This place needs to be closed down - I’ve lodged a complaint with the ombudsman. Unprofessional, uncaring, rushed staff who grabbed and moved me without warning, causing blinding pain. They didn’t like it when I screamed and cried from the pain, so they sent in people to scream my name repeatedly and told me to sit down. I told them I was blinded by the searing pain that was just inflicted on me, and just needed a minute, but she kept screaming at me anyway until another staff member told her to leave me alone. After I’d had a couple of minutes and a chance for the pain to subside, I spent another 15 minute finishing the X-rays. Then the ‘practice manager’ walks in and accuses me of lying and abusing the staff. Then tells me to leave or they will call the police. Then, they told me they wouldn’t even process my results, but they would call my doctor and tell them I was abusive.

Why can't I leave a zero star in a review? They don't deserve even one star! They have the worst technician (a short & chubby female), the long and horrible waiting time (with full bladder for the ultrasound) & the worst service-minded receptionists are in the SUNNYBANK EXACT RADIOLOGY. Can you believe that I got a text with a changed appointment time which they suddenly decided for me at 1:54 AM while I was in bed!! Do they even work at the time??!! Fast forward to the appointment, I arrived early but was told I was late?? Don't waste your valuable time in the most untrustworthy place!

Uffffff.... horrible experience... as everybody said receptionsit, was very rude and silly as well.. 2 days before i rang up them and asked about my scan and than tell her to book an appointment and but the lady on the phone said you dont need to book an appointment you can come straight away & tody whn i visited there she said sonographer is not available and start laughing .., so much disgusting service and even she did not make any effort to look something somewhr for me.. customer satisfction and service both are negative.. this is the worst exprnc of my life... very very very poor service.. lady at front should learn some working skills .. they dont bother if something went wrong due to them... i recommend everyone to not to visit this place..

The receptionists were both rude and short with me when I tried to ask a question or if I didn't know what they were talking about. My ultrasound tech was very kind and respectful but I am not returning purely because of how rude the receptionists were :(

I had waited here for over 1 hour for xray (they puy all the cases into the box, but those came later than me, had their referral read before mine, at least two people came later than me received their service earlier than me. after waiting for 1.5hours, i was told the xray machine was broken, i immediately went to another radiologist nearby and it only took me 5mins to get everything done

The lady at reception was nice but once I got my ultrasound the lady was annoyed at something, these women need to be more professional in their jobs and need to be more understanding since they are women as well she looked ashamed that I was pregnant I'm 25 worst first experience don't recommend women doing ultrasounds they take their personal problems to work.

The receptionist was good but the sonographer who did my 20 week pregnancy scan was not good at all. I would not recommend going to this place for your pregnancy scans we went with all the excitement as it would possibly be the last scan and was out second scan n we had been thru a lot in the pregnancy and this was a very special tym for us(i guess it wud be for all the parents to be) but it was so rushed and the questions i asked sonographer she was like going to shout at me if i had asked another question. I was so scared to ask anything she was very rude and we just the scan to be finished anyways bcoz she was making us feel very uncomfortable n awkward as if we have done something wrong coming here. Seriously!! I understand not all people love their jobs and we all have problems but being rude to clients- not acceptable!

I had my second pregnancy scan with them last week. The sonographer( looked like indian origin, forgot name) changed my appointment time at last minute and then blamed me for not picking up her calls as I was working. She finished my scan within 10 mins and did not even bother to clarify my questions. I didn't get the service for my money. Will not recommend to anyone for pregnancy scans.

Did not expect how rude the staff was going to be. Honestly I brought my niece in for a possible fractured knee to have xrayed n wow was the staff just rude in tone and in greeting and on departure.

I would like to give 0 rating if I could. Please don’t go there. I had a very bad experience with this radiology clinic. I agreed that I was 8 mins late for my appointment due to unavoidable circumstances (my husband got stucked in the traffic) but I informed them half an hour before. When I reached there reception staff behaved very unprofessionally because I was late. The male sonographer came in a rush and said I have to do quick scan as you are late. Not even greetings in a proper manner which made me very nervous even though it was my pregnancy scan. He doesn’t have the proper work ethics. Would not recommend anyone for pregnancy scan. Very very worst service ever I had experienced with this clinic. There are many radiology services around people can get much better service.

