    1. Ramdevra Pokran is a quiet journey site, known for the heavenly environment encompassing the worshipped Ramdev Sanctuary. The profound vibe and social importance make it a must-visit for those looking for a quiet retreat. 2. Pokran's Ramdevra typifies rich history and strict enthusiasm. The sanctuary's design and the yearly fair draw guests looking for both profound edification and a brief look into Rajasthan's energetic practices. A real enthralling mix and legacy.

Ramdevra is a village situated about 12 km to the north of Pokhran in Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan in India. Ramdevra was established by Baba Ramdev Pir, who was son of ruler of Pokhran Ajmal Singh Tanwar. Gram Panchayat of Ramdevra is one of the most economically productive Gram panchayat in Rajasthan, as tourist and devotees inflow in village is huge. A fair is held in Ramdevra between August–September, which attracts devotees from other states like Punjab, Haryana, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh and from all over India. Some of the famous tourist attractions of village are Ramdev Pir temple, Ramsarovar lake (a lake believed to be carved by Ramdev Pir Himself), Parcha Bawdi stepwell, Jhoola-Paalna etc.

A small little temple that can be found on the way to Jaisalmer on the Jaisalmer - Jodhpur highway. We went here based on the recommendation listed on the Rajasthan tourism website. You may skip this. Definitely nothing worthwhile unless you wish to visit temples as a ritual. Visited and reviewed on 21.04.2023

There are no words for this auspicious and holy place The person who believes in Shree Ramdevji Maharaj , there is no need for any explanation about this holy place. Still refer some information Ramdevra is a village in the Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan, India. It's located about 12 km north of Pokhran. The village is named after Baba Ramdevji, a Tanwar Rajput saint who took samadhi (conscious exit from the mortal body) in 1459 AD. Ramdevji was born in a Rajput family in Ramdevra in 1409. He gave up his worldly life to help people. He believed in the equality of all human beings, regardless of caste, region, or economic status. He helped the oppressed by granting their wishes. According to a story, he killed a demon and performed miracles. At the age of 33, he went into samadhi to leave his body on purpose. Ramdevra was established by Baba Ramdev Pir, who was the son of the ruler of Pokhran, Ajmal Singh Tanwar. Muslims also pay homage to this saint with respect. The Ramdevra fair is held in Jaisalmer. Thousands of devotees travel on foot and in vehicles to attend the fair. Ramdev Jayanti is celebrated to commemorate the birthday of Baba Ramdev, a Hindu deity. He is worshipped mainly in Rajasthan and Gujarat Ramdev is believed to have devoted his life to helping the poor and downtrodden. He is also said to have had miraculous powers. Many of his followers believe he was an avatar of Krishna. Muslims venerate him as Rama Shah Peer. Ramdev Jayanti is celebrated annually on Chaitra Sudi Panchami. Devotees gather at the Ramdevra temple to pay homage to Baba Ramdev's Samadhi. They also offer him wooden horse toys and new clothes.

Too crowded area and patchy roads. It’s highly congested with local vendors and people really lack sense of hygiene and cleanliness provided it’s a pilgrim place. Almost everyone contribute in making it a garbage bin.

All Vyas should atleast visit once to Kul Devi(कुल देवी). It is 400 year old temple, recently renovated. I would suggest to start early in morn...
