What an absolute shock to receive below average service like this from front reception. Whoever has trained these young people on customer service has done a poor job in my opinion and needs to spend some time thinking really about what service they are delivering to the good people of Brisbane and perhaps do a course in customer service themselves. Every single one of the front desk team could not pull a smile or thank you for waiting. It was stale, cold and I actually felt embarrassed that this is what these young people have been trained in. Where has good old fashioned customer service gone? Human connection? My good lord- what a disgrace!

Qscan is an unprofessional organisation considering how many clinics they have through out Queensland. They had to reschedule my ultrasound because they didn't have anyone qualified to do the scan. Why do they offer these services when they don't have the adequate amount of staff. The tv screen was broken during the ultrasound! results on my report in contrast to what the sonographer stated during the ultrasound were completely different. I will now have to do another ultrasound and pay for it again!. Very unprofessional and disorganised. When your paying a premium for a service, I definitely expected a lot more. Do not book with Qscan.

The staff were extremely helpful. One lady at reception (Temika) went out of her way to help my mother get her scans done when I stuffed up the doctor's referral. It would have been a wasted trip we're it not for her. VERY appreciated.

Beautiful clean, modern clinic. Desk staff extremely friendly and professional. Appointment was right on time. MRI techs were so kind and professional. They really have this down to an art. Everything that was happening was explained and I really appreciated that. Was nervous and they put me totally at ease. These techs should have great pride in the work they do. It really meant a lot to me to be treated so well. Hope you're all getting Christmas bonuses :)

I’m so sorry I have forgotten the name of the lady who conducted my scans yesterday but really wanted to express my appreciation to her for talking me through everything and relieving a lot of anxiety. This has not always been standard practise with previous scans I’ve had at other places, but she seemed to intuitively pick up on how I was feeling and did her best to reassure me which meant so much. She even managed to make me laugh a few times, taking my mind off my worries, and has the perfect mannerism for her role, thank you so much for your compassion. Also the receptionist who checked me in was so so lovely, nothing was too much and I could see how passionate and conscientious she was about her work, really so lovely to see and experience.

Lovely helpful staff who greeted me and did my scan. Be careful of road rules around this area as I was fined $240 for crossing a white line, obviously a place where the cycle cops hang out looking for offenders.

A huge thank you to all of the front desk staff who were very helpful during my wife's appointment on Saturday and a special mention to Narelle who went out of her way to make my Jan feel comfortable during the MRI scan process. The referring GP made a mistake on the referral document so the GP, front desk staff and Narelle went above and beyond to get the correct scans completed within an hour of the error being discovered. Thanks again to you all.

Don’t bother calling as they don’t answer the phone. If it wasn’t for Robyn who works on the front desk at QScan at Red Hill Broncos I would never have bothered. Her customer service in a personal and friendly matter gave me the confidence to continue booking my appointment. Sadly this company have no idea about customer service at the first stage of the phone booking stage. You cannot book per site only a central booking agency who are never there!!!

Review is specifically for QScan Windsor: The staff here were a pleasure to deal with from when I entered to when I left just before Xmas 2023. From the reception staff to the nurse who took me in for a CT. I chose to wait for my films and they arrived much sooner than expected. I attempted to submit this feedback online on their website however it kept throwing an error.

Each time I’ve had to go for an X-ray or some other scan, I have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness from staff at every level. Never had a negative experience with this clinic, compared to others. I’m a bit claustrophobic and ended up having a minor panic attack during one of my MRI’s because I forgot to take a Valium. The tech was so understanding and immediately brought me out and talked me down. After I went back inside the machine, he kept reassuring me and updating me on how much longer it would take. He turned a frightening experience into a bearable one and got me through it. Bookings are generally made fairly quickly, so there’s no waiting a week or 2 for answers. The patient portal also allows for you to share your results with any specialists you may be referred to. They also have reasonable prices for scans that aren’t bulk-billed. Overall a very efficient clinic with lovely staff.

Went today to have a x-ray and the lady doing it was condescending at best. Not the place to be acting like that when dealing with people who might be in distress and or pain. Disappointing. .

Visiting about an injury can hardly be described as pleasant, and yet, the team at Windsor were so perfectly charming and professional that I couldn’t help but leave with a smile. Special thanks to Kayla and Sasha for going the extra distance in making me feel welcome and comfortable.

I have been monitoring a nodule in my right breast for several years.I underwent the examination at QSCAN on October 26, and surprisingly, they made no mention of the nodule, only identified fluid and suggested aspiration. I am puzzled as to why the nodule was not detected. I submitted an appointment request through the website last week, and I have not received a response to date. My experience with QSCAN has been quite disappointing.

I recently had a breast biopsy at this center performed by Dr Marianne Cossens, but unfortunately, after five attempts, the doctor was unsuccessful in obtaining the correct sample, and each time only got normal breast tissue. This process was so lengthy and painful that if the doctor had continued for just one more minute, I would have lost consciousness for sure. It's important to note that this wasn't my first experience with a biopsy. Due to this traumatic experience, I have developed a strong aversion to this procedure, and I couldn't even write a review at that time. But now, after about five months, I have decided to share my experience so that other patients can make more informed choices when selecting their doctors. Moreover, I am deeply disappointed in Qscan organization for allowing inexperienced and inadequately skilled doctors to perform such an important procedure. I'm not sure I can feel comfortable enough to undergo biopsy procedure again.

It would be great if the opening hours could be specified and be clearer. i.e. x-rays or ultrasound appointments are only from 8 am to 5pm, after 5pm you only accept MRI. This is something that can be added to your website, or more specifically, to this location.
