At first glance you would think the Blind Bear has closed down or not opened to trade. But walk through the first door and then a second and it’s as if you have stepped back into the 20’s, in the era of prohibition and underground liquor spots. Awesome looking venue with a limited menu for food but enough to soak up some of the awesome cocktails and whiskeys on offer. Sitting along the bar and a brief chat to the bartender instantly lets you know that the bar staff were well experienced and ready to serve you something interesting or something of quality. Definitely a great spot to go for a few drinks and a night out with some friends. And will give you some cred with your mates as you can tell them it’s only for people in the know.

Nice cozy little pub, hidden right in the middle of Cronulla CBD (as they call it). Loved the rustic old world English charm. Great selection of beers and cocktails. Wednesday special chicken wings are a must try (go for the pineapple sauce ones, they are better than classic ones). The best part is the the bartenders are very friendly and know their stuff. Ask away for recommendations.

Had birthday drinks here and it’s one of my favourite places in the shire. It offers a unique, ambient & quaint hidden nook in the heart of Cronulla. You wind have trouble finding a drink here with all different types of spirits, cocktails & beers! My top recommendation is the apple martini or the whisky apples soooo yum and go down a treat. The food also is reasonably priced but I haven’t eaten it before so cannot say about the quality. I’ve been a few times now and will keep coming back for the great service and yummy cocktails to try!

It’s semi-hidden but not really - seems to be going for a bit of an ‘accessible speakeasy’ vibe, if you will. There are a few booths up the back & some bar stool seating. There are a few original cocktails, but they can do classics as well. Definitely get the jalapeño poppers!

Walking around trying to locate the place was a bit tricky even though it's obvious. I reckon it might be intentional which is so cool. The entry is so inconspicuous behind the two fire doors. But once inside the place is amazing with two levels. Was surprised to see the different whiskeys they have on the shelf, amazing. Tried a few whiskey cocktails and they were Top notch. The burgers are just fantastic.

Good variety of beer and drinks for a decent price. Music is way too loud for how the place is aesthetically designed, you’d expect to be able to talk to the people you’re with without yelling

Look for the heavy steel door on Cronulla Mall. The feeling is dark & moody with wood & industrial touches. There craft beer list always offers something interesting. I wish their food list offered something more healthy. Going back to try one of their dessert style cocktails.

Cool vibe, friendly staff, delicious food :) Would definitely recommend. We came in for the $10 burger special on Thursday but will definitely come back for a drink on the weekend

Great spot in Cronulla! Loved the vibe and the food matched it well. Plenty of choices for drinks and the bar staff seemed pretty knowledgeable about their stock.

Went to this place many years ago and finally was able to go back. Such am awesome spot. A nice speak easy with a great atmosphere

Great little cocktail bar. We went on a Friday night. There was about a 15 minute wait on the door. Once inside we took a seat at the bar. Was a nice dark, Ristic atmosphere , 'cobwebs on the lights, dusty bookshelfs' kinda style Their menu has plenty of unique cocktails but they're also more than happy to do the classics too. They also do fireball with fresh made apple juice which tasted absolutely amazing. After about 20 minutes it started getting crowded and more busy which was a bit much for our liking so we finished up and left. Would definitely visit again but maybe on a weeknight or even earlier in the night.

Burgers are amazing and came out quick even on the busy Saturday night. Good range of cocktails. Don’t expect good conversation between the music and loud chatter though. Got to get close and personal with your date to hear them ;)

Atmosphere is great. Groovy. Like a hidden bar. Apple whisky is awesome. Prosecco abit flat. Didnt get to try the food. Will be great if they have their specialty drinks listed i just overheard their apple whisky is awesome, thus i ordered.

Loud on a Saturday but also bustling! Love the personable Bar professionals who are very knowledgeable about their drinks. Cute and niche.

Would give zero if I could. I have reported the below matter to liquor and gaming NSW. I was having a fun night until the security guard knocked my drink over me then proceeded to throw me out. It then turned out the security guards identification was out of date and I was escorted out like a criminal. After they told me to go home and don’t worry about it. These guys are stuck up and have a blatant disregard for their customers and don’t belong in our community. DO NOT GO HERE.
