October 2022: 5⭐: I came here with my family members to attend an appointment with them. Each of the providers we were seen by were great. We were seen by two students who were studying to become providers for patients. They were asking appropriate questions and were very inquisitive. I enjoy the students at the facility because they are learning and it's a pleasure to be the one who they are learning from during their interviews.

My mom was taken to the ER by ambulance after suffering a seizure at home. She suffers from Alzheimer/dementia. Every hallway was packed with patients on stretchers. Thankfully my mom was able to be placed in a "coveted" room with glass doors (she is 89). Her nurses were wonderful. Despite the obvious heavy workload, they saw to my mom's needs and did their best to be gentle and attentive to her. The plan was for her to be admitted for overnight observation. But, due to unavailability of beds, she was kept in the ER. The docs/neurologists came to visit her there and decided she would be more comfortable at home and scheduled follow-up tests. Great ER teams. Also Ambulance teams.Warm, sympathic.

Great place and great people. I did a study here for a while and the Nurses, Dr's, and students are all so awesome. Our future Healthcare workers are going to be amazing.

OMG this place is a total chaotic mess! There are not enough people at the information desk to help, and when one goes to lunch no one replaces them, they also run back and forth into the ER to deliver visitors! Shouldn't "candy stripers" be doing stuff like that? There is a 6 hour wait in the ER. It looks like folks are using this as a doctor's office! Whoever is in charge they really need to get there act together and put more people in place to help with the chaos!

I used valet parking easily. My appointment was handled promptly and efficiently and I had my car fetched easily. No complaints.

Boston hospital's 100%, not what they used to be and if I see one more thing about discrimination I'm going to scream it's everybody but white people that get served first anywhere and everywhere that's all I read in the reviews is how they were discriminated against I can't help but LMAO that ship sailed long time ago!! If you bothered reading the other reviews doesn't matter if your white black yellow or green everyone seems to have had a negative experience except for lifesaving surgeries that's where the ignorance comes in I went two times and no doctor was even there to see me I only disabled middle-aged white woman and I'm not just screaming discrimination but maybe I should and I'll get somewhere

I was and still very much disappointed for the (BMC) labor and delivery routine/schedule. Getting there on Feb 28th ( BMC ) 2022 then send us back home saying that all the rooms was booked. We as patients, we were checking on when will they get a room for us? This took 3 days to finally get there at 6am and get a room later in the afternoon. Again, why calling a patient at 4am , telling us that they have 4 beds available, we can go. How can you schedule a patient for induction and send them home and wait for 3 days? The early schedule delivery was for a reason and no to juggle around... if it wasn't for some nurses such as ( Bette and Joy ) from the labor, I could have lost completely trust and hope for the best. Another amazing midwife who did an marvelous job **Rosher** I wish all mom tobe to meet a person like her. No to forget a big thanks to Dr Anderson/ pediatric.
