Really nice place. The staff is upbeat and fun. There are lots of tv to watch and even an outdoor patio. The food is prepared quickly. The tacos were a bit bland for my taste. But they have a specia lobster taco that is sooo good!

Cool little place. It's kind of loud but not crazy...you can still have a conversation. On Tuesdays they have about 6 or 7 tacos priced at $2.99. Their tacos are large and really good. Otherwise this place leans a little pricey. Our waiter was awesome. Easy to walk to this place as well. Would definitely come back...on a Tuesday at least. ;D If they had $3 tacos all the time, this place would get 5 stars!

Great place in the middle of downtown. My go to tacos are the royal with cheese (beef), korean BBQ shrimp, or buffalo shrimp. The fried chicken, southern comfort (grilled chicken), and executive (steak) ones are pretty good too. Always a great time and friendly staff.

Downtown ATL, is struggling. I think the result effects most restaurants, no exception here. The chips and guac where good. Tacos were okay, don't do the fish. Lobster special was best taco of the bunch.

My experience here was disappointing. Every beer I requested they didn't have. This occurred 5 times, and that is not an exaggeration. The waitress was really sweet and very apologetic. She said her manager was going to come and talk with me since they didn't have any of the drinks I ordered. The manager never came. I finally just asked her to give me what beer they did have. When I got it, she did give me a hefe size for the hassle, which was nice. But I was just about done eating, and my friends were stuck waiting on me to drink the beer. The tacos were good, but that was undermined by it taking almost an hour to get my drink.

My friends and I were staying at the Hilton. We were seeking food and drinks before heading to the One Music Festival so we walked here. They were understaffed apparently but we couldn’t really tell. Our server was Russ (I think) and he was very attentive to our needs and was spot on. The food for me was just ok. I had Buffalo shrimp for an appetizer, they were really good. For my entree, I had the Mexican themed skillet, can’t recall the name of it. I added steak and got some tortillas on the side. I expected the skillet to come out hot and sizzling, it was nowhere near that. It was room temperature at best. But it was decent. We ordered pitchers of margaritas and they were good. We had the peach flavor.

Honestly, this place was a shining star during our visit to Atlanta. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing. Our bartender Bree was phenomenal. Her cheery personality and sense of humor was a delight. Drink prices are reasonable and has a good selection of beers. If you are staying in the downtown Atlanta area, I would highly recommend you make this your choice for food and beverage in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. No ties required.

Here one way to handle a less than stellar experience! The waitress Aubree was awesome and took out order. The kitchen however didn’t take off the pepper and served lukewarm baja tacos (I ate cause I was hungry)…waitress asked if I wanted to speak with the manager, I said no need. I said her tip would not be impacted due to our bad experience but I would leave a review. I gave a medium tip cause that’s my business 😆! The manager offered a replacement of the tacos, I accepted because that’s also my business!!😂….

Fast friendly and value priced. I loved the atmosphere and stopping by on a Thursday when they had a great deal, which they also have on Tuesdays. The staff was amazing friendly and accommodating, we got in got our food and got out pretty quick after about a 10 min wait to get a seat. Looks to be the choice for Furry Weekend Atlanta animals to come in and get your noms on.

As a vegetarian, I was happy to see that they had various options on their menu for me. However, I would say that all of their food is exactly average. The tacos were alright and the apps were clearly just dumped into the hot fryer right before they came out. The service, however, was very attentive and accommodating. That made the experience better… given the food was just okay.

$4-$6 for each taco but it was worth every penny. Each one was packed with flavor and surprisingly delicious. Our server also made it a really nice visit. I can’t remember her name but she was a blast to have around the table. It was in walking distance from my hotel and another local recommended it so it was an easy choice. I would go back today if my flight wasn’t so early. 😅

Great experience! I ordered online 2 taco packs for my Birthday party of ten (a lot of food). I arrived to pick up my order and no one knew anything about my order. I showed my receipt with their address and still there was mad confusion! Lol! Guess what? I total messed up and ordered it for the wrong day!!! Management was so awesome about it and made things happen! They had my order ready within 10 mins and the place was packed with customers(Friday night) I was really impressed and very appreciative! This place is definitely in great hands with their management! The atmosphere and the employees were really cool and pleasant as well! Keep up the good work and Thank you once again!!! I hope to dine in the next time I come to Atlanta!