The technician performing my scan was very rude when it came to respecting my privacy - giving me a gown to lay over my parts was ok but there seemed to be no point to it after he lifted it to my belly (I was getting my veins scanned so some exposure was necessary but there was no warning and he did not pull it back down). I personally don’t mind being exposed in a clinical situation but he did not check to see if I had covered myself before opening the door multiple times and once I had to clean up he was very brief with the instruction (I was left alone afterward). I should note I have had identical scans before and have never had to dispose of the cover gown myself. Two stars because the clinic is functional - also, apologies to the receptionist, my earphones were silent and I had one out but it was still somewhat rude.

So I read the reviews and thought let me give it a go myself . Worse mistake ever . The receptionist is rude as hell no wonder everyone had complaints . She likes to make things difficult . If your too old for the job please retire . Someone needs to do something about this practise it’s horrible and I don’t no how it’s lasted.

Absolutely disgusted at the way they treated my sister when she went in to do her tests. No empathy or kindness was shown by the receptions, she was nothing but cold and rude. Extremely disappointed and concerned that these kinds of people are working in a field which requires empathy treating people like my sister. I can't believe , I made 20 calls this morning struggling to get an urgent ultrasound scan appt ... not a single call of mine got answered . Shut this fricking place down before someone does it for you . Geez , just have a look at all the horrible reviews this place has got ....

Male sonographer was nice and supportive although the receptionist was a bit blunt. Giving 3 stars mainly because the website for exactradiology also does not work. I went here for my second ultrasound and was given a card and login details to have a record of the ultrasound pics and results but the website still doesn't work despite trying it on my phone, tablet and home laptop. Please fix your website as how am I supposed to show my scans to the doctor now if I can't even access your portal.

I was asked to get a growth scan in my third trimester. The discrepancy in weight, in less than a week's time when the baby was born was 800gm less than what we were told. I understand there would be some discrepancy but at this extent is not acceptable. The receptionist forgot that I was waiting for the report. When asked after 10-15 minutes of waiting the receptionist handed the paperwork without even apologising. They do not claim for Medicare either. You'll have to claim online. For a radiology charging extra cost this place is not worth a single star Qld X-ray is the best. If appointment was available I would have chosen QML.

Receptionists are rude...my 2 yr old was with me for scan and she said kids are not allowed leave them home...what if there is no option to leave them home or anywhere.

They gave me electronic copies of my scans. Very neat. Staff are clearly jaded from all the mouth breathers you can see writing these 1 and 2 star reviews. "I had to wait five minutes" "there was a line" "waaahhhhh" hilarious. Radiologists have always struck me as impersonal, and they definitely deal with a larger volume of clients daily than any doctor. I had to wait in line for a while, but it wasn't because of the receptionist, it was because some old bat was crossing every 'i' and dotting every 't' and generally talking the ear off of the receptionist instead of just filling out her paperwork off to the side and handing it in. I guess old people have more to worry about then that. Scans took next to no time at all, walked out the door, no fuss no muss. Had my electronic copies sent to me the same day, which is great cause I definitely know what I'm looking at....

The admin staff where very rude and where not welling to work with me and they also pam people off to another clinic. When i asked to speak to the manager on i was told that manager was not in very dispointed with they way i was treated

Good location and easy parking. However terrible services. Delay more than ten minutes for bladder prepping patients which caused a lot of stress. Particularly a middle aged male sonogrpaher offered horrible service and showed no compassion to patients.

Such an unfriendly and unprofessional Dr i had today an Asian lady wasn't a good day for me to have scan with the asian lady when i asked her if everything is fine in my pelvis she just didn't answered me and again i asked she said "Ask your Dr i dont know this" this was so unprofessional way.

I was booked in for an ultrasound and was late for 5 mints( had some traffic congestion on ma way) tried to call them couple of times to inform them but none answer. The receptionist Sandra called me back and said I need to cancel the appointment and need to rebook for next week where I was 3 mints away from the place.she was very rude over the phone as well. What Made me very angry and upset was when I was pregnant they made me to waite 30 mints to get my scan done with full bladder.so do they really care about the client.i don't think so .

I felt the sonographer who did my scan was not very thorough as she appeared rushed and was very quick to finish up. In the passed i have been to rochedale where they took the time and were much more thorough . It is worrying as i hope nothing was missed in the scan.

Please don't go here, they are useless. I called and booked app for my Ultrasound at Sunnybank and then received text message that I am booked at Newstead. I called them and they did nothing. So i had to re book for another day and another Radiology. I will never come here ever.

Worst ever!!! The tech who did our scan, was an amateur, he had no idea what he was doing. Our doc at Mater had to do an ultrasound again because the anatomy scan results were inconsistent. Wont ever go there again!

