I loved my experience at this salon! Booking my first appointment was very easy online, and after meeting Sophia I knew I was in the right place. Sophia was able to take my long frizzy box-colored hair and make it into my dream hair! During the process Sophia explained everything she was doing and why, and listened to all my hair goals. Everyone at the salon is very kind, and the salon is very clean. If you are on the fence about booking an appointment don’t hesitate! They will help you reach the hair you’ve always wanted .

If you are considering making an appointment RUN, DON’T WALK! Every single hair stylist is talented & friendly, and the environment is comfortable and relaxed. Sophia especially is magic and makes dreams come true! I’ve been coloring my hair for 15-20 years and have been to a handful of salons; this by far is the best and I wouldn’t consider anywhere else. 5 stars isn’t enough!

I love this place. The girls are great and provide a fun atmosphere where the time flies by and you will enjoy yourself. They don’t shy away from a challenge as I have very thick, curly, long hair and they were able to give me exactly what I asked for ( color, balayage, blow dry ) and I couldn’t be happier with how it came out. Have already recommended Art and Craft Salon to friends who have gone and loved it as well. Happy to make this my regular salon.

Love Art and Craft! Jen is amazing (as is her team). I moved to Norwood and needed a new salon and stylist, and Jen listened carefully to what I wanted and created an amazing new haircut for me, taking off 12+ inches! I received so many compliments on my hair, and continue to love it! She's also really wonderful about teaching you how to style your hair. She won over a new client for life!

Had my first actual curly haircut with Jen. She was super knowledgeable and really took the time to go through my routine and what I was looking for. The products and cut really nourished my curls, ill be back! Definitely recommend Jen if you have textured hair.

Started to come here the end of last year. Love Sophia that does my hair and everybody is super nice there. They are extra gently and loved that they remember I have really bad migraines so super sensitive to smell and touch on my scalp.

I’ve lived in Norwood for about 8 months and never got a hair cut until I went Wednesday. I was nervous trying to find a good hair place cause I had just finally grew my hair back after treatment. I found art-craft salon on google and read nothing but amazing reviews! So I took a chance and booked an appointment. When I went in, I was greeted by Lexy immediately as I walked through the door. She introduced herself and showed me around the salon. After that she sat down with me and I asked what I would like to have done and gave me her professional opinion. She washed my hair and it felt like a god sent. I was beyond relaxed the whole time. She massaged my scalp and was super gentle. We then went to the chair and lexy got to work! The cut and styling was also amazing. She remand gentle the whole time and was great to converse with. My hair feels so much lighter and I don’t get headaches anymore. A hidden gem in norwood. The whole staff is very welcoming. Each stylist listens & really cares about what your expectations are. First time at this salon with Bekah who gave me the best haircut & color ever. Will be going back again. Also prices are discussed during consultation. So no surprise costs. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

My experience was amazing. I looked around for a place I could get services for my hair and I was told by Dellaria salon in Norwood that they don't do "black hair". This let me know that finding a salon wasn't going to be easy however from the moment Bekah took my call to the moment I left art + Crafts. My mind was at ease and I was happy with the services. Was nervous to try a new place. Sophia was amazing and did above and beyond my expectations. Love my hair…needed a lift and she brought it back to life! Highly recommend Sophia but was also able to see Rebekah do amazing work on another customer!

Booked an appointment online for a cut and restyle after seeing Art & Craft recommended by a couple of people. So glad I did! Jen asked questions to understand my hair type and what I wanted to do with it. She was very knowledgeable and gave me personalized information about how to style my hair - I learned techniques I never knew, and the results were immediate! I went ahead and bought the products she used and recommended for my hair (something that I never do at salons!) because I felt so confident in my experience there. At home, after following her recommendations, my hair feels great and looks just as it did the day I walked out the salon! I am so pleased to have found Jen and most definitely recommend her.

