I came in to get some keys made and left with some Milwaukee power tools. The batteries on the tool were bad. I exchanged the tool and when I got home those batteries were also bad. Rachel, a manager from what I can make out, and another employee, who’s name eludes me, took all the tools out to test all the batteries to make sure I got a good set. We’ll after 10+ sets it was determined the batteries were all bad! We ended up with slight upgrade. They didn’t have to do what they did. I know some of the bigger box stores might have continued giving me replacements and wasting my time. They saw an issue and got on it and made it right. That type of service is not common nowadays. Thank you for your time and willingness to offer a “mom & pop” service from a big chain store! If Rachel reads this, add the other girls name please! Ruben and Michelle

Worst experience in my life here, I’ll consider this place a blk hole or Bermuda triangle where anything of yours is bound to disappear without a trace, do not ask about their camera system because there isn’t one. Even worse it shares parking lot with Allen Park police who also states no surveillance. Worst 15 minutes of my life here that’s all it took, managers and employees no help. Don’t be suspicious.

They had people working that actually would help you and answer questions. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant! Store is clean and well organized.They helped me with cases of bottled water and put it in my car! 5 star for sure!

Great customer service I went there today for 2 keys to be made and to get a watch battery 3 people helped me only remember the young guy name Joshua they all 3 was very nice and helpful thank you again for your help

Not impressed. For a Stihl dealer they dropped the ball. I called to order repair parts but the employee on the phone told me their corporate management will not allow me to order an item to fix my equipment until their store inventory completes in 3 weeks. What kind of foolishness is this? Never in my life have I come across this dire level of service for a Stihl power equipment customer. I’m going down the street to their Stihl competitor. Never again. Shame on you Great Lakes ace.

A year ago I gave them five stars. Today they get one. I live in Allen Park, and I want to support local business even if I pay more. I go off in an app to use my rewards. The rewards you get in the mail you can’t use right away. They give you a specific time frame and you have to spend enough. Generally they accept the rewards as long as they’re within the date. They won’t do that anymore. When I spent $100 getting 10 or $20 off makes a difference. I bought a total of 66 gallons of Anti-freeze. He getting an attitude about a cart is the last thing I want. The other thing I don’t want is single gallons when cases come in six. I guess it’s off to Home Depot or Lowe’s from now on

Drove an hour to spend $700 on Stihl products. Had to pee. Told no restroom. Left. Too bad, I thought I found a good stihl dealer too. Specifically these too. Won’t go back.

The workers there are very quick to help,. I like it because it's close to home , and they have so much to choose from period

My husband went there to get a Stahl blower fixed and marshall was very easy to work with and he's guite knowledgeable in what he does

Most of the employees are extremely rude and act like y0ure bothering them when asking a question. A shame just a couple of employees are extremely helpful and treat their customers with RESPECT!

Was disappointed with my experience shopping today. All the employees seemed very rushed and annoyed when I asked for help finding something. I don't remember a time when I have had employees standing there sighing and huffing as they looked up an item on their devices to find for me. They were able to find it, but I definitely did not feel welcome.

The store is very neat and clean, and there's always someone around when you need assistance. Their just a bit pricey, but I guess that is to be expected for convenience.

Horrible. Waited 10 min. at paint desk to get paint. Finally employee approached, asked if I needed help. I said yes please. She said nothing & walked by, I thought to get help. Waited there another 10 - 15 min. No employee came. Left without paint we wanted

Great neighborhood hardware store. Perfect place to pick up that forgotten plumbing part, or hard to find widget. Since the remodeling I have a hard time finding things, but that is on me. I need to shop here more.

Great little hardware store (and more) for those times when navigating Home Depot seems daunting and oppressive. Helpful staff, has most of the basics I need.

Store was fairly busy, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about products and their locations within the store.

Good neighborhood hardware store. Great for quick trips if you need something and don’t want to drive farther. Prices are usually a little more expensive than Lowes or Home Depot.

Love going here for hardware. More personalized service and quicker in/out times. Sales team is very knowledgeable. BBQ grill center is awesome. Update, no change. Went here for a pice of glass for my window, they had the exact size pre cut. Love this store and the staff.

Went for plastic chairs and found the last 2. I checked everywhere and decided to stop by. Nice chairs, they even have a slot on them for your cell phone.

Never had an issue with this store until today. I called in regards to obtaining a hunting license and some tags. I’m active duty military and I asked the manager if they knew how to go about doing the paperwork for my particular case. He just said they never had done it before and didn’t even attempt to research it. Thanks buddy. Guy couldn’t even take 5 mins out of his day to make a phone call or anything.

I love the store but was having a hard time finding what i needed. Had a guy following us like we were stealing. Idk why he didnt try to help rather than playing paul blart.
