Word
of
warning.
My
husband
and
I
came
in
to
the
office
to
get
information
on
available
units.
We
spoke
with
the
woman
in
the
front
office
in
great
detail
about
pricing,
move
in
dates,
floor
plans
and
amenities.
She
gave
us
a
break
down
of
what
we
would
pay
as
far
as
move
in
and
deposits
and
let
us
know
it
would
be
a
$75
application
fee.
What
she
failed
to
tell
us
was
that
they
were
affordable
housing.
After
taking
the
application
home
and
starting
to
fill
it
out
I
noticed
in
the
fine
print
it
stated
I
was
applying
to
see
if
I
was
qualified
for
affordable
housing.
Upon
returning
to
the
property
there
was
a
different
woman
in
the
office
and
asked
if
they
only
accepted
low
income
and
she
told
me
they
had
an
income
cap.
At
this
point
I
couldn't
help
but
feel
like
they
did
not
tell
us
this
in
the
beginning
in
hopes
of
getting
to
deny
us
later
and
keep
our
$75
application
fee.
This
is
something
that
should
be
told
upfront
in
the
beginning.
Not
after
someone
has
applied
to
live
here
and
wasted
that
much
money
on
applying.
Do
business
with
this
company
at
your
own
risk.
Who
knows
what
else
they
are
lying
about.
