It was my first time ordering Taco Bell. The photos say it all. Disgusting. I wouldn't eat there again, ever. Total rip off. Tacos had basically nothing in it except for a smear of what you might call beef, and the both Taco's on top of each other wouldn't even be the thickness of a single piece of bread. Chocolate dipping sauce was all over the bag because the lid wasn't on properly, and they were closed just after, so I couldn't go there, call, or anything. It was so bad I can't adequately explain. If I could give less than one star I would.

Surprised to see quite a few negative reviews of this place. We are occasional visitors and never had much to complain about. The Boss Burrito is quite filling and tasty, while the hot loaded tacos were good too. The flavoured chips were salty for my taste, which appears to be a given with the seasoning added. As seen in the pics the shop was well presented despite being a busy Sunday at lunch time. Both indoor and outdoor seating is available and the outlet seems popular with groups.

Went here for the first time with the family, first time ever to a taco bell. Service was very good, great at taking the order and making sure it is correct, very friendly staff members. We ate in, table was a little messy, great staff sorted it in no time. Food quality was not that great, it wasn't bad, I think it is their standard range. Quantity was a little on the lite side...staff, place was all great, maybe just not my thing, though I do love take out. It was ok value for money.

Very impressed. They were understaffed but they hustled. Nice guy working the window the front register and he also cleaned the tables and sweep etc. My taco supreme tasted better (and was fuller-see posted picture) than the Bell where I live near Houston Texas. Clean store-visited Nov 13th around 4:30pm.

ordered the new “chipotle crunch burrito” last night which wasn’t bad until i found these two massive hairs wrapped all through my burrito. do you guys not wear hair nets??

was excited try this for the first time and got really disappointed. i got a large beef bowl but i can’t even find the ground beef. the serving was super cheap! not even a spoonful of beef in there. it was mostly lettuce with cheese and rice. the chips was super bland too. never again

Every aspect of it is awesome it is a must try we got the biggest meal you could and loved it for 2 of us we got to try basically everything with a lot of left overs and don't forget to try there fire sauce....staff were very helpful as it was our first time so we ordered take away and ate in what we wanted and took away the rest will be back

I always call in when I'm in town. Staff are friendly & help explain and suggest things on the menu. Food is prepared fresh and fast. Meals are always delicious. I've never been given the wrong order, like many of their competitors :)

Went last week - no chicken Went again today - no chicken Half the menu is not available You tell me why and how you have no chicken at 2pm in the afternoon on a week day or even lunch time on a Saturday. Absolutely DISGUSTING. And then having me sit in drive thru because they can’t have any signage so people waste their time in a drive thru whilst not even being able to eat. Absolute joke and poorly run business. Change your process and order more chicken.

Quick and friendly service. Clean dining area. Very nice food. Portion sizes were on the small side, but are good value for the price. The chips were warm, not hot. Will visit again

Alright, I usually have a good experience but whoever made a chipotle crunch wrap with beans and added guacamole tonight (19/08/23 @ 7pm) needs a recap. I have gotten this burrito multiple times and always enjoyed it but tonight it was actually revolting. One side had just lettuce, tomato and some beans. The other side had just the corn chips and seasoning. I could not finish it. I’m extremely disappointed and hope this never happens again.

I come here quit often for lunch or dinner before or after work, but today i was very unsatisfied with the meals and service provided. Me and my friends came in after work to get some dinner, all was well until we got out food, we were missing 2 sauces, a reg chips and one of our crunch-wraps had tomato’s when we specifically asked for no tomatoes (took it back and they made another one, and gave our sauces and chips). Further into eating, my mate had a stacked-chips-supreme and found a hair in it, he took it back they did not apologise but made him another one, he then ate that one but found another hair once again. We are very disappointed in the food and service provided to us, and do not think we will be back here again. Please everyone check your food before you eat it.

Rude and unprofessional staff who need more training how to do the service. Today, we went for lunch in Taco Bell Northlakes, the young ugly girl served us and she rolled her eyes when I asked about the sauce flavour! Disgusting behaviour and when She delivered the food to our table, She put the food like throwing a bunch of trash! Lucky I didn't slap her face. No more Taco Bell !!!!

Really tasty food - tried the Steak Crunch Wrap, beef mince tacos and fries. The dip that came with the fries had just the right amount of heat - enough to make my nose run for a moment but not enough to feel uncomfortable. I was happy about the free drink refills though. 🤓

Ordered and paid for extra nacho cheese. Still ended up with barely any nacho cheese. At least the food was still enjoyable though, it's just a shame to not get what was paid for. The customer service itself was friendly, order was repeated back and confirmed appropriately, no problems there. Was just simply that the order we received was not what was ordered and paid for.

I just received an UNGODLY amount of hot sauce packets with my order and it’s honestly up there with one of the greatest days of my life. 11/10
