Definitely the worst store ever, on the 29th of December around 11:45am my girl and I went into the store, we brought our items to the counter where the manager KEN who was on his phone told us to use the self check out which we've never used, the water we bought said one price in the cooler, but the manager didn't care, we then starting having issues with the self check out to the point the manager was getting irritate with us, at that time we were verbally assaulted and humiliated and screamed at ,and told to leave the store and never come back. Well this one manager said all he had to say, cause we will never come back to any circle k store period. And my million plus followers are fully aware of this issue. Not to mention circle k has not one good number to contact anyone, nor do they replay to any emails....

The worst Circle K in Southwest Florida. Always slow, always rude. Today I was told “self check out is open” while the attendant was speaking with a vendor. I get it. Other things have to be done to maintain the store. But something like this always happens. Like almost every time I stop in. The customer is the last priority every time. Always rude about it too. Like you’re “bothering them”.

The new self checkout systems are trash. They slow the line way down.and the employee won't check you out anymore they just make you use the machine. Gooding to stop coming to circle k because it's not a quick stop anymore.

Worst circle k, by far! 15 people in line during the morning rush, and the guy behind the counter refuses to open a register to help move everything along, he just stands behind the self checkout on his phone... Why have a "self checkout" if you still have to have an employee rman it?

The store continues to use false advertising for their products. If I buy a pack of Celsius with 12 in the pack, according to the sign, I should be able to only pay for six and get six for free. But that’s not the case. What they also don’t tell you is that you cannot use the same number for multiple transactions. Every time that I go in the store it is a different cost. Sometimes the 12 pack cost $36 sometimes it cost $13. Sometimes it cost $26. According to the very obnoxious cashier, who is in there regularly, he’s going to talk to his boss about Signage. You cannot go by any sign that you see in the store. Absolute false advertisement.

Poor customer service went in to get something to drink and a sandwich and then was informed the register I was at does not do lottery so I said ok I will be back later mind you the circle K customer was rolling his eyes at me cause I asked about lottery so at lunch I went back to get smokes and lottery and now machine is doing an update and then was told at least you got something! Horrible store will NEVER go back there

Horrible very unhappy with the disrespect this lady that works there did the other morning around 5 or 6 am.. she ought to be ashamed of herself.. my wife and. I live 30 seconds from the circle k off marlympia in Punta Gorda. You know who you are and I don't know how you sleep at night lady.. you were wrong for what you did. I don't even want to go back there because of you. Probably won't and my husband myself my brother my nephew my cousin and several other are also gonna stop going there.. the one on Duncan isn't that much further so it's no big deal .. she needs to be spoken to she is nasty person

The guy Aaron was extremely kind helpful and went out his way to help others
