Oh boy, where do I start? We ended up there on a Thursday afternoon for lunch. The host was friendly and prompt. We were seated in the bar area and the bartender was our server as well. Greet time was upwards of at least 5 minutes and it was relatively dead. He had maybe 3 tables and one bar guest. Someone dropped off waters and then walked away. Took around 10min to order drinks. We ordered children’s meals with an appetizer. Somehow kids baked pizza and pasta came out before our appetizer. We waited around 34 minutes for our appetizer. Mind you I had to ask again about it and judging by his face… he forgot to ring it in. So that came out with our food. The food was subpar and that’s being generous. Half cold. Mac and chz tasted like oven and oil. Soup tasted like bagged tortilla soup. Burger came out with literally nothing on it. Friend had to ask for everything and by the time anyone made it back her burger was cold. Anyways just all around a disappointment. There’s plenty of other restaurants near by that would be better options. To wrap things up. We had to prebus and set all our dishes on one side of the table. No manager did a table touch at any point. Took around 17 min to even close out. Hard pass all around.

Wow...Cannot say enough about this place, the ambiance, the decorations, the design so pleasing to the eye, wonderful experience, Ashley was our server, she was so nice and knowledgeable, made suggestions, really appreciated the service, prices are not bad when compared to other places. And the food you may ask...well we started with Pineapple Martini and hummus and artichoke was absolutely wonderful, my wife had the salmon over salad, she let me have a bite, delicious, I had the lobster briquet cup, it was wonderful, then I had the grilled pork chop, it was well cooked, just to my liking, it tasted amazing, highly recommended, finished with a wonderful dessert. Overall a wonderful place will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

It was my first time there and overall, it didn’t disappoint. The hostess, the server and even the Manager Caitlyn, hope I spelled it right, were exceptional. The customer service experience was definitely remarkable. I usually give this a very tough grading because it is usually what determines if I return as a customer and they exceeded my expectations. Great meatballs! The food was very good and came out fairly quickly. I had the steak and it was excellent and my wife loved the salmon. We then moved on to dessert and that was also great! Bathrooms were very nice and clean. The ONLY thing, and it wasn’t enough to influence my rating was that it was very dusty at table. I felt that was too close to where food is served and should be wiped down because it’s obvious it’s been there for a while. So, again, something I know that could be fixed immediately and not enough to negate my experience. In all fairness, as I am very truthful in my reviews, Caitlyn did approach my table to ask about our experience and I missed telling her about that. It’s a small fix that I know she will address immediately because she was so darn polite and professional. Overall, definitely an A+ visit and look forward to paying them a future visit and you should too.

Great location. The service was outstanding from entrance to bill. Food is great, we had the filet mignon which was cooked just as requested (medium, if you request anything beyond it we can't be friends), and the seasonal gnocchi, which was superb. The gnocchi hits you just like a comfort soup. I definitely recommend it. There's plenty of space between tables and even at the bar it does not get noisy at all. Always do ask for the dessert menu. Happy dinning!

The sea bass is perfectly seasoned and cooked! The menu has noted the calories for every dish which was very helpful. The atmosphere is also really nice!

Okay so the food was good, pictures only show one of the entrees (I got the rotisserie chicken, very nice flavor! and the mashed potatoes were exquisite). one of my dining partners got a salad with steak and the other got pork, we got lobster bisque as an appetizer as well which was very top notch. Our complaint was the desserts are so wonderful, yet so small! They are just small little containers with different flavors, so maybe go somewhere else if you’re craving a big dessert.

Came here with a large party - the restaurant assigned two staff tending to us! Very thoughtful, something that never would have crossed my mind. They allow a maximum party of 12 patrons, so plan accordingly if you are with a big group! The food was excellent, though the portions were a little small (but still enough to leave you satisfied) for the price. I think due to the atmosphere of trying to be a gourmet/upscale restaurant, they charge a bit more than the usual. The place was LOUD. And I'm not talking like there was a group of people in the back corner hooting and hollering - I had to literally yell over people to talk to the company I went with, especially at the other end of the table. This is why I give 4 stars. A gourmet restaurant should give an ambient atmosphere, not something along the lines of a high school/college cafe. The martinis were excellent and they had a selection of craft beers, and more wine choices than you could imagine. No beer on draft.

I recently had a fantastic dining experience at Seasons 52, and I must say that both the server, Alex, and the manager, Barbara, were truly splendid. From the moment I walked in, their warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for the entire evening. Alex, our server, was attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent recommendations from the menu. They had a genuine passion for the culinary creations offered by the restaurant, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Alex was prompt in taking our orders, ensuring that all our preferences and dietary restrictions were accommodated. Throughout the meal, they checked on us regularly, ensuring our satisfaction and attending to any requests promptly and efficiently. Barbara, the manager, displayed exceptional leadership and a keen eye for detail. They seamlessly oversaw the restaurant's operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons. Barbara's friendly presence and willingness to interact with guests created a welcoming atmosphere, making us feel like valued customers. The food at Seasons was simply outstanding. Each dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. It was evident that the chef and kitchen staff put great care and skill into every plate that left the kitchen. The menu offered a diverse selection, catering to a range of preferences, and the quality of ingredients used was top-notch. The ambiance of the restaurant was also worth noting. The decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and elegant setting. The lighting and music perfectly complemented the overall dining experience, allowing for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. I highly recommend Seasons 52 to anyone seeking a remarkable dining experience. With Alex's exceptional service and Barbara's attentive management, you are sure to be in good hands. The combination of delicious food, warm hospitality, and inviting atmosphere makes this restaurant truly splendid.