Pro: Close proximity to many of the downtown hotels. Con: When we arrived at ~6:30pm, they only had 3-4 tables with guests and were 90% empty. We only had 6 people, but they struggled for 5-10 minutes to figure out which of the 20 empty tables we’d sit at. Ironically, they ultimately chose a booth that clearly isn’t designed for 6 people. The tacos and drinks were tasty, but our waitress disappeared after taking our order, forgot one of the drinks at the bar, and did not came back after delivering the appetizer. We were ultimately helped by 2 other staff members who delivered the missing drink and our meal. Overall, good food, but not at all kind of service you’d expect for an almost empty restaurant on a Sunday evening. (Note that our party included 5 former food industry folks, so we are prone to give people grace.)

Service was excellent. Our server, Vikki, was absolutely wonderful. Great personality. Food is good. Nothing extra special but good. Have to pay for chps and salsa. Other Mexican restaurants that we have been to, give chips and salsa for free.

Good food and good vibes. Came here with a few friends and although our waiter spilled all of the drinks, they did an excellent job recovering and serving our food.

Tin Lizzy’s does an interesting take on your basic taco. They have a lot of different styles of tacos to choose from using high-end meat options. I tried their Korean BBQ and Classic taco. The Korean BBQ had shrimp and the flavors you’d expect from a Korean BBQ restaurant. For the Classic, I chose the chicken. It had large chunks of tasty chicken breast mixed with your classic taco toppings. The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming. We had a party of 16 and they were able to accommodate us pretty well.

Walking distance from many downtown hotels. The waiter (I think his name was Marcus) was very friendly and recommended some items. The food was really good. The tortilla soup very hearty. Everything tasted fresh.

Hot recommendation here. They just do a good solid job. Had a great quick lunch here.

We came here after having reservations at Hard Rock and being so utterly disappointed with them across the board. Tin Lizzy was so awesome in comparison! Our waiter, Jeff was great! Super personable - fast - made great recommendations! Would definitely recommend people check our this place!

I visited this Tin Lizzy location during DragonCon. I was quick to be seated and had great service and enjoyed the food. My party had been seated on the patio and needed to be relocated a short while into the meal because of an event that was renting out the space. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us with the change. Our chips and all dips were refilled free of charge and our beverages were refreshed. I would recommend visiting this location!

Not fancy about soup but tacos were delicious. My fav one is southern comfort. 3 pieces are enough for me

Went here twice in two days while visiting from out of state, first time service and food were great. Second time i did an online order and accidentally placed it at the wrong location, my fault, so i called the other location and they refunded it. I replaced my order online at the correct location and had to wait a bit because for some reason it didn’t go through and they couldn’t find the order. The staff were great and kept checking on me to make sure I was okay, I really appreciated it. Only issue was that once i finally got my food after all of that there was a hair in one of my tacos

absolutely love the service. food was meh. ordered a bowl and it was a lot of rice, not very flavorful. if you like spices, they do not have anything spicy. salsa is not spicy. tacos are good. chips were okay. just wasn't a fan of the bowl. I wouldn't return, which makes me sad because the waitress was perfect.

The Southern Comfort taco was by far the best, so delicious with the fried pickles on top. Chips were delicious, and I enjoyed the seasoning and how warm they were. The salsa was average. Service was ok, we sat at the bar, the bartender had friends there, although he got what we needed, he put salt on one of the margaritas when we said no salt, forgot to order one of the things we asked for and we didn't actually get to see the bill till he ran the credit card. Overall good experience though.

Came on a Saturday around noon. The seating area was packed but the bar wasn’t too busy. Ordered from the brunch menu for the main and the tacos were fantastic! Service was a bit slow but not horrible.

First time at this establishment, and we came about an hour before closing. The initial person to seat us was very nice, but there seemed to be a mix-up with who would be our server. The prices were decent, but all the food we received was cold, and two of my party did not receive their food until we said something again about it around 15 minutes later. The drinks were not too bad and the overall atmosphere was nice. I like the interior setup! I ordered a Mahi Mahi taco, and it was really good. The Torilla Soup is also one of the tastiest items on the menu. This can be a option when dining out, just make sure not to go to late as the energy was not too high and the service a bit slower than regular (which is a given for closing of course).

