    As a medical doctor myself, I cannot believe the unprofessionalism at this clinic. Extremely unprofessional service from receptionists. The receptionist was very abrupt, rude and when booking my appointment asked "what do you want?". I clarified if this was over the phone (as the on hold and online booking says Telehealth only) and was sighed and said "well you haven't stated which one you want, have you?". When I told her that she needs to clarify because it isn't clear, she got stroppy and hung up on me. Save your time and go somewhere else. The Doctors at this clinic are constantly leaving as well, you'll rarely get to see the same one again because they've "moved on", don't blame them personally

    I would not even give one star If possible. Every time I visit 35 ,45 to 50 min over the time of an appointment. Don't know why even thay bother to give an appointment. When you ask the receptionist they rude make you feel like they don't care. Suggest people go somewhere they do care for you and your time . Nothing much to say if you have faced or facing same issue post openly so this people understand Good luck

    Doctor and receptionist very rude. I called at 1pm to make a phone appointment, as I was ill and was not able to come into work and required medical certificate. Receptionist advised to call back after 6pm because they cannot make appointment until that time. At 6pm I called 4 times and was on hold for 5 minutes each with no answer. I tried to call back again next day, receptionist advised again call back at 6pm. I called back at 6pm, finally someone answered and booked me in for 9:40pm appointment. Doctor advised he cannot give me medical certificate because i did not have the appointment on the day I require the certificate even though I had been trying and trying to book the appointment with no luck on that day. Very unprofessional and rude. Did not even give me advise on how to recover from my sickness either

    Don't waste your time with this practice as staff not in the best interest of the patients. Results had been sent through and received by them however doctor was too lazy to confirm with reception on the in-coming faxes during the Telehealth appointment. I recalled reception separately and then said oh the nurse can check but we are too busy at the moment. Appointment waste of time - wouldn't trust this business with any urgent health results or concerns. Clearly getting as many 2 minute consultations done and paid for is their priority.

    The nurse who put flu vaccine on my 43 months old daughter isn’t professional. She didn’t clean the place of my baby’s hand before putting injections. Just put the injection and put a bandaid on it. Later it was bleeding, which stain my baby’s dress. Same thing happened with me before. Very very unprofessional and dodgy service. Unprofessional nurse. Won’t come back here again. Stay away from this place. Date and time: 30/06/2020, 12.30 pm

    To do the iron infusion, why do we need to pay the full money as I have called 2 other clinic and they said they rebate $75 from medicare. When I ask them why they are not doing the same. Receptionist just simply answered she doesnt know what account other clinic billing at, they are charging full money. Only i have to see the regular doctor, thats why I have to pay there. As it was urgent. But very shame. Also funny thing u can nake the appointment only 2 hours ago..as if we are always free 2 hours before we them and if we called. He is fully booked for the night. How does that work?

    I have been to this clinic many times and I’ve always had issues. To make a ‘late/ after hours’ appointment you need to call back at 6pm for new appointment times to be released. Upon calling the medical centre the number hangs up on you because they ‘ cannot take your call at the moment’. The waiting time is ridiculous even though you have made an appointment, I understand that other patients may have been seen before me but maybe the doctors need to be responsible for their times and acknowledge the 10 minute appointment rule.

    Horrible experience. Dr surabhi + Dr iram no sense to speak with patients. Pathetic service. Visited with my 1 month old daughter in heavy rains. Keep waiting 2 hours.and then once you enter doctors cabin the doctor says u have 2 minutes to bark out ur problem. These doctors have no respect to talk. Dr surabhi is good for nothing.

    Always have to wait atleast an hour to be seen, once I got seen I needed a form pretty urgently and the doctor told me he would "try" to get it completed within 5 days ! Don't understand why he couldn't do it while I was there. And then I asked him about contraception and he told me he doesn't have time so make another appointment mind you I waited an hour after my appointment time to be seen and was in there for 2 minutes. Unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will be changing doctors.

    Disgusting service. I came for a checkup with concerns for endometriosis, as I am fitting the symptoms and wanted to make sure I don’t have it as I don’t want to have any fertility problems. The female doctor that served me completely dismissed me and said that if period pains were so bad, I wouldn’t even be able to go to the clinic. Gave me a script for OVER THE COUNTER painkillers without even properly assessing the situation. Extremely unprofessional doctors. Expected more from a female doctor as women’s health concerns are very serious.

