I’m impressed with the work A & J jewelers did on my wedding rings. This is a vintage wedding set (two separate rings). In order to resize they needed to make two rings become one. They did an excellent job. And the price for the work was very reasonable.

I would like to thank Kevin Kantor at A and J Jewelers for finding me my Rolex Submariner. I initially reached out to the shop and just happened to get Kevin. I inquired about a watch they had and it has just been sold and it was slightly out of my budget. Kevin and I talked some more to give him what it was I was looking for in a watch that aligned with my budget and he started his search. In a few hours he contacted me and said he found a nice pre-owned Rolex Submariner that met all of my needs as well as coming in under my budget. I received the watch in under a week as I live in southeast Georgia and it had to come from another dealer first before it could be shipped to me. I have to say that I am more than pleased with it. 2016 is the first time I visited the store, I purchased a bracelet. Since, I have purchased several items including a custom made engagement and wedding ring set. The rings were very labor and time intensive to create, made up of several different diamonds of different shapes and sizes, set preciously in custom made settings. The rings are beyond beautiful, flow perfectly, and most of all it was a complete surprise to my wife, all the way up to the moment I proposed to her! Amit, his father and the entire staff have always been the utmost professional, attentive and very personable every time of several times I have visited the store.

Angie suggested a sapphire placed in the platinum setting and it is INSANELY BEAUTIFUL! They truly did an excellent job. I needed my engagement and wedding rings resized to be larger. Their entire team is super kind and helpful. I'm very, very happy to have my rings wearable again. They look just like new, and it only took a week. I will be using them again when I'm ready to make a new band that fits with my current ones, and for regular cleanings and repairs. I highly recommend them.

Called and asked about having a silver medallion antiqued (less than 5 minute procedure). Was told that I would be required to leave item for two weeks, for a five minute procedure. Just know that these jewelers WERE known for their friendly service and they use to be my go to jewelers when I lived in Lawrenceville and so was going to take my medallion to them for this service, but I will not be using them again as the customer is now gone from their customer service. I do wish them continued profit, but it will not be from me. I understand that their "jeweler would have to stop everything he is doing" to do my 5 minute job, but that should not be a problem as it is the end of the day and the "jeweler" would be already stopping what they are doing for the day.

Great experience at this jeweler store. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable about timepieces at his store. Overall, I would go back to them if I need another purchase, you can buy with trust here.

We have worked with Jody and Jessica over the years and most recently Amit helped my fiancé and I create a custom wedding set based from a emerald cut solitaire that I proposed with. Amit kept me informed all along the way and my Fiancé only had to give up the solitaire for a short time. Great family and staff hear that listens to their customers wants and guides you appropriately. Highly recommend them.

A & J is the best jewelry store in Snellville. Both of my kids have gotten their engagement rings and wedding bands from them. They are absolutely stunning. My husband also bought my anniversary ring from them. I love that they do a wish list, so he could go in and just buy it. The ring I chose had been discontinued, however, the staff worked hard to get that ring for my husband. He surprised me at Valentine’s Day. It is perfect, just like the service at A & Js.

My future fiance and I had a wonderful experience yesterday. May 9th was the busiest day for AJ Jewelers due to the fact that it was the first day opening since being closed from Covid-19. For starters we knew we wanted to go ring shopping yesterday but we weren't sure what precautions jewelers were taking. This was the first store that I called and I spoke to a nice lady named Amanda. She explained that the store was requiring guests to wear mask and head straight to the restaurant to sanitize. To protect themselves They also want masks and kept their hands clean with sanitizer. Other than the grocery store and gas station I haven't been out much so I definitely wanted to be careful. This gave me great comfort and ease. Also they were only letting a few customers in the store at one time. When we got there, it was a bit of a wait but I was fine with that because I exclusively wanted to work with Amanda and I'm glad I did wait. She was very pleasant and knew a lot about the diamonds. Not once did she make us feel rushed even though they were closing shortly after we arrived. It makes a huge difference when you get that personal touch. We initially had plans to visit another jeweler but because we liked her so much as well as the engagement ring selections, we decided we are going to go with AJ. To top it off before I even made it to my car, she had already sent a snapshot of the ring that we were interested in along with a nice note 🤗 Anyway I just wanted to share my experience in case you are looking to find a five-star rated jeweler!
