A few of my friends and I stayed here last night. (12/30/22) and checked out the next morning. Everything seemed fine, the staff we did see were friendly and the free breakfast was convenient. It was only on the car ride home that i noticed I was COVERED in bug bites. I'm counting at least 20 on my upper body alone. It's caused a bit of an allergic reaction and swelling. When i called the hotel to report it they said they would have housekeeping take care of it. But the thing is, now looking at past reviews of the place it seems others have complained about bed bugs as well. which means whatever they did for it last time didn't and isn't working. this needs to be taken care of, or it can cause infestation in other peoples houses once they leave. even if they don't notice the bites. I feel sorry i couldn't leave a better review, but I will probably not be staying again.

This was a good value for what we received. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel appears to be built recently, so everything is in working order. It's a little out of the way from major attractions. However, the free breakfast buffet makes it worth the extra drive!

Great location and desk staff. Carpeting in room kind of thread bare in areas. Breakfast was not up to expectations. Both mornings the cinnamon rolls left empty.

The hotel itself was clean, somewhat modern, and was comfortable and quiet. The issue I had was we booked this hotel specifically for using the pool, and when we arrived there was a sign saying the pool was closed indefinitely. This was really disappointing and made our stay less enjoyable. If the pool is no longer available, please take it off the list of amenities and from the photos.

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to! The trolley has took 3 hours to get here to the airport and it still has not got here. It has taken more time for them to pick us up from the airport than it has been flying from Charlotte-NewYork -Boston. This is pathetic customer service and I hope you guys never ever serve another customer or have anyone deal with this ever again. You just lost a customer. NEVER go to this hotel and or use this trolley system. Pathetic, and terrible.

As a frequent traveler, Anthony at the front desk was one most helpful and kind individuals I have come across. He made our weekend. Give this man a raise.

We had a great 2-day stay here. The hotel is clean and functional. The room was spacious and our family could stretch out without being in each other’s way. The very best part of the stay was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Melissa C., the front office manager. She made check-in super easy and fast. She called us when our room was ready and was extremely helpful when we asked questions about the hotel or places nearby.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I booked 3 rooms at this hotel for a wedding I was attending that weekend. Due to flooding, half of those that were supposed to travel with me had their flights cancelled from FLL airport. I had originally booked this hotel through Hotwire and when I let them know about the flight cancellations, they were willing to provide me with a partial refund as long as the hotel could confirm I only used 1 room for that weekend. Even though the hotel denied the refund, Hotwire was still willing to give it to me so long as the hotel confirmed I checked into only 1 room. When I checked in, they immediately knew I only needed 1 room and gave me the keys for 1 room, but when Hotwire called them to confirm this, they lied and said I used all 3 rooms that weekend. That level of dishonesty is disgusting as it would have cost them nothing to be honest! I would not throw my money away on a hotel that doesn't have the decency of being honest. I even called the Manager, Melissa, who checked me in and she confirmed I only used one room, but said they couldn't say that because my reservation was for 3 rooms and they didn't want to give the refund. The refund wasn't even going to come from them!! I don't like being lied on and I don't want to do business that doesn't have the integrity of being honest. All they had to do was be honest about my stay there. Now, I'm forced to file an official complaint with the MA Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations. If they can lie about something that was so easily verifiable, it makes me wonder what else they are willing to lie about!

Pool and laundry machines were out of order. Both at the same time. No notification before getting there. The Fitness Center needs more weight

This is a trash hotel with trash management and a trash owner. The hotel is so poorly kept there was a literal mushroom growing on the window sill. Angie, George, Ankor and Mahandra are jokes in the hotel industry. They do not care about their employees, or the guests. They only care about maximum profit. Stay here at your own peril.

My family had two rooms for three nights. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best part is that the cable TV has, not one but, TWO channels dedicated entirely to selling antique and collectable coins. So that made it especially awesome!

The room was decent and the price was good but I never got my $50 deposit back and I did not damage anything, I left the place clean barely any trash and followed the rules. Even if it’s just $50 dollars it’s still not theirs to keep and I called twice asking for it back, both times they said they would give it back and didn’t. Has nothing to do with my bank either they just don’t want to give me my deposit back so I highly do not recommend this place!!!

There's a lot I could say about this place, but to put it simply, this hotel offers no amenities. The pool is closed indefinitely. They do not offer housekeeping service unless specifically asked to. The rooms are not in good shape, and the beds are awful. They're so squishy I wake up with back pain, and they're so extremely high off the floor I literally have trouble getting into them. I haven't enjoyed a single thing while staying here. The only plus is how quiet it is. I can't believe I had to pay this much money for basically nothing. Heck, even the rooms are empty; there's a 10x15 cold tiled floor area in my room with nothing in it but a bench. What a waste of space I have to trek through to find the bathroom at night.

Stayed two nights at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Norwood-Boston Area. My son and I were doing the New England States road trip so we were not trying to spend too much money on hotels. The hotel is about thirty minutes from downtown Boston and affordable. The staff was friendly, check-in was quick, and our room was clean with comfortable beds, a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker with complimentary coffee and tea supplies. There is complimentary WiFi, self parking, fitness center, and hot breakfast every morning. Also, the hotel's surrounding was awesome. They were colorful foliage and path for a short walk. I would definitely stay there again.

JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! uncomfortable! Lost our clothing! At first glance it all looks good but as soon as you head into the elevator you can see how dirty the place is. Simple maintenance is not even meet, the room upon entering looked fine it was a big, but then saw the bathroom it was dirty. With cork going black around the shower and red suds spots it was gross and the door did not look safe, it would swing towards the shower off the track, it was glass. Then the AC stoped working after an hour of trying to fix it then we called it in and they switched us to a room nearby but it smelled like cigarettes. Then in the morning thought the breakfast starts at 9.30 but actually ends at that time, that was our fault but still who gets up at 6 at a hotel to eat breakfast. .

I was given room 213, which had no ice bucket, no coffee maker, no microwave, 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no cups anywhere. I agree with other comments on this site that the staff seems pleasant enough but doesn't seem very trained in the hospitality industry. When I called down about the toilet paper and cups, I was told I had to come down to the front desk to get them myself, as the person I was speaking to was all alone and couldn't leave the desk. At 4:00 a.m. a horrible noise erupted in the ceiling above my shower. I thought at first it was a fire alarm but it became more like a high-pitched whine and quite loud. Calls to the front desk brought a clueless "manager" who told me he didn't know what the sound was. He offered to move me to a different room. How nice. So I relocated. But...doubt I will ever come back.

Rude front desk person when we asked about an hour early check in that we had requested..no big deal. We were in town for a concert at Gillette so we left and ended up checking in over the phone. We got there around 11pm and at 1st glance, things were clean and fine. Around 2:30 am I felt something crawl on my hand. It was a bed bug! We packed up and were guaranteed a refund by the front desk after showing her a picture as proof and drove the 4 hours home at 3am! Never again. Room 305!!!

This is the BEST HOTEL IN THE AREA! We were in town for a funeral and rented one of their suites. The room was great, good size for a family and met general expectations. Breakfast was decent and the area felt very welcoming. We want to personally thank George and Melisa for everything they did for us. The staff at this location is exceptional and they went out of their way to help and assist us in any way that they could. Thank you again, we will be back soon!

I didn't actually stay but my rating is based on the fact that I called to see if the pool was open and I was first told it was and then later told it wasn't. Thankfully I didn't book it. I don't understand the lies. And I don't understand why these hotels don't update their website. It's false advertising. I called another hotel up the street who said they don't even have a pool at all anymore but yet it's on their website!
