    I have a small business and a bjs membership, I’m sorry I do. Firstly one pays a hefty amount for that membership each year, even though the prices are barely competitive. Generally. If one takes the time to comparison shop, they can do better elsewhere. The selection of products is poor to horrid, . They often package what you might want with another offering that you don’t. Pastas, soda, snacks, etc. if something is on sale one has to clip a coupon, so what the heck is the point of the membership anyway?. The Liqour department is convenient but it’s easy to find better prices close by and don’t expect 10% off on a case, The produce is frequently rotten, but cleverly hidden until one gets it home and opens the package. I will not re. Up the membership and I’m sorry I did this year., it’s a waste of money. Costco is much much matter, but hours away, sadly. Cheers

    I love BJs and would have given five stars but someone needs to train employees if a customer says thank you, please respond with you’re welcome. Maybe I’m wrong, but that’s how I was brought up. It Happened twice within 5 minutes. The two employees seemed like they would rather be elsewhere.

    Crowded every weekend as expected, will take you at least 30 minutes before they can cash you out... (pictures from the deli area early am) good people, staff always willing to help, (unless you work at the little podium by the registers and refuse to talk to customers...) then you find the guy from the tire department going above and beyond to help us! Chris we appreciate you! but other than that 5 stars!

    Purchased a stand up Gun safe today. Asked for help to load the safe into the back of my truck. Was told by the woman at the door that they don't help with loading items like that. So at this point I had to return the purchase. AWFUL CUSTOMERSERVICE. Mind blowing how you don't help a customer load their purchase.

    So I’ve bought tires twice … and both times I’ve had problems with keeping holding air …. I brought my newest set in to have them rotated and told them which tires weren’t holding air… got them rotated and still can’t hold air. I don’t understand why the only two sets I’ve bought there won’t hold air!!!!!

    last major rain storm my car got HIT AND RUN, no cameras to help. manager was not able to help. waste of time and now my new car has a big dent in the bumper!

    Alyssa at the customer service desk was too busy taking selfies instead of waiting on a paying customer in line. She seen I had a rambunctious 2 year old with me and seen me standing there and decided her fellow coworkers and herself were going to snap a selfie and then she asked if I was in line when I was clearly standing to the side waiting with my receipt. This is why young kids can’t work customer service absolutely ignorant and pure disrespectful.
