I can’t thank all the staff enough! I have been there 6 times in the last week and a half for many different scans and tests. To Doctor O’Connor, your bed side manner puts you at ease and you are a great human! To Melissa, who held my hand more than once and had more than a few laughs with! And Julie the amazing make it all happen lady! And all the amazing staff doing scans and tests! I hope you know you made a really average time incredible bearable! I really appreciate you all👍

The team here are amazing! I had to have a mammogram and the lady who did it was lovely. I then had to have an ultrasound (again, an amazing lady), and they fitted me in 20 minutes later thank goodness. I ended up having to have 2 core biopsies. Dr Shaun was absolutely fantastic! I have a fear of needles and he took the time to reassure me many times that he was great at what he does and it wouldn't hurt. He was right, with the help of Melissa who I cannot thank enough, for her calm and beautiful manner (and her hand which I think I nearly broke 😉), the procedures were fine. I am truly grateful 🙏. Dr Sean O’Connor and Melissa were absolutely amazing and I cannot thank them enough. To say they are extremely professional, kind and caring would be an understatement. I am highly anxious whilst having needles but I felt so safe and comfortable with Dr Sean and Melissa. They both went above and beyond with their care for me and I now have no pain in my heel thanks to their hard work. I would highly recommend Coastal Medical Imaging to anyone!

What a great team, have had a mammogram followed by ultrasound followed ny core biopsy within a week. Staff have all been outstanding. DR Shaun O Connor, promised he was excellent at his job, and he was true to his word. A shout out to Melissa, who called me the day before to reassure me and that made a huge difference to me.

A massive Thank You Dr Sean O'Connor and Melissa for providing the absolute best care possible to me during a FNA and core biopsy. Their care, compassion and professionalism is something I have never experienced in my years of procedures and I will not forget. I cannot recommend them highly enough.10/10

The doctor and nurse who performed my fine incision biopsy were seriously so amazing. The doctor explained everything so well and the nurse was the perfect distraction. I barely felt the anaesthetic needle and felt so comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I was so worried leading up to it but felt so happy and relieved with how easy the procedure was. I know not to be worried now about any further procedures I may need. Thank you thank you to the beautiful doctor and nurse. I wish I could remember their names. Amazing work!

My experience with these guys was second to none. Even when I was an anxious mess they calmed me down and by the time I left I felt like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders. I can’t thank Dr Sean and Melissa enough! Pair of absolute legends!!

Very disappointed with this establishment's administration. I had an appointment for an injection, made a fortnight before my due visit. Twice within the fortnight I received a call asking if I wanted an earlier appointment and neither time was imagery mentioned. This morning I was due to attend my appointment and received a call to say that I was required to have imagery done prior to my injection! Very poorly handled and the caller seemed almost dismissive as I explained my annoyance. A new 2 appointments over 2 days now to allow for the process which should have been handled initially. Mistakes happen but this is very poor administration. A disappointing start for a new client to this establishment..

Very impressed. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Forget what you have been told regarding how painful steroid injections are. With Dr O’Connor it was painless besides the first prick which was inconsequential. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful relief beyond my hopes. The staff are professional and knowledgeable. I am grateful to them all.

I had the very best experience. A special mention of Cassie, Julie, Vicki & Sean. My need to attend was extremely short notice. Very Professional, warm, welcoming atmosphere. Many thanks once again
