I don't think any of the doctors here are fit to practice based on my experiences here. I was left with large dark scars on my body after the doctor pressed the liquid nitrogen much too hard onto my skin. I had it done many times before by other doctors and they had never been so rough. The reception is truly awful and make you not want to come into the clinic in the first place. One nurse in particular was absolutely horrible when I was having my blood drawn. She was so impatient and unsympathetic towards me even after I explained I have anxiety and blood being drawn is stressful for me. Additionally, none of the doctors seem to know what they are talking about and have trouble communicating with their patients. I had to explain three different times that I need a referral but they kept nodding and tried to send me out without one! I would very much implore the owner that is responding to all the reviews on here to spend that time investigating the doctors and their qualifications, because I sincerely doubt that anybody here conducts themselves within a practicing state of conduct. This centre has been reported multiple times to the Health Complaints Commissioner to no avail. Bottom line here is just to stay away and find another clinic - any is better than this one.

Nice practice reception staff friendly and helpful the doctor was excellent and friendly and made feel like a person not a number ....also waiting time was only 8 minutes..I am a disability pensioner and went both times on a weekend and there was no bulk billing but I am not sure with bulk billing for patients during week days

Very disappointed in how the clinic is operated, workers have communication issues booked an appointment for my daughters meningococcal vaccine yesterday, after waiting half an hour was told the nurse was in a meeting and that l had to wait a little longer. 15 min after l went to check what was happening was told the nurse had gone home waited 45 min for nothing. Made an appointment for today again got there early told them what had happened the day before they said ok take a seat waited half an hour went back to reception to see what was happening was told the nurse is very busy with care plan and that they don’t know how long l will be waiting. I told them same as the day before my daughter needs to go to work, like they cared, l said if the nurse is very busy why did you give me an appointment then no answer, left there without getting my daughters vaccine done, will go to another clinic have had enough with this clinic

Absolutely pathetic is the best way to describe this place . After working all day Saturday I called to speak to a dr regarding a tooth abscess and that I required antibiotics. I was told no one is available because they were closing in an hour . Now my face is swallow like a balloon. Thanks for caring . No wonder you have terrible reviews . You should be closed down as far as I’m concerned. Obviously they couldn’t care less . Consider yourselves lucky the minimum is a 1 star rating

I had the loveliest experience from the time the lovely receptionist answered the phone. She was caring and reassuring and got me in for an immediate appointment. The doctor and nurses were equally attentive, caring and warm! I have never been to this medical centre and was treated with such respect and care like I’d been going there forever.

Friendly staff, from reception, to nurses and my doctor Dr Latif who is Amazing. She really cares and takes time to ask questions and listens. A++++

Unbelievable, the doctor (Dr Deepakanthi Wijayathilaka), we had seen her a year ago and she had to google to give us answers. I didn't do anything back than just let it go. We went with my partner to get a vaccine as we are expecting our second baby, and we asked her if our 7 year old sun needs one, she said she will check. How? Unbelievable!!! She google it and just told us what Google says based on the most common question.. are you guys serious?? Terrible... You just get doctors to treat people based on Google!!! Will report that further.

Worth a zero star! The dr. I saw was rude and condescending and got angry when I questioned why she wouldn’t prescribe weight loss prescription that my usual doctor had given me. It was the way she told me I could just wait 1-2 weeks to see my own doctor. If she was professional she could’ve made a phone call to my usual clinic to verify. But when I asked her to do that it was too much bother. So really it’s just out of sheer laziness. Mind you Medicare pays her $200 for the 15 minute appointment I had with her. Learn how to treat patients with respect or even like they’re human beings. I talked to my pharmacist who said her reaction was a very strange response. The medication is absolutely safe. Regardless, I will NEVER return to be treated so poorly by somebody who does not care for people and treats people as though they are less. DISGUSTING

Dr. NASHRIN NAZIM is extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. She speaks to patients in a very condescending way and lacks communication skills. Very poor bedside manner as well.

My brother was a patient here for 10 years. He tried to book in an appointment the other day and they advised him if he hasn’t had an appointment in the last 12 months then he is not welcome to see a doctor. Looking at all the reviews though, I’m surprised my brother is still alive!

Dr. Prashan Fernando is a very thorough and caring doctor. He will always go above and beyond to ensure the best treatment.

I'm sorry to say that your medical receptionists are lack of duty of care & do lots of neglence time to time. My wife had an appointment on 15/02/23. After paying her bill and returning home, I received a phone call from Greenvale medical center . It said that I have an $100 outstanding for my appointment. I told them that my pregnant wife had the appointment today, she paid for it and we have the receipt handy. After a few days later , I received a letter from your medical center. It said $100 oustading for the last consultation. At that time I told them that this is a mistake on your part and please correct it. Then she said, I have canceled an appointment on 15/02/23, so they have been charged like that. I told them again that I have not taken any appointment and if so, to confirm it with evidence.

