Since I moved in 4 months ago, there have been at least 5 fire alarms ranging from 10pm-6am, and a couple in the early evening. My understanding is that this has been the case since the building opened. Obviously, this is extremely problematic for those of us with children and animals. There has never been an actual fire, and in some cases, the alarm was "pulled" as a prank. The communication from the property has been inconsistent, and often contradictory. If I knew this before signing the lease, I would not have moved in.

If you want to wake up to fire alarms almost every 2 weeks, The Nines is the perfect place. With alarms going off randomly from 3am in the morning to 12 noon, you will never want to go back. Also, note that these alarms take 30 minutes to shut down, therefore get ready for mayhem…

The Nines offers the most when looking for an apartment. The management office makes residents feel cared for and welcome in the community. The property is gorgeous and the amenities are spectacular. The location is perfect for me to get to work but also suburban and peaceful! I love working out and the gym is equipped with everything I need and is always spotless. Honestly having a pool this close to the city is so incredible!

I moved into The Nines about a week ago and so far my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The team at the leasing office has been so patient with answering all of my questions. Special shout-out to Cameron for being so kind to me. My apartment is beautiful, modern, spacious and everything is brand new. I was so grateful to find a home that welcomed my big friendly pup child because it truly was next to impossible. Not only that but they have amenities for him too! A fenced in dog run and a spa for me to keep him squeaky clean.The building itself is quiet and the parking garage is convenient. I am looking forward to trying all the stunning amenities. I love the fact that they have events for residents and am planning on attending. I highly recommend that you jump at the opportunity to take a tour and possibly snag one of these beautiful luxurious apartments for yourself if you can!

An amazing place / apartment. So far I really enjoy the place after moving in for about one week. The management, particularly the leasing manager Cameron Gabehart is a great leader who knows the apartment complex well and provide excellent recommendation. Had I listened to him earlier, I would have had an even better experience. If you happen to have him lead you the tour, listen carefully to his advice.

The nines is absolutely incredible!! It’s so beautiful, from the amenities to the people and staff! Cameron showed me around and was able to answer so many questions for me. He totally made my experience, his opinion meant so much to me. He went above and beyond for me! I highly recommend you visiting the nines and requesting Cameron’s assistance! I’ve viewed several apartments before and the staff was a big reason as to why I never committed! After meeting Cameron and seeing the nines the warm inviting environment and person made me immediately feel comfortable! I feel at home here already, and am so thankful for the incredible experience I had!

Terrific amenities and community spaces. We loved watching the NBA playoffs in the cinema room. Cameron in the front office is always very accommodating and helpful on the few times I visited the office for help for various reasons. Most of which turned out to be my own user error. He always greats with a big smile or wave. Since December of ‘22 we’ve enjoyed the 24/7 gym, and the wonderful people we’ve met here. Any maintenance requests have been handled same day or the next day. Highly recommend.

The leasing office staff and property management staff round out the whole upscale experience here. They really care and want to make sure everyone is happy. They excel at customer service. They’re also super friendly to everyone which makes coming home the warm environment you’re looking for after long days. And the amenities are so wonderful to have! Everything is well-kept!
