Just OK rooms and not helpful front desk ( mostly the night shifts ) . Your expected to collect your own towels from the lobby if you want them changed even though front desk is well staffed - just two of them sitting around doing nothing. Housekeeping is only upon request which is weird for a Marriott standard . Overall poor service and not coming back

This is my second time staying at this location and wow the difference in management is crystal clear!!! My first stay was this time last year. The stay was perfect, and the service was immaculate. This time around, I feel like I'm at a totally different hotel. The staff is uninformed about basic hotel information, unable to fulfill basic requests, and don't even get me started on the manager. I've never met someone whose so rude and condescending in my entire life!! Acting like we were a bother just for staying at the hotel. Treating us like we are starving, and threatening to give our food order (We used vouchers purchased with our hotel room) to the housekeeping staff... implying her staff is so hungry that they'll take anything! Honestly, this will be my last time staying here. For the sake of retaining business at this location, change your management.

Just. Don't. Book. Nothing but problems. No breakfast included and a terribly expensive Starbucks with limited hours and premade food. Fridges are the size of a safe. Housekeeping just didn't show up. We asked front desk to make it right. Front desk clerk said "You think you're frustrated? This happens all the time. Imagine how I feel having to tell the manager this over and over and nothing gets done about it!" They only offered free breakfast and points. We split the hotel bill. Have receipt of proof of payment in hand, minus a night as we checked out early. Then they charged one of us the full amount on top of the other payments plus the cost of the "complimentary" breakfasts. When my friend called to have it corrected they hung up on her. Spa was cold and disgusting then out of order. Elevator and hallways were muggy and hot. Location sucks. Train is so loud at night. So many better hotels around for way less. Like I said, Just Don't Book.

This hotel is pretty nice. It's mostly clean. It's pretty modern. The rooms were well decorated and the beds were comfortable (a little too soft, but that's ok). It's conveniently located next to a freeway and food- there's a couple restaurants in the parking lot and a few more down the street. The front desk staff here was nearly non existent. I came downstairs to speak to them at 5am. No one was there. There were plenty of old room keys scattered about the front desk- other guests who could not speak to someone in person either. There was an old Uber eats delivery, sitting there, abandoned. I could not find anyone. I ended up calling from my cell phone repeatedly, easily 7 times- until someone picked up. Felt a little Norman Bates. I'm certain the place is fine- but with old glasses and plates sitting outside the elevator on my floor, my entire stay and the lack of customer service- I'm going to believe that this place could use a little managerial touch.

Great location right next to Route 128 MBTA and Amtrak station. Also a short walk to Wegmans and a range of dining options. It’s laundry facilities are quite handy for longer trips with a functional gym and pool. Outdoor area is great, but there are a lot of mosquitos, so be prepared with lots of repellent and insect bite creams.

Worst front desk ever. Athanasia was the rudest, most unhelpful, useless person I've ever encountered. Her desk is on a recorded line getting the correct reservations - then entered them wrong, yet she placed the blame on everyone but her desk. Marriot Bonvoy CS has been fine over the phone, but none of the 3 families have heard back, despite being promised to, by now. We all had to spend over $1000 more because of the screw ups. Strongly considering canceling my Marriot Bonvoy CC, charging back stays, and pursuing legal action. Absolutely atrocious CS by Marriot.

This is my 2nd time staying here. I thought this time would balance the bad experience I had the 1st time. This has not happened. 1st.of all, whoever the lady "supervisor" is (she cannot possibly be the manager) she is terrible at customer service. Rude, makes you feel like a major inconvenience. All I wanted was a cart to haul my luggage and she went into a condescending reprimand about how there are "other guests here" and I will have to just wait till one gets returned. Mind you, I'm here for a conference so you have time constraints. She just now made me.feel like I was inconveniencing her because it's 8:10 in the morning and I can't even get a cup of coffee because they haven't opened the Cafe. She was very sharp and curt in telling me she might be able to open it in 15 or 20 minutes. I just want coffee. Is that too much to ask? I have to stay here because this is where rhe conference is, but it's like punishment. Last time, the maid walked in while I was changing because she thought I was checked out - I had 2 more nights to stay. The room has very thin walls and the staff (of which apparently none work in the cafe) have a lot of fun in the halls but seriously, save it for recess. So...no breakfast, no coffee, no sleep because the ac is very loud and the walls are thin. But this is the 2nd bad encounter with this woman who clearly does not belong in hospitality. My once high opinion of the Marriot is getting wiped out at this location.

very aggressive staff working there, and the hotel is not exactly the cleanest either. we stayed with friends who all had similar experiences, so it wasn't just an isolated situation. explore other options.

Rooms are nice. Beds are awesome. If you want a late bite to eat, or night cap, Rosa will take good care of you. She's awesome!! Just one minor point. No maid service during your stay. They only clean and make up the room when you leave. Not a big deal.

Actually, I did not even get to go to the hotel. After calling, a really poor customer service, I decided to not go to this location. Be aware the price at Marriotts are absurd!! They do not have a knowledgeable staff in most locations, they are burnt out and they are not attentive with the customers either. It seems to me that Marriott just wants to bank because corporate is probably estimating low profit by end of year. Obviously, this last comment is just a stipulation. I don't think I will remain a valued customer for Marriott for much longer. They used to do a good job at some point.

We were part of a group attending a nearby wedding and probably had 40 or 50 rooms. Staff was very accommodating, especially when we were a large partying group in the lobby quite late on Saturday night making way too much noise and they let us continue our time together. Thank you!

The train station is right next door, convenient if you were to catch a train but inconvenient if you are looking for a good night's sleep. Kept waking up multiple times during the night due to unsettling sounds and vibrations. Avoid this place.

I arrived to my room to discover that the fridge had not been cleaned (see photos), while everything else seemed to be properly cleaned after the last guest. I called and visited the front desk for assistance and Becca (not housekeeping or maintenance) came to clean the fridge. I absolutely appreciate her going outside of her role to address my concern. She gets 5 stars! Amazing customer service on her end.

Clean place, friendly staff, top notch facility, located right near the expressway. No issues & everything worked as designed. The room was clean, the sheets & bed were acceptable. Would stay there again.

I reserved a block of 20+ rooms at the Courtyard for my wedding weekend last month and the staff and facilities were fantastic. We booked their multifunction room for two full days and it was perfect for our rehearsal dinner. Our family and friends enjoyed the indoor pool and fitness center as well as the nearby restaurants and cafes.

I was disappointed with my stay overall. I asked for towel and room service but received neither. The majority of the front desk staff was pleasant. For future visits, I will be staying elsewhere.

Pool was the reason we went. Not warm but the hot tub was ok. Hard to get to from Boston

It was my 2nd stay there. I traveled for work. Didn’t enjoy the stay this time. AC in my room was really loud. They used to have the water in the lobby but this time they didn’t have water in the lobby, I guess they want you to buy water also.

This was a great hotel! I can't complain about anything! The rooms were clean, the lobby was neat, and the rooms were updated.

Great front desk worker, she was nice and very helpful. Rooms were cleaner than last hotel but random razor cover was left in shower, only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Incredible climate control in room though, hot or cold as you want, quick. Nice lobby snack selection as well!

Great location, right off the highway and with a couple good restaurants right in the same parking area. Friendly staff on the clock all the time. Easy check in and check out

This is a very nice hotel with a friendly and helpful staff. Great location, quiet safe area. There are washers and dryers that worked well. Plan to stay again when I'm in the area.

Good deals with the price and given facility. It is right next to Route 128 station so you can go into the city via train and come back later after roaming around. Lot of parking spaces.