Worst medical centre! Doctors have zero compassion for patients that are in pain. Will not prescribe basic pain killing medication and if they do they only give 10 tablets. At 2 tablets a day that’s a 5 day period of short term pain management. How can anyone organise an appointment to see a pain specialist in 5 days. There is a 3-4 week wait everywhere you go and so a 3-4 week supply of pain management medication would be ideal yet I only get 5 days!! Wake up to yourselves. Where is the duty of care to your patients? It’s no wonder you have a horrible 1.7/5 review rating!

I have attended this clinic for many years and find the staff to be professional and caring Any doctor that we have seen has been thorough and courteous, and the nurses there are great at their job and empathetic

Terrible service I called to book an appointment because I’m sick I need to see a gp and they said they won’t book me an appointment because I’ve never been there :/, I just moved to Greenvale I live just 2 mins away from this medical centre that I am apparently not eligible to seek help from a doctor, what is this kindergarten DO you have to be ENROLLED to see a freaking Doctor ??? How’s anyone meant to see seek help IF THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN THERE, if you’re new don’t even bother call these ….

Super rude male answering the phone, he sounded young and was not respectful when I simply called asking if there’s any chance I could make an appointment for today, he answered with “I don’t even know who you are, tell me your name first” in a very rude tone. Very disappointed.

Worst ! Slowest reception medical centre- they don’t follow appointment times ! Nearly an hour waiting with a toddler - kept being told we are next only to have everyone go in before us even though we had an appointment! What’s the point of having an appointment?! Worst service ever!

A wonderful centre full of well trained staff and amazing GPs! In the 10 minute consultancy sessions the GPs are able to provide all the support you need for most issues. It is important to note that these sessions are only 10 minutes but all the GPs are well trained to diagnose your issues. They are an IPN clinic after all.

Brand new fitouts make the place shiny and neat. Had a great experience twice here. Can't complain, really! Keep up the good job!

Worst clinic I've ever been to in my life. Wait times can be up to 1 hour, and now they offer mixed billing and tell you different prices to pay each time, the receptionists have absolutely no idea how to answer any questions and the clinic stinks. Got charged $100 for a 10 minute appointment and was told it was considered a 'long appointment's what a joke. Don't come here under any circumstances, not even for medical certificate.

I really genuinely think the doctors and the receptions at Greenvale medical centre are really kind and generous and helpful (they are also really close by) you don’t Commonly see that in other establishments who prioritise their time instead of u as their best interest, they truly try to give you the best healthcare they can and the doctor that treated me and my family has been going to a long time Dr NADIA baluch who was really caring and experienced in her judgement and diagnosis truly relieved my worries and health concerns

I believe this clinic has improved, I love my doctor Nazanin Ghasri She’s so helpful and kind. The receptionists are MUCH nicer from previous years, they can come off as a bit rude to some patients but they’ve improved a lot. Keep your eye out for the billing prices.

Don’t bother coming here - Dr. Google is better. Doctor dismissed my husbands medical concerns like he was a teenager trying to get the day off school. “Stress is causing indigestion”. Not bothering to ask about family medical history.

Dr Sadaf Latif from our experience does not take the time or care with patients who have questions or concerns but rather seems to hurry you along to get paid and get you out the door. Also billing private fees for telehealth appointments of which last less than 5 mins and are also more than 1 hr late! And not to mention all doctors in this establishment run 30mins-1hr+ late without fail. Even forgetting appointments. Would not recommend this clinic. They have serious work to do before I would recommend Greenvale to anyone.

Rude receptionists don’t know what they’re doing or talking about when I asked if referral had been sent “obviously they were sent over” is what I was told. Doctor was supposed to send my referral over a month ago to hospital, after chasing down hospitals no one had my referral turns out the doctor forgot to send it and then they asked me to make another appointment and pay the fee so she could fix her mistake from my expense. Unreliable and unprofessional

3rd phone call I had to make for the receptionists to get my kids appointment and name right! Then I get an sms saying I missed my appointment which was in 2 weeks time, and that I had to pay $15 as I missed it but I didn't as the date had not come. Wow! So many more issues, specifically one Dr comes to work 1 hr late whenever we saw her. So I'd book a morning appointment and be the first to be seen but every time I still wait 1 hour! I see her quickly walking in the door as she knows she's late to work. That's just not ok. What is this, a social gathering. Hate hate hate dealing with this clinic. Where's the manager on all these issues and others reviews?

Worst service. Staff don’t know how to differentiate booking a face to face appointment with a Telehealth appointment. They take pre-payment for the appointment and the Dr never calls you.

My son had extreme barking coughs and struggled to catch his breath, we called the ambos early hours of the morning and they advised us to see a GP for further assessment and prescribed medicine. We saw DR NADIA BALUCH and she said my son had a severe case of Hayfever… and gave us hayfever symptom medication. That night my son was admitted to the royal children’s hospital with a nasty virus and what was a start to a chest infection. Dr’s at the hospital were dumbfounded with how my son was told only a couple hours earlier from a GP he had hayfever… will definitely not be back to see that Dr ever again.

I want to compliment the staff at the medical centre for their good care and understanding. My client required an urgent assessment by GP but didn’t have an appointment. I called the clinic spoke to a very lovely and polite reception staff Jazz, who managed to squeeze us in, despite being fully booked. Thank you so much Jazz and Dr Nazim for your outstanding patient care.
