Certain aspects of the several meal were good. Like the gyro was great as well as the souvlaki. But that's where it ends. I'm a greek gal, and I cook greek food, but sometimes I want to not cook it and get takeout. The souvlaki plate I ordered, the chicken was tasty and seasoned well, but the "roasted" potatoes were mush and so sloppily put in the container and all souvlaki plates are the same price no matter if it's chicken, lamb or shrimp. Chicken is inexpensive, plates should be priced accordingly. That dinner plate for mushy potatoes and chicken cost $17.00! The pastitsio plate that I ordered was also sloppily put in the container, the bechamel was not thick enough, and they use ziti, instead of the greek hollow noodles that should be used in this dish, and it should be able to be neatly cut in to squares that hold their shape. The spanakopita lacks those delicious chunks of feta and the spinach is bitter, and the phyllo layers are too thin. This is cutting corners in every aspect. I don't mind paying the the prices, if what I ordered was worth the pricing. Like I said I know greek cuisine and this was pretty disappointing.

This is my first time trying this place. My manager ordered it for me and I am in love with this salad. This place is a must try it won’t be my last time eating here. This is the mediterranean salad with chicken and Greek dressing.

Phenomenal food and experience! I had the pork gyro and Greek fries and my wife had the falafel. Both were excellent and we were stuffed after half of it (the portions are huge). The Greek fries were excellently seasoned and crispy with feta cheese on top. We definitely will be going back again and look forward to it.

Oh my! We were in the area randomly and stumbled upon this AMAZING Greek Cafe. Our lunches were beyond delicious and the service was friendly and considerate! My chicken kebobs were flavorful and moist...and the salad with house Greek dressing. How can something so simple be so light and tasty... in the winter? It had the feeling of a light summer salad with fresh garden harvested lettuce. My husband loved his Buffalo gyro. My only regret... not trying more items! I hope my travels send us this way again soon

Local favorite. The kebabs, gyros and lamb shank are among my favorites. Recommend the pastries as well.

The place is busy with a lot of take out. Staff is friendly and nice. Food has generous portion and good. Price is still reasonable.

I ordered several different things because it was my first time ordering here. I was expecting it to be very good based on the reviews, but i was left feeling a bit disappointed. Everything looked very good, but the taste and texture of some things were not. The 2 things i did not like the most were the hummus and the grape leaves. I had 3 types of potatoes, greek fries, potato salad, and lemon roasted. All 3 of those were good. The spanokopita was good. I didnt really care for the lamb either and thats usually what i order from other places. Id try the beef or chicken instead. A positive thing i can say about them is that i asked for things not to be salted if possible and they did limit the salt. Its hard to find food places that can accommodate that request. Dont get me wrong, its not bad food, im sure many people would enjoy this place, it just wasnt good for me. I unfortunately would probably not order again.

We have been customers forever here and loved it. What happened to the quality of ingredients and seasoning?! I want so badly to make this a 5 star review, but I remember the stellar product that used to come from this place. It has decidedly dropped in quality. So sad. Please fix your basic salad with protein. Lettuce looks to be day old. Shrimp is not marinated. Stale.

The Buffalo Gyro was delicious. Bread was soft, meat had flavor with just enough Buffalo sauce. The Greek fries were okay, nothing to brag about. Plenty of room in the restaurant and you can see them making the food across the counter! Good spot!

Got acouple of gyros yesterday. Glad to see the food is amazing as always. It’s been a while since I got gyros. The owner is always there and in the front lines which is why the food is always good. And something id like to stress, the prices were amazing. I went to burger king 3 days ago and I got a #4 meal which is a sandwich, fries and fountain drink, medium not even large and you no what the price was?? $18 yes $18 for a fast food meal. I don’t usually get fast food but I was in a rush before work and didn’t want to work 8 hours on empty stomach. So to see a gyro that has plenty of meat inside also, see it only $9.90 after taxes was cool. I was expecting to pay like $12. I think the price is why I gave it 5star instead of 4 star.