If I can give 0 ranking, I will rate as 0 . I waited for over 40 min for my ultrasound appointment. After I waited about 30 min, a lady walked in without any appointment and she got called before me, what a chaos management???? After I finished my ultrasound scan, the Gel was still on my body, the male sonographer walked away to another room straight away. The paper roll just sat on the floor instead on the desk, I didn't know if I can use it to wipe my body, I asked the sonographer twice and got no respose. This male staff had no basic work ethics at all and this clinic had the hygiene issues from that day's experience. I visited this clinic a few of times, it was the worst experience this time at this clinic.

I was referred for an ultrasound to another company, although a friend recommended Exact at Sunnybank. The staff were very friendly and helpful when making and later rescheduling my appointment and the lady with the beautiful accent who did my ultrasound was extremely understanding, compassionate and caring. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Very bad experience. I went at there sunny bank clinic before 12.30 and they said I have to wait 30 mint as they were in lunch break. I was waiting there more than one and half hour and end d up having scan at 2 o'clock.

All the staff are professional and friendly, the lady on the phone made my appointment gave me very good advice. The lady did my ultrasound scan was very patient and approachable. Will definitely go back!

I got my scan done by Dr N Rattan jee,had a great experience,she explained everything in detail I was very satisfied to learn about every single detail of my upcoming baby .Shes doing a great job definitely going again at Exact for my scans by Dr N Rattan jeee.

I can definitely share a positive review regarding my visits here. I’ve done multiple obstetric scans and other ultrasounds of my different parts of my arms here and have always been treated wonderfully by all the staff members. Yes sometimes there is a bit of a wait on the phone to book appointments but it’s a super fast system and the receptionists are always happy to try and accommodate the best time for me at this clinic or their other clinics (which I find super useful - instead of me having to call each clinic). The radiographers and sonographers I’ve had each time have always been so helpful and efficient. Thank you!

I was worried before my visit because of the negative reviews but staff were really friendly. The lady at the reception was nice and the sonographer lady was very professional too. The waiting wasn't long at all. Maybe they had rude staff previously but my experience there today was great!

I went into Exact Radiology, Sunnybank nervous because of the bad reviews. Honestly, it was the best experience I've had with a radiology clinic. I had a booked appointment, and the receptionist was friendly and efficient. The sonographer was on time, clear with their communication, and patient with me. Overall, the experience was seamless. The parking was easy, and the toilets and facility were clean.

I have previously booked for my Nucal scan which has to been done in between 12 weeks, 13 weeks+5 days timeframe, everything was all booked in and exact radiology Sunnybank had to tell me at the last minute that their technician called in sick today?! Even thought they have tried to reschedule my appointment with in acceptable timeframe for this baby, I didn’t have other time available! If you will have your technician called in sick, your company should have extra available technician who is able to do the scan instead of telling your client to change their appointment date and time! It’s like clients’ timetables aren’t valuable? Especially for all pregnant women will have to stress about getting this scan done in a limited timeframe! Absolutely ridiculous

All the staff working here were friendly. Even though I didn't bring a referral, they waited for me and explained the method. I am writing a review because I want to let others know that it is a really good place.

My experience was great - plenty of parking, receptionist friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in, only waited 10mins, I was in and out in 20mins. The sonographer was friendly and professional. My abdominal ultrasound was fully bulk billed. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you, walk in with a smile :-)

I came here for a ultrasound of my wrist today. The reception ladies were pleasant and helpful, super efficient! There was a little bit of a wait - around 15 minutes, as the patient before me ran a little late, but nothing major. Lily the sonographer was super lovely, professional and quick. Its a shame so many people have had bad experiences here previously - personally my experience today was fantastic (not to mention they bulk bill - hard to find), so I would definitely come back here again.

I had an ultrasound performed by Tim today. He is professional, funny, kind and an expert in his field. The receptionists are lovely too and the clinic is spotless. Thank you ERC.

My appt was at 2pm today. I only waited less than 5 minutes, and the whole process took about 20 minutes. Both receptionists are nice and friendly. The lady sonographer who did ultrasound for me was very gentle and thorough. The whole clinic is clean and quiet. I couldn't be more satisfied about their service. They also bulk bill. Mine would cost $235 at QLD Xray. Highly recommend Exact Radiology Sunnybank!

Great service and friendly staff everywhere even referred me to Exact Inala when they could not fit my times available. Yes I will go again and have been before. My first choice for radiology etc.

Then sonographer gentleman at Sunnybank was very sweet and friendly. I also like how Exact bulk bill ultrasounds even if you don’t have a pension card.
