They offered me half refund or a rescheduled when I took the tour at a cloudy day for Sunset, I didn’t ask for it but they offer it. Glad that I choose to give another chance, I wish I can post some videos if I can, no words can describe the experience and how beautiful the view is. pilot drive me to the helicopter and set up whatever needed. I think I will comeback with my mother next time, she should share this moment with me. Amazing incredible memory

This is an amazing trip. You will enjoy a safe smooth ride all over Boston and see the city in a way that will really excite you. The whole experience is exceptional, take a tour of Boston's beaches as well. Alex is an awesome pilot, safe and efficient. They have a comfy lounge to relax in.

Had the BEST time. Robin was our pilot - he really made this the best trip for us. So knowledgeable and a great attitude.took us to many asker. Downtown Boston and back to Norwood Highly recommend.

I usually never write reviews but our experience was great! Finding the location was super easy, parking right out front and the check-in was quick. Just walked in and said our name. Our appointment was for 1pm but we ended up getting taken out at 12pm which was awesome. We did the waivers online so there was no hassle. The guy at the front desk (didn’t catch his name) was super nice! Asked if it was our first time and made us feel welcomed. Even talked about skydiving!! The ride on the kart was smooth and we learned about the private charter planes. Our pilot (Alex I think) was super straight to the point when it came to the safety portion! He was super knowledgeable and checked in every few times to tell us what path he was going to take. The ride was super smooth too! I got some killer photos. Would definitely do again with more family members!

My wife and I have been together for a decade. Today was one of the few days she has ever heard me go mute. We hopped on a Helicopter Tour Boston flight with pilot Nicholas and spent an hour hovering over the greater Boston region. It was awe inspiring. Just us and the birds and the big blue sky. I got new perspectives on American Revolution sites that mean so much to me -- and a a whole new view of the city as a whole. From Gillette Stadium and Fenway Park to Bunker Hill, Dorchester Heights and the Atlantic Ocean, the view from the heavens left me speechless for the hour we were on board and another hour or two afterward. It was that beautiful. If you ever come to Boston, you have to take this tour. If you're a little afraid of the idea of flying in a helicopter, you have nothing to worry about. My wife and I were a little queasy about the prospect ourselves but we never once felt uncomfortable in the air. The ride was as gentle as could be and our pilot gave us explanations in advance anytime he knew even a slight current might fly by us.

My Partner and I truly enjoyed our experience. The ride was very smooth and enjoyable for our first time. The check in and Pilot were very kind. The ride was a great experience that I would recommend to everyone who would like to try as first time riders!

Absolutely the coolest thing I have done to date, and I climb trees professionally and have jumped out of 2 planes so far. Never had I even stood next to a helicopter before let alone fly in one. Our pilot and the entire staff there were awesome. All the proper protocols were in place and it was absolutely affordable and worth every penny. I will recommend it to anyone who will listen!

Exemplary customer service! My brother has multiple developmental, physical and mental health disabilities. The pilot and his associate were outstanding in regard to treating John with the utmost respect. They were kind and accommodating without being condescending. We had the most incredible experience with our helicopter tour. Cannot recommend it enough. We did the sunset tour over Boston and it did not disappoint. We chose to have the doors off which made our experience that much cooler. The pilots are so friendly and fun, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend this company and the sunset tour.

This experience was awesome! It was me and my husband. We loved every minute and the pilot was amazing! He was knowledgeable of the area and a great pilot. Smooth flying and great views. It was easy to get into the airport and so much fun seeing the city and islands in a new view! We definitely want to go back for more of the other types of tours. We said it would be fun to fly over rush hour traffic!! (If you know Boston !) There are even lessons to learn how to fly!!! Thanks again for a great day and fun trip. Can’t wait to go Again!

I do not write reviews often, but due to the exceptional service I received today on one of the biggest days of my life, I had to write one. I booked a proposal flight and everything was perfect. From the awesome lounge space, to the welcoming staff, and smooth flight it was truly an amazing day thanks to these guys!!! I wish I remembered my pilots name, but he did a great job and took plenty of pictures too!!!! Thank you, and we will be back for more 👍

We had an amazing time flying with George on Monday evening! They were very accommodating and helped us reschedule 2 times due to weather. The process is easy, fun and safe. This was my first time riding in a helicopter and I cannot wait to do it again! The view is unbelievable. You cannot live in Boston and not see it from that perspective. Highly recommend this experience to everyone. The Sunset Tour was phenomenal. If you are nervous about the motions in the air, I suggest taking a Dramamine an hour before – that is what I did. I had an awesome time and did not feel sick. Thank you so much! We can't wait to come back.

Flew with Hans for a lesson/tour. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. He was calm, level headed and amazing to fly with. I was pretty nervous going into the experience (was a birthday surprise from my wife, I didn’t know I was doing this until we got there. He helped calm me down and gave perfect advice. By the end I wished it was longer and felt a lot more confident. I didn’t think I’d want to try this again but I am really excited to. Thank you so much Hans!

Once in a lifetime experience! How my now husband proposed. The staff was very professional, and the proposal gift box is something we will treasure for forever. However, the misunderstanding arose when we signed a waiver for a photographer to take pictures under the impression we would receive more than one photo from the experience. But rather the many photos were for the purpose of media and promo. Overall, I highly recommend it.

Just had the flight of my life! As a life long Bostonian I viewed Boston and area with a Birds Eye view like never before. Erik was an incredible pilot: Professional, competent, cool, calm and collected. He also was knowledgeable in the landmarks and gave me a basic understanding of how to fly a helicopter. Highly recommend and Erik gets a five star recommendation! JUST DO IT!

Such an amazing experience from start to finish! My 10 year old daughter and I first did the Boston tour this past July. We enjoyed it so much that we went back at the end of the week and did the Harbor and Island tour. The Harbor and Island tour is the best value because you get a little extra time. Both tours were great! The staff is very professional and personable. They take safety seriously. The views are breathtaking. The memories are forever!!

We booked our sunset trip in advance and the booking process was easy. When we arrived the office was easy to find and the staff were really friendly and went through what we would be doing. We were offered refreshments if we wanted them. When our pilot arrived he was super friendly and took us on the cart to the helicopter. He then went through the safety tips and after boarding the helicopter went through the trip with us. Once we were in the air he gave us a good commentary of the sites and landmarks below. The staff were really friendly and the trip was brilliant and we enjoyed every minute of it and would definitely recommend it if you are in Boston.Would definitely do it again.