    Receptionists and manager are amazing human beings that put their patients first at all times, Dr Manjur Morshed on the other hand is an absolute embarrassment to every practising GP! Undermining his own colleagues and treating patients with absolute disrespect because he knows he can! Until the day he gets mouthy with the wrong person. Even the staff dispise him and can't wait for him to leave the practice!!

    Every time I come here it gets worse and worse, always changing doctors so it prevents patients trusting their gp, it has gotten to the point i cant even understand them as they dont speak fluent english, ridiculous wait times, up to a week even with an appointment, how does someone even make an appointment for a week plus? must be nice to know when you will get sick, such a joke Wouldn't recommend at all, this place need to shut down and let a real medical company take over so things can get done and people can be looked after properly, people's health is not a joke and should be taken seriously

    It's funny I see all the negative reviews. I can say there are a number of doctors there that I get 5 star worthy service, including nurses, consistently. I understand people have some bad experiences and some doctors come and go so obviously you are going to get mixed results. I think people go in there with high expectations without understanding medical staffs limitations. "Limitations" I hear you say? This one doctor has to know about every possible medical condition known to man and how it will affect each individual.....I think they do a great job and a little respect goes a long way to the GP profession. If it is that concerning, you'd be referred to a specialist who charges $300 - and not question their opinion....

    This rating is aimed at Dr Ainul Hassan only. If given the chance I would give 0 stars. The fact that I came in today for a care plan to be asked “what’s wrong with you” is a disgrace in itself but then to be dismissed after checking if I was suicidal was just worse. Absolutely disgusting that I’ve gone out my way to seek some guidance and I’ve been turned away from a doctor. You have no compassion, why are you even a doctor? Was in the room for all of 2 minutes to be questioned and not helped. Thank you for wasting my morning and making me feel so confronted…

    Absolutely terrible service from reception staff. I understand that it is short staff but no one wants to help anyone, and people have to be more compassionate but staff is just rude. It’s sad.

    My son had an appointment at 8.30pm for checking on his wound and dressing. We waited almost 45mins and then later dr. asked us to get in. then he said there is no nurse available for wound dressing. If nurse is not there, I expected dr.will have a look on the wound to see how it's going. But Dr.didn't even had a look, instead he was keep on apologizing and sent us back home.

    OMG ! avoid at all cost. This is the worst medical centre in the area. Patients know more than the doctors here. It is a joke. Wonder how these people got their registration with AHPRA. Dont waste your time by seeing any doctor here.

    Very rude over the phone, very lazy staff, the place is a mess, and im trying my best to get my ultrasound results thinking i have something serious and i gotta wait another 24 hours because i did not call at 4pm sharp??? these doctors are not really good at all even messed up the name on the ultrasound referral.

    I’m writing to say a big thank you to Sandy one of the amazing nurses at this clinic. Last year I got bitten by a Rottweiler locally to me. I was walking and thought this dog was on a leash it leapt and bit my hand and wrist. I had blood dripping while me and my son ran home. My local clinic was shut as it was after 5.30pm. So I drove down to this clinic. When I got there they were open after hours. But receptionist said nurses had just finished. Sandy must have overheard and stayed back to clean my wound and gave me a tetanus shot. I’m so grateful at the care I received from her. She could have just went home. Kindness and care is rare to find these days. What a beautiful person. Thank you so much Sandy 💛❤️

    I love communicating with practice manager Katrina and Tracy and all the amazing reception at Wyndham Village Medical Centre. It is always a pleasure walking into this clinic seeing their amazing smiles and welcoming caring nature. Best clinic in town.

    Please Please Please Try not to go to this Medical centre. Specially Dr Yanagen or not sure what's his name. He has nooooo Idea what is he doing, I think a ward boy or a reception person will treat you way better than this Doctor or its better to stay home and tolerate the symptoms but please do not go to this doctor. I urge to the Health Services, Please Inspect this clinic and review these doctors, specially Yanagen!! Zero Star and will never ever recommend to Anyone, I will drive to another suburb for 2 hours but never go to this clinic.

    I went to Pathology today Pathologist was on duty was very rude and unprofessional I was late for my blood test after my doctor prescribed me for blood test I am working and have little one so I couldn't make it earlier but this Pathologist was keep telling me why u didn't get your blood test done I told her I am working and there was another reason but she was like we all work you can't say this there are another Pathology where you can go. I just walked out without saying anything but seriously my whole day is spoiled .

