Money
making
factory.
I
was
just
a
number
for
them.
Don’t
waste
your
money,
health
and
time.
Nobody
there
really
cares
about
people
dealing
with
stresfull
issue
of
infertility.
And
nobody
is
interested
in
helping
couples
to
achieve
positive
result
with
minimum
ivf
attempts.
All
what
they
are
interested
in
is
you
coming
to
them
again
and
again
so
that
they
could
get
from
desperate
couples
as
much
revenue
as
possible.
No
proper
communication.
No
assistance
in
making
well-informed
decisions
that
would
be
the
best
for
each
individual
couple.
Despite
immaculate
facilities
i
never
felt
so
lonely
in
my
infertility
grief
and
so
not
looked
after
as
when
i
entered
Genea’s
door.
Despite
the
highest
ivf
cost
in
Sydney
they
don’t
provide
results
of
pre-ivf
and
all
following
blood
tests.
Probably
to
prevent
people
from
seeking
second
opinion.
Communication
during
ultrasounds
is
poor
and
very
limited.
All
other
communication
is
with
nurses
and
not
directly
with
doctor.
What
does
not
help
to
build
relationship
between
doctor
and
patient,
and
limits
the
chances
to
ask
important
questions
to
doctor
when
making
important
decisions.
As
a
result
i
regret
making
two
big
decisions
that
appeared
to
be
wrong
specifically
in
my
case.
But
doing
ivf
for
the
very
first
time
i
couldn’t
have
known
the
things
and
nuances
what
my
doctor
knows
after
many
years
of
work
as
fertiliy
specialist.
My
doctor
made
their
decisions
without
explaining
much.
If
first
2
pre-ivf
consultations
were
ok,
the
further
communication
was
upsetting.
Important
things
were
said
on
the
go,
quickly
and
abruptly
without
much
dialogue.
I
was
meant
just
to
read
some
very
basic
info
provided
and
to
follow
what
they
advised
without
questioning
it.
Absolutely
zero
interest
in
me
and
in
succesful
outcome
for
our
family.
Due
to
ridiculously
exagerated
covid
measures
husbands
are
not
allowed
to
be
present
during
embryo
transfer.
Although
the
theatre
is
spacious
enough
to
accomodate
safely
5
people
(doctor,
nurse,
embryologist,
female
patient
and
her
husband/partner)
without
compromising
safe
distance
requirements.
Even
more
people
could
safely
be
there.
Male
partners
are
simply
excluded
and
ignored.
What
only
adds
to
overall
feeling
of
indifference
of
that
place
to
the
struggles
of
the
couple.
And
as
a
chery
on
the
top
is
their
idiotic
portal.
They
refuse
to
send
all
important
information
to
the
private
emails.
Instead
they
upload
all
forms
and
communication
details
with
nurses
into
that
portal
for
which
you
need
separate
login
-
overexagerated
security
what
is
very
inconvenient
for
patients.
The
access
to
photos
and
videos
of
embryos
is
given
for
only
limited
time
(if
i
remember
correctly,
only
for
1
month).
2
failed
ivf
attempts
and
lots
of
regrets
selecting
Genea.
The
indifference
of
that
place
and
its
employees
to
pain
and
struggles
of
infertile
couples
is
as
upsetting
as
their
price
list.
