Hello People in need of help with bike rack installation and fixing, If you're in need of assistance with anything revolving around bike racks, these Men are you're only choice for a place to go! Not only did they install the hitch to the vehicle, then put together the rack perfectly the 1st time; then after someone destroyed it (with a likely senior moment,) they fixed it on short notice when the Thule parts arrived. Seriously, you have to see what they do here! Their workspace is so spacious and clean! I've never seen a more well organized workspace. They usually do much bigger jobs than mine, but they gave me the a lot of attention and the absolute best service I've ever had with my vehicle. They really care about their clients. They even took the time to make sure I understood the proper way to use the rack, and it's intricacies. Their crew are kind and efficient. Mitch made me feel welcome and goes out of his way to make sure everything goes right. Manny the manager is spot on making sure I left very happy! I had a great experience at this shop. I added a factory brush bar and set of driving lights that they sold for my truck. As bonus the lights had built in DLR. They did a top notch job and I am happy with the results. The prices are comparable and everything was done in a timely manner. Thank you

It's not every day a group of nuns walk in the front door of a truck accessories business. Well, we did. We went into Cap World with our brand new Ford 250 Super Duty XL (which we use to plow our 25+ acres of property) and were met by a great team of guys who just wanted to know how they could help. Tim Mitchell assisted us with care and attention. I recommend this place because it's staffed by a great team who are friendly, efficient, and professional. I cannot say enough about the customer service at this business! We were really in a bind in terms of getting a truck outfitted before it was moved over to Nantucket for the winter. We needed both a bedliner and cover, along with some accessories, and we needed it all within two days. This place managed to make it all happen, despite other places booking out a few weeks and despite their recent move to a new location. They were so courteous, kind, and accommodating! They went way above and beyond, and besides that, they are a group of great guys! The service and products that we received were also top notch. We were impressed with everyone we met here, and you can sense that the employees really like to work here, and are passionate about delivering top notch service. They also did an amazing job installing everything! Highly recommend!!!

I highly recommend Cap World of Norwood. The guys who work there are very helpful and enthusiastic about their products and business, besides being a lot of fun to be around. The prices are fair and they have everything you need in one place. If by any chance they can't do something, they give you suggestions about other places to try. For example, because they were in the process of moving they were unable to do the spray bed in the short time frame I had, so they gave me names of a couple of other places and I was able to get an appointment. But they were able to get my cap installed. I had a bit of an urgent situation and showed up with no appointment and they fit me in. The cap I got works great and installation was quick. Their customer service is the best!

Mike was great, came through for me in a pinch. We needed a very specific item at the last minute, he managed to get (the last) one from another store same day and I picked it up right before a long trip. During install I found that a component was missing and he arranged to have the missing part shipped to a location that was on my itinerary, I picked it up there a few days later and finished the install en-route. Great service!

Had the bed of my new Titan sprayed and it came out perfect. Nice clean application without any overspray or runs to be seen. It did require a stay overnight because of their equipment failure but they took care of me. Seems like a well run operation with friendly staff. Would recommend.

I highly recommend this place. A couple weeks ago I needed a hitch for my Odyssey van for a bike rack, when other place needed a week to get the hitch model for my van, these guys were able to find me one the next day, SUPER!! They were busy on Friday but they still helped me put it on Friday, the price is competitive as it is the same as the other place but turnaround is sooo QUICK, mostly importantly, they went above and beyond and cleaned the rusty mess underneath my van and put the hitch on so neatly, (sorry I forget the gentleman’s name)) everyone was super nice and funny, I am very grateful, so lucky to have nice people who run business at such a high standard!

Under-promised, over-delivered. Our whole experience at Cap World was awesome. They told us the cap would arrive in 6-8 weeks but it showed up way early and they promptly did a while-you-wait install the day before we had to leave for a trip. Couldn't have asked for better service.
