do a better job of organizing after customers wreck the place. But I also realize staffing issues are a thing. Over all the prices and selection are good. It's just alot to subject oneself to.

Had a grocery pickup today and while there my battery died. The auto parts team sent out a gentleman and he helped me with a jump so I could get my order home. Thank you guys so much for all the help.

Long line. One open lane for 20 mins the line didn't move. Then they opened two more up. It moved then. Security needs more pull in helping watch lines and backups. Or don't use cross eyed security. Kidding . Keep the lines open

First time I have been in Wal-Mart in a while. Prices are still ok. There grapes were discussing. They looked like that had been there for days untouched. You would think the employees that work in that area would notice how brown they were.Guess not. Still a good place to pretty much buy what you need.

the only reason they are getting two stars is because of the wonderful man who opened a register for me. when I got to checkout, there was NOT ONE attended register. ONLY self scan. I had a cart full of groceries and, as I struggle with shopping as it is, there was no way I could physically check myself out. I was very grateful for the assistance, but I felt bad because I know there were others there who struggle with disabilities and health issues who were in the same position and also needed help. this is not acceptable. double prices a n d have customers do the cashiers' job? for free? even people who struggle with disabilities? unacceptable. your company should be ashamed of themselves. also, throughout the store there are SO MANY items without a price anywhere. I know this is illegal and your company needs to be held accountable. those who have to watch their budget, actually everyone, need to know how much items cost before getting to the register.

They should had more cashier's working. I had a cart full I'm groceries and I had to go through the self-checkout because there was only two cash registers and they are lines were way to the back they need to start thinking more about the customers that are handicapped and can't handle the self-checkout

Years ago this Walmart was disgusting. I've been going recently and it's actually pretty clean and organized. Also, if you have an infant/toddler, their baby clothes are theee cutest! And great prices(especially if you find them on clearance)

Love Walmart but this store is always so packed with people you can't go in and shop fast and checkout! And now that it's Christmas forget it! Goto a different Walmart location. Nuff said.

My wife and I bought a car battery. I knew the battery I wanted since I had already searched for it on the Walmart app. I asked the sales associate if it was the right one for our car. He looked it up and it was. I just put it into the car and it is great (it is the second car battery I have got from Walmart and I have also bought a truck battery.) Never had a problems with them.

Went mostly to return soda bottles that I had bought at Walmart, their brand and there were only 2 machines working & the machine did not take all the bottles, left 27 bottles in the garbage container. Then I went to the bakery dept. To get sliced Italian bread, they didn't have the bread sliced, only unsliced. I asked an associate in the bakery if I could get them sliced. I would have bought 8 loaves. She told me the slicing machine was broken. 🤔 Then I went to self scan check out. I couldn't use my measly .90 bottle return there. Was told I had to take it to customer service. So many people at customer service, I just skipped it and left with my purchases. Went there to return their bottles & get bread specifically. So kind of a bummer trip. This is a nice Walmart though.

I really don't like wal mart, for personal reasons, this was my 1st time in a store in 10 yrs. I had to go here for my insurance card, it was a great experience compared to the other stores I could have gone to. The employees were helpful and respectful. Beatrice needs a promotion and a raise. Went out of her way more than once to assist me. She is the biggest reason this was a pleasant experience.
