πŸ‘πŸ‘ This theatre has all the downtown charm of smaller venues of the past! The stage is just big enough and the lighting was great during the show. We saw the nutcracker in December 2021, my son who is 5 was able to see all the scenes from our seat. Perfect theatre for the kiddos they serve light snack... This theatre has all the downtown charm of smaller venues of the past! The stage is just big enough and the lighting was great during the show. We saw the nutcracker in December 2021, my son who is 5 was able to see all the scenes from our seat. Perfect theatre for the kiddos they serve light snacks and drinks as well. What a terrific venue! We saw Chris MacDonald Memories Of Elvis 10/9/21. We arrived 10 minutes prior to the show and found parking in the lot behind the theater. They served beer, wine, sodas, water, and snacks during the show. I would definitely go to another show here!

Definitely a jewel in Norwood. A smaller more intimate venue that is tastefully and beautifully done. I've seen some great shows there, will continue to go. Perhaps the only subjective criticism is that I sometimes have to wait until I find a show that appeals to me or some of the shows are too similar or repetitive. I don't know about the running costs but would love to see some plays performed by local amateur groups to provide a bit more variety if possible. Great place and one of my favorite places to go.

Nice theater the people behind us not so much. The Eagles tribute band was very medioca. Dark Desert Eagles are outstanding compared to this band.

The Norwood Theatre is a gorgeous place to enjoy a show from any seat as there are no bad seats to be found! The very friendly staff are kind, welcoming and helpful. The concessions staff serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks as well as light snacks. The ushers are just as friendly and get you safely to your seat. The acoustics are well balanced even for a rock band performance. I could hear everything clearly throughout from bass to treble with no distortion whatsoever. I had a great time at The Norwood Theatre and highly recommend it for a great time.

Beautiful venue with ample seating space. There is even room to stand up and dance. The ushers were friendly, and it was well run.

This place is shockingly fun. I assumed the seats would be small and uncomfortable (I'm tall) for a local theater and there's actually a lot of space. Floor seats are angled so you can see from any seat. Balcony is fun too and not too far away from the stage.

Excellent venue. It is absolutely beautiful inside. Every detail is perfect, except no changing tables in the bathrooms. Seems like a major oversight. We changed our daughter on the bathroom floor. Gross

Beautiful theater with wonderful staff. Wheelchair seating is much better than most venues. We need some unique accomodations and the staff were amazing: friendly & helpful. argument between 2 guests in the hallway was handled quickly and calmly. We will definitely be returning!

We love coming here, especially near the holidays to see their production of the Nutcracker. The theater is small enough that most seats are an excellent view. They beautifully decorate the theater, including some lovely Christmas trees for great pictures! Norwood's green right outside the main entrance is lit up for additional picture opportunities!

Had a great time! Relatively small and intimate venue, not over priced tickets or concessions, friendly staff. Lots of parking around. Oh and KT Tunstall was awesome, chatted to the audience throughout, sharing her stories and experiences.

I adore this beautiful old theater. I've seen a number of live shows....co.edien Bob Marley , Livingston Taylor & Chelsea Berry. The tickets are very reasonable and I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. Acoustics are terrific too!!!! (Wine bar available) Locally centered in the heart of Norwood near to plenty of free off St pkng lots . Many excellent resturaunts w/bas nearby , or stop in Daddy's Dairy for a treat !!!

This is 65+ year old theatre venue which has concerts. Tonight, April 2, famous Christian country singer John Berry was at the venue. It was a very intimate evening, with John singing songs from his Stories album which had many favorites and the audience sang along. He then sang 3 songs from his new gospel album called Finding Joy. Absoluting stunning.
