Wheeler Gardens Chinese restaurant located in bowling club is the best. Great friendly staff, fabulous food and very reasonable prices.

At the moment no Food but great for Lawn Bowlers.

New caterers have been installed in a refurbished kitchen. The restaurant is now called Swannies. The food is varied and excellent at v reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I recently organised an event at the Dee Why Bowling Club for around 80 people and it was just delightful. Originally planned for 30-40 the almost last minute huge change in numbers didn’t rattle Emily or Joel one bit . They are both true professionals , saying “ more the merrier “ and got on with the job , offering helpful suggestions from day one . We had the $20/ head food and platter option which was plenty for those attending. Emily allowed us to use a cordoned off section of the main bar and any spill over onto the deck , it was very comfortable. The club has several rooms available for hire depending on numbers and type of function. Parking is not a problem as there is a large parking area adjacent to the club . This is the second function we have had at the club , the other one utilising the marquee at the back which on a summer afternoon was fantastic. Thank you Emily and Joel and your friendly staff for making planning our function so easy .
