This
is
my
2nd
time
staying
here.
I
thought
this
time
would
balance
the
bad
experience
I
had
the
1st
time.
This
has
not
happened.
1st.of
all,
whoever
the
lady
"supervisor"
is
(she
cannot
possibly
be
the
manager)
she
is
terrible
at
customer
service.
Rude,
makes
you
feel
like
a
major
inconvenience.
All
I
wanted
was
a
cart
to
haul
my
luggage
and
she
went
into
a
condescending
reprimand
about
how
there
are
"other
guests
here"
and
I
will
have
to
just
wait
till
one
gets
returned.
Mind
you,
I'm
here
for
a
conference
so
you
have
time
constraints.
She
just
now
made
me.feel
like
I
was
inconveniencing
her
because
it's
8:10
in
the
morning
and
I
can't
even
get
a
cup
of
coffee
because
they
haven't
opened
the
Cafe.
She
was
very
sharp
and
curt
in
telling
me
she
might
be
able
to
open
it
in
15
or
20
minutes.
I
just
want
coffee.
Is
that
too
much
to
ask?
I
have
to
stay
here
because
this
is
where
rhe
conference
is,
but
it's
like
punishment.
Last
time,
the
maid
walked
in
while
I
was
changing
because
she
thought
I
was
checked
out
-
I
had
2
more
nights
to
stay.
The
room
has
very
thin
walls
and
the
staff
(of
which
apparently
none
work
in
the
cafe)
have
a
lot
of
fun
in
the
halls
but
seriously,
save
it
for
recess.
So...no
breakfast,
no
coffee,
no
sleep
because
the
ac
is
very
loud
and
the
walls
are
thin.
But
this
is
the
2nd
bad
encounter
with
this
woman
who
clearly
does
not
belong
in
hospitality.
My
once
high
opinion
of
the
Marriot
is
getting
wiped
out
at
this
location.
