Well, all I can say is they give the best medical assistance to every patient, %100 accordingly, and with kind staffs as well, also rendering a good customer service. I can beat my chest for or of a particular staff, which her name is Cheyenne, she’s well organized and always kind to every patient. Plus the care service itself is very recommended to everyone for a better medical assistance.

Expect to spend majority of your day here. Wait time is real long, I had to ask receptionist twice about my prescription to given and yet waited for another 2 hours. Also not the place for any military veteran, they do not take VA healthcare.

Seriously where do these 5 star reviews come from ?? I would strongly advise anyone against visiting Vernor Urgent Care. The misdiagnosis, uncleanliness, and long wait times are a recipe for disaster, and it's only a matter of time before someone's health is seriously compromised. My advice would be to seek medical help elsewhere, as your health is far too valuable to entrust in the hands of this negligent and unprofessional establishment !!!

The main Arabic Doctor doesn't seem to care , checks you out for 2 mins and diagnoses you without a routine checkup or blood work gives you meds and on you go

Took my kids here yesterday and the dr wasn't in the room for 1 minutes. He barely glance at my kids. Never again will I go there. It's just a place to give them your money and they send you on your way.

I just wanted to compliment to Dr. Huraibi.He listens to your concerns and treats your condition with great.I have to been to major hospitals and these days they are so dismissive. Vernor Urgent Care takes your concerns seriously.I left a major hospital with walking pnuemonia i was sent home no antibiotics,i almost died this Dr.Huraibi and his office saved my life twice.Its worth waiting to get in to him.

Meh. The Dr took under three minutes to diagnose me wrong, had to ask him for a antibiotics or something cos I knew he was just moving patients thru like cattle. He didn’t even really look into my ear. If he had done his job right I wouldn’t be in so much pain. My face and neck are swollen from my ear infection. The waiting room was FULL of folks without masks. Dumb. Days later I am in sooo much pain so I just went to another Dr where the care was 1000 times better but I still had to go to emergency room. This place is in my neighborhood and really wanted this to work out but after this experience I plan on hitting up the other urgent care down the street from now on first.

Dr. Huraibi and the wonderful receptionist at this clinic were incredible and I can’t thank them enough!! I didn’t realize I needed a PCR test before crossing the Canadian border (yes, mainly my fault), but my only hope to see my best friends after 2 years was then and they got me in and processed my test as quickly as possible on THanksgiving Day even!! They were both so kind and genuinely wanted to help all of us in the same boat. I can’t say thanks enough and I can tell they are just genuinely good people to work at the clinic and help people with more serious medical issues, as well, I’m sure. Thank you for all you do!!

I would never go here again! First off when you walk in the Smell of the Place REEKS like Vomit & Diarrhea! I have never been here before so I don’t understand how did they not need my ID or my Medicaid Card either. That kind of rubbed me the wrong way because why would you not need that for me to be seen. The Doctor that was there rushed me out of the Room with a Misdiagnosis. I was so infuriated, because I knew what he was saying was wrong with me wasn’t what was wrong with me! SMH. It was a long wait time and it’s not hygienic in here at all! Will not recommend. The staff at the desk had FAIR patient service However. They should be ashamed of themselves. It seems like something illegal goes on here, and the urgent care is the underlay for the overplay. Something just isn’t right there. Don’t believe me? Just go and see for yourself!

I came in to get my index finger stiched up about a week ago and came back in when they were closing and locking up and they still seen me to take the stitches out they are all wonderful professional caring people

My girlfriend was not feeling well, so we went to this place. I brought my backup battery because I was prepared to be waiting for hours. Much to my surprise, the wait was short, the staff was helpful and professional, the doctor diagnosed and helped her quickly, the on site pharmacy really got us everything we needed quickly and politely. This place was so great. The best urgent care I've ever been to. Great job!

Every time I come here is a good experience but today was exceptional. Although there was quite the wait sure to the Doc running late.. Whoever the shorter female nurse)doctor who took my vitals and assisted the doctor LISTENED to my concerns about blood being taken not once did I feel judged (by her or the doctor) and she did not ignore me she took everything I had to say into consideration I appreciate her hearing me out about MY body before she started poking at me everywhere with a needle(which she didn't she was amazing) the professionalism by these two was 5⭐'s

Worst urgent care ever!! Literally never seen nothing like it! Spent 3 hours just waiting. Then they don’t even have real nurses smh there was one person seeing 5 different people at once and she barley knew what she was talking about

Super extraordinary customer service. The ladies are highly knowledgeable, they are diligent in their work and most importantly; helped me with an minor medical emergencies. Use them all the time, wouldn’t choose any other urgent care in Detroit.

I couldn't drive my car because my back was seized up so I took a Lyft down there after checking on their Google and website. When I got there nobody was in the lobby and I was shouting around the desk looking for someone, all the while in terrible pain. Someone finally came out and said there was no doctor there today. Why wouldn't you update your open status and put a message on your phone machine that you're closed? And then the door is wide open and nobody is even there? Wasted money and time while in some of the worst pain I've ever been in. Why

He addressed all my concerns and genuinely seemed to care about my well-being As a new insurance holder Dr Huraibi even took the time to explain and teach me about my insurance and guided me through its nuances The receptionists and in house Pharmacists were extremely kind and helpful and addressed the rush hour in the most efficient manner I would highly recommend going here!!

Worst Urgent care around! Waited 2 1/2 hours in waiting room then we go in the back and wait another 45mins and still haven’t been seen!!

Ovet 2 hour wait when they not even busy! They call me to the back, put me in another room and I'm still waiting. I open the room door to see what's taking so long, now and I see 2 employees just sitting there scrolling on their phones and laughing, like they don't have people waiting to be seen. Terrible service!

The staff is friendly, the providers take time to examine you and listen to your concerns. I was in and out in an hour and received excellent service.

Spectacular experience. Some of the finest staff I’ve ever witnessed. The medical providers are extremely dutiful and compassionate. I was in and out in 1 hour and everyone who tended to my needs was nothing but gracious.