    I definitely recommend this clinic, compared to previous years, customer service has drastically improved at this centre, very friendly staff. But the fabric chairs are filthy as... Please clean them or change to leather ones. Thanks

    Dr. Mohammad Yeganeh was great. The receptionist is far from polite. Maybe its just the way she speaks but the place could've hired better. Quite a let down for the doctor.

    One of their reception staff members is lacking in training and communication with patients, disrespectful and abrupt. When i spoke with the manager excuse of short staff was given. Even if your staff members are having a busy day it doesn't allow them to disrespect their patients.

    Overall I was well taken care of this evening, from the receptionist thru to the doctor and nurse on duty. Thank you doc for explaining everything throughly thank you to the nurse for ensuring I felt abit better than when I first arrived after I had treatment and to the lovely receptionist thanks for being polite and friendly. What a great team you have🙂

    I had an amazing experience last night. My son had a finger injury last night (Saturday evening). The professional receptionist booked us in immediately and we were served by the most compassionate doctor and nurse. They mended by son’s finger and the bleeding stopped immediately. I’m incredibly grateful for their wonderful service. 10/10. Thank you !

    I've been coming to this clinic for over 10 years, The Receptionist are always so lovely n welcoming, willing to take their time to help. Leanne always greeting me with a beautiful smile n always interacting with me & my kids, making us feel so welcomed The Nurse Sandy & Mandy are always so gentle & caring. I travel all the way from Caroline Spring, as it's worth the drive & Wouldn't take my family anywhere else

    I had an amazing experience yesterday with the staff of this place. Despite the fact that I was given the wrong address by members of my mom's insurance, Katrina (the manager of this place) was absolutely kind and patient, and guided me to get there. They were so gentle, welcoming, and professionals. I recommend this place highly.

    I believe either the receptionist are under paid or they hired some very undertrained people . Utterly unprofessional, uneducated, no empathy , no customer service. Management you are wasting money , hire some good people . you will get better reviews and business.

    This place is unbelievable. 2 decent doctors in the entire clinic, the rest don't give a stuff about anything. My partner has been through an absolute ordeal with these "doctors" having to fight tooth and nail to get tests done for a condition. We were then told to "call the day before to check to see if the nurse is in, you don't need an appointment" so they can do the test. I call the day before, "yes yes there will be a nurse blah blah blah". So my partner comes out on her own and no, there is no nurse, nobody that can perform a simple oral bacteria test. Will not be returning again. This is not the first time things EXACTLY like this has happened, but it will be the last.

    I am giving this clinic 2 stars as there are some fantastic, caring Dr there however be warned. In my experience with Telehealth - terrible. My Telehealth appt was at 6pm and I received my call at 11.55pm! I needed a referral so I stayed up. Second time , same story, except I didn’t answer as I was asleep. When you go into the clinic for your scheduled appointment, they make you go and wait in your car until the Dr calls you. I waited in the dark car park for 1 hour and 40 minutes. No other clinic I have across (since covid ruled have dropped) make you wait in your car, and definitely not for hours! Terrible, terrible management!

    Wait times are ridiculous, it’s about a 40 minute plus wait (even if you’re on time or early). When you explain your issues to the doctors they just brush them off, so you leave feeling unheard and suffering. Doctors are also rude and have an attitude. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY OF THE DOCTORS HERE.

    I had to take my son here as our regular GP is closed on saturdays. The reception staff are very rude. Me and my husband felt like never come back to this clinic again. Dr was friendly and polite. But I think the lady’s in reception should definitely learn how to interact politely and provide a welcoming approach to patients into the clinic.

    Contacted to let them know household had COVID, and that my daughter needed an appointment over the phone as clearly we are not allowed to leave our house just to be told “sorry we can’t help you she hasn’t been a patient here for 12 months to get a phone consult” literally declining to allow a phone consult for a child regardless of their medical state and knowing we have to isolate goes against “patient care” in every form. I really hope no one has had a bad outcome due to your lack of care for your patients. Not to mention we haven’t been in the country for 12 months either. Disgusting service. Will be removing ourselves from your patient list and going elsewhere. Every review on here is bad and you guys still haven’t figured out that you need to start doing better for your patients. Disgusting is an understatement. If I could have given negative stars I would have. Yuck

    I had an appointment with Dr Iram. Came out of her room very disappointed. Very frustrated and very upset. I didn’t even get what I went for. First thing I did when I left her room was calling another doctor to make another appointment in different clinic.