Food is just one of those things. The best chef is a hungry stomach, but this was actually pretty good despite me not being fully hungry. And the variety of tacos is actually pretty decent. I didn't even realize I came here on taco Tuesday, but I digress. What *wasn't* good was our server, RJ. And it's not to say he was awful, I don't wanna give that impression. It just took him a while to get to our table, we had to ask for silverware, we had to ask for plates, we had to ask for napkins, and it seemed like every time he brought our food out it was like he was carrying trash. It's like he couldn't be bothered, but I think once the exasperation was on our faces it seemed a bit better. Experience wasn't bad overall, but subpar service can make or break a place regardless of food's taste.

Great place to hangout and have a decent texmex menu. Service is great and food didn’t take long to get To us. Price is average for the area. If were to judge this place as an original Mexican menu, it would be a 4 stars. I am ok with the Mex twist. Would def recommend it to everybody staying in GA.

I really enjoyed the food and I’ve had Mexican and Tex Mex hundreds of times in NJ and NY where food is stellar. Portion sizes were good, everything tasted fresh, flavors were varied, sauces/add ins paired well with the taco styles. Service was friendly and efficient.

Food is good but it took some time to get served! I love the atmosphere here, with an acoustic singer by the side. It’s also affordable and very close to Marriott Hotel.

This place is a solid 3 star. The food is really good! But the service is terrible. I've never seen people working with the public in such a bad mood as in this place. When we arrived, a waitress came to serve us, super polite, and suddenly another one arrived saying that the table was hers and that she would do the service, for me was ok not problem, but this new waitress was in a super bad mood, I asked for food and she didn't gave us plate, ridiculous! I have never seen a restaurant in my life when you order appetizers and you don't have a plate, do I have to ask for the obvious? By the way, all the other servers were frowning, except for the first waitress who came to serve us. So if you don't care about the service and want to eat without dishes, this is a good place. Now if you expect to be well taken care of, stay far away from this place.

They have lots of fancy oddball tacos. Philly cheese steak tacos, cheeseburger tacos, Impossible meat tacos, Korean tacos, that kind of "fusion" thing. I was hoping for some plain old meat-cilantro-onion on a corn tortilla, but couldn't find that option on the menu. I asked for hot sauce and they brought me a small ramekin of their not-spicy house sauce that was halfway between a pepper sauce and a buffalo sauce. What I got was tasty enough, and the $5 margarita was fine. But if you want authentic Mexican tacos, this place is absolutely not it.

Downtown Americana blend decor. Drinks suitable for light gatherings and business. Lots of TVs if that your thing. Main bar area had some distracting mildew around the air vents. Our party had a food order that got missed. Tacos were tasty but jot enough to draw us back for a second visit.

Logan was the best! Got seated quickly and Andre took excellent care of us. The cheese dip, guac and salsa were perfect and my margarita was fresh and delicious (definitely didn’t taste like a mix). We both chose different tacos and all were superb! Great food and even better service.

GREAT FOOD The food is really good. The buffalo shrimp taco was great. They are always busy so definitely get a reservation. Even then, sometimes the bar gets so busy you might not get the drink you ordered in time. Always friendly staff.

We were in Atlanta for a convention. I love trying places not available at home when I'm out of town and I don't like to go to the same place twice so I can try as many different places as possible. We ate at Tin Lizzy's the first full day there and it was AMAZING!! The ABSOLUTE BEST chips I've ever had anywhere!! We had a group of 6 that day and everyone loved what they had! We ended up going back a second time because we loved it so much!!

We came in for an early lunch on a Sunday and Shae greeted and served us. She was very friendly and accommodating. I didn't catch the bartender's name but she mixed us up a nice peach mimosa as well as a spicy Bloody Mary, of the likes I've never had before. It had lemon and lime in it which I wouldn't expect normally but it was great. The tacos and shrimp plate were excellent. If we go back to ATL we'll be sure to visit again.