Consisently delicious food, year after year. The best, local food whether for lunch or dinner. The salads, wraps and meals are generous and always prepared with the freshest ingredients. Whether a dine in or take out experience, the food never disappoints and is served by happy, friendly people.

Our recently catered birthday party event was a great success because of one thing, “The Feisty Greek” Unbelievable food would be an understatement. It truly was the hit of the day. Everything was sooooo delicious, so authentic, and homemade. I am from a large Greek family and have had my share of Greek food over the years but this takes top spot. I was so appreciative of the suggestions regarding menu planning as George expertly took care of appetizers, the main course and desert. Outstanding job!!!!

Unfortunately I dont have any pictures of my food because I ate it all too fast. I love their pork and steak here, their gyros are excellent and my mom enjoyed the Mediterranean salad with the artichoke hearts. I will be back, maybe I will have a picture for next time.

Got the lamb kabob with grape leaves an spanakopita as sides. Lamb was a bit tough, grape leaves were dry and spanakopita wasn't very flaky. Filling and somewhat flavorful, though, and the salad was tasty. It could have been the time of day (late afternoon). Lots of food for the price, too.

I ordered dinner to take away two nights in a row this week. You can tell this is a family business. The service is very fast. My first order was Pork gyro with Greek pasta salad. Both delicious! The second order was Moussaka with Greek salad. Also delicious, but in my opinion the Moussaka is too heavy for dinner. I will try Souvlaki next time!!

Honestly… I love this place so much. I used to work in sharon and my colleagues recommended them to me..once I tried them I was hooked. I no longer work there (it’s been years) and I live in North Attleboro so I’m not too close… but today I had a doctors appt in Norwood and the second I heard that I thought to my self “ohhh feisty Greek for lunch that day!!” Lol here I am sitting inside the restaurant and everyone is just so friendly. And the food has not changed at all. It’s still absolutely delicious. So delicious I had to pick up a pint of their Greek dressing to take home since it might be a bit till I’m back down here. Trust me. eat at the Feisty Greek. You won’t regret it and you’ll find yourself back for more!

Best Greek food ever. The chicken kebabs are amazing and potatoes too. Authentic and the dressing for the salad is like a flavor bomb in your mouth. Wish we lived closer!

Authentic pork gyro as listed on the menu! Was a bit different then I'm use too. Was tasty, flavorful, good portions, price is fair. I do like the rotisserie cooking, not a fan of the thin strips of meat, not as enjoyable to get full flavor. I am use to thicker hand cut lamb/beef gyros. The house fries on the sandwich was ok but ate them first and sandwich second. I may give it one more try to check out the falafel.

Delicious Greek in a casual counter-serve spot The lamb kabob dinner was a ridiculous amount of food for the money. Everything was outstanding. An easy walk from the Courtyard by Marriott.

Amazing, delicious, home cooked food. ALL of it was authentic. Would eat here more often if I lived closer. Mousaka, salad, chicken orzo soup, lemon potatoes, falafel all were excellent. Can’t say enough about how fantastic it all is.

Feisty Greek has become one of our absolute favorite spots to eat. My husband and I drive 35 minutes just to grab lunch/dinner. Our son is on the spectrum and is very picky when it comes to food. He loves feisty greek! I personally love their chicken kabob plate, especially their salad with creamy Greek dressing, my husband loves the lamb chop dinner. A little pricey but you certainly get your moneys worth. Large portions of food, fresh food, and made with care. In all the times we’ve ordered here. We’ve never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

The Greek salad which had been the best salad I have ever had had gotten more expensive and gone down in ingredients. Just not as good. And definitely not worth $10!

  • 4/5 Neil N. 1 year ago on Google
The food is pretty good, to be honest. Service is basically, they call your name and you get your food and bring it to the table yourself. As far as atmosphere, it's not bad, but they keep the thermostat set to uncomfortably cold in the middle of winter.