I’ve never had my hair colored before and decided to try getting highlights here - Sophia did an amazing job! She asked me tons of questions about my hair and what I was looking for which made me feel really comfortable. I also got my hair cut and both the cut and color turned out amazing. My stylist, Sophia, is a kind and caring stylist who will listen to your wishes for your service and who will provide a perfect style for you. She will explain about all the products and procedures that she uses during the process. I was completely happy and pleased with the outcome! I highly recommend her as a stylist!

I have been going to this salon for almost a full year and I haven’t written a review yet. Hi. I’m the problem, it’s me. But here we are. I came in about a year ago for a consultation after another salon absolutely ruined my hair. Long story short, I asked for a balayage style lighten with significant lightening on the ends and a very light brown on the top. The other salon proceeded to give me DARK brown permanent dye all over with some of those crusty skunky 90s highlights here and there. I was beyond upset. I did so much research and still ended up with a mess. I’ve done my own hair in the past and knew enough to do it myself, but I wanted to treat myself before my sister’s wedding. I was ~wrong~ and knew I needed help fixing this. Thus, I booked a consult with Bekah and hoped for the best. I had lost my faith in hair stylists and was giving it one last ditch effort. Needless to say, I’ve been back quite frequently since then. She’s absolutely saved the travesty that was a botched dye. My hair is healthier, significantly lighter, and overall better. I used to think people were overly dramatic when they claimed that good hair can be life changing, but I understand what they mean now. I just have never had better hair. Not ever. I am listened to, my best interests are put first, and my hair is put first. Love the ladies who work here. After struggling for so long to find a good salon, I struck gold find Art and Craft Salon. The entire staff is amazing. They are all very knowledgeable and just absolutely amazing. Such a welcoming environment they make you feel right at home.

Jennifer, the owner, took a lot of time to get to know my hair and to understand what my goals were. I told her my biggest issue was my hair always ending up brassy. She explained why that was happening and what we could do to avoid it. I have never had such an in depth consultation for a hair appointment. Once we agreed on the best treatment choices for my hair, she and her team spoiled me with snacks/drinks, massages, etc. It was an amazing experience. However, the icing on the cake was that my hair came out perfect. She really listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I will absolutely be going back to her. In fact, I have scheduled my next 3 appointments already. Goodbye brassy hair and thank you Jen and everyone at Art and Craft Salon!!

I had a great experience here. I was able to get an appointment for a haircut last minute. My hair dresser Bekah was wonderful. She asked me about my hair goals and was able to recommend a hydrating conditioning treatment on top of my hair cut. The treatment left my hair feeling so soft! To top it off she was fun to talk to and professional.

My daughter and I recently visited Art and Craft Salon and had a wonderful experience! We immediately felt welcomed there, and loved how our hair came out for our special occasion that evening. Our stylist did a fantastic job of explaining the products she used on our hair, and coordinating our services so that we were able to stay on track for our appointment later that day. I had a great experience at this salon. The online booking was so easy , and I got an appointment with Sophia. She did a great job on my hair. She was so helpful and told me what hair model will suit me best. Jen was also so helpful. I got a hair product from salon, but after using it for two days , I got terrible headache due to its strong perfume smell. I contacted Jen, she helped me to change the spray to another one. She was so kind and helpful. I will definitely go back to this salon again.

Sophia was amazing! I went to the salon with less than perfect highlights (from a different salon). I asked what she thought I should do and she listed off what she thought would be best, but gave me the final decision. My hair is EXACTLY what I wanted, without even knowing what I wanted! Sophia Pierce cut my hair, and she did a fantastic job! She was great about checking in with me often and actively asking for my input. She was also really respectful of any modifications I asked for (not using heat on my hair and informing me about the specific products she was putting into my hair). Sophia was warm and friendly, and this might be the first haircut that I really loved!!

I am new to the Walpole/Norwood area, and decided to try this salon after intense research (Google and IG). First experience today—I loved everything about it. Great vibe and friendly people. There’s more: Sophia, my stylist, took time to get to know me and what I was hoping for, shared her ideas, explained everything, and gave me beautiful cut and color. You don’t have to go into Boston to get great hair. This is my new, favorite place!!