First time at Season 52 in Chestnut Hill, we went to Season 52 once before in San Diego. The two locations somehow look very similar, nice and cozy eventhough it’s huge. We had chicken pesto flatbread, it was so good we had to ordered another bacon asparagus flatbread. Both were so good. other dishes we ordered were Grilled Scallops, Grilled Salmon, Steak and Lobster Tail, French Toast, Rotisserie Chicken. We also had Bloody Mary and mimosa. The food were really good, the restaurant was fully packed as it was a Mother’s Day but food came out in timely manner. The service was great. Will come back again for sure.

I love Seasons 52! Their seasonal menu has a wide variety of delicious food that caters to most dietary restrictions. The food is well prepared and well seasoned, friendly staff, and great drink options! My personal favorite is the dessert flight. I always get a to go order for the family because I simply can’t decide on which is the best!

Our company took us here for dinner on a Saturday. The place was crowded, a tad bit noisy, has an open kitchen. Our server was amazing getting everyone their food and drinks in a timely manner.

I met friends for dinner and drinks last night. Our waiter was very attentive and all our orders came out right. He let us take our time and catch up with each other. Our dinners were excellent as were the cocktails. The salmon and trout were just right.

Great Chestnut Hill eatery. The New Old Fashioned is excellent. The Tuna Tartare appetizer is great- large and delicious. I had the lamb loin with Yukon mashed and green beans and it was perfect. I also tried the salmon and rainbow trout and they were equally terrific. Finally, the miniature Oreo Cookie parfait was a perfect ending to the meal. Highly recommend Seasons 52.

Went here spontaneously for a quick birthday dinner my wife and I split the ahi salad, I had the tenderloin filet with a butter poached lobster tail and a side of grilled scallops. She had the tenderloin filet. Both were cooked perfectly and the restaurant was very lively. We had reservations so we avoided the long wait, but our 8pm reservation actually got us seated at 8:20. The service was great and since it was my birthday, my wife and I both had complimentary deserts. Had it not been for the extra long wait despite having a reservation, it would have been 5 stars. The prices were great for the quality of food. I'll be back to try some other intriguing menu items. Each season the menu changes and every meal is less than 585 calories which was impressive since it was all so flavorful and no noticeable loss in taste for a low calorie meal. Definitely will recommend, but make sure to make a reservation or you'll be waiting for an hour for dinner.

Enjoyed a great dinner at this Seasons 52 location in Chestnut Hill. Excellent service and wonderful food made this a great restaurant to spend part of our Thanksgiving holiday at. I was really impressed with the meal special, the turkey, mashed potatoes and the rest were prepared extremely well and really hit the spot. Super job and look forward to returning to this location.

The staff are amazing and very considerate of dietary restrictions. They will check with the chefs to make sure everything is correct. It's a great place for Vegan food. Delicious vegetable gnocchi 🤤

Waited 45 minutes past reservation to be seated. No place to sit so stood in cramps hallway. People were sitting on floor waiting. Sat next to a table that was so cramped, back of my seat hit their seat. Grilled artichoke appetizer was best but weird with the celery. The tuna tartare was too sweet with too much mango that you could not taste the tuna and was warmer than I expected. The sea bass itself was amazing and a large portion but snow peas had strings and rice was small. The lobster bisque was all cream with no lobster bits at all. The pepperoni flatbread was long but with more roasted tomatoes than pepperoni. The desert cups were great. The Cosmo was mid-warm, clearly not shaken. Our waiter forgot to give us water after being asked twice. He did spend 15 minutes flirting with the next table though.

Staff and waitress very pleasant. We had a nice round table family of 4. My adult children enjoyed the flatbread pizza, my wife and I delicious salads. I had Salmon and it was cooked perfectly. We were out of town visitors and really enjoyed our meals!

Went to Seasons 52 (Chestnut Hill). It was great. I had the Spinach and Strawberry salad, entree of shrimp and grits. Had two desserts as ONE cane with lunch. Everything was so good. Our waiter(waitress was wonderful). Of course I was so busy eating and talking that I only got a snapshot of dessert. It was AMAZING

I usually come here for dinner, but didn’t know that they have a lunch special where you can pair half a flatbread with half a soup/salad. I came in a little later in the afternoon at 3 and was still able to order from their lunch special. Service as always was exceptional and highly recommend no matter what meal you come for.

We recently dined at seasons 52 for the second time in two weeks. Both times I ordered the filet and lobster tail. Both times they were cooked to perfection and both tasted amazing! They really have their act together. So, great job to the GM and chef! We will be back again this weekend for our birthdays.
