    Ordered and paid for a 2 piece combo, breast and wing. Got all the way home to discover that they decided I should have a leg and thigh. Poor service.

    This place has the worst, by far, customer service of all food chains I’ve been to. Their employees are the most miserable and disgruntled people, no one smiles at all, they’re mostly rude and gives you this look if you ask for dinner plates and utensils, like you’re asking for their first born. I haven’t been to this place in a long time for the exact reason and it was a big mistake going back, nothing has changed.. different set of employees, the same miserable attitude. The food is reasonable, but you lose your appetite waiting for your order watching these employees serve customers. What a shame.

    Used to like Popeyes until they came to Deer Park. I went there the other day. Ordered normal like I do 3rd time this week. And they keep messing up my order. I asked for mild chicken tenders, they gave me spicy ones. Then when I came back. They took back the spicy tenders, then gave me spicy tenders again. When I went home. My kid threw a fit. I don't understand how you could mess that up. Can't you smell the spices. Sure if I worked around food the entire day I could tell the difference from spicy and mild. But I guess that's just me.

    The food is good but the service is not that great. Drive thru is slow even though there aren't many customers and they take their sweet time to take your order. However I do like their food. I tried their new chicken nuggets and they were delicious. Very crunchy and flavorful with thick white meat inside. The sweet heat sauce and blackened ranch is the way to go. Popeyes has good food but per usual not very good employees

    Wow...i usually go to the huntington location but lately. The food has been underwhelming which i reviewed earlier.(see nasty coldslaw.aaaargh!!!!).. the deer park location was a revelation...restored my faith in popeyes...chicken had some spicy flavor to it...all of the order was warm 10 min after i got home...u had to wait for the fries in the parking lot BUT... they came out deliciosly hot and crisp....ate half of them on the way home.. so frkn good... kudos to the staff and to the guy who hand delivered the fries to my car..i will def drive further to this location for its service and freshness!

    This place always providing the worst services. On my last order got wrong items. I had to drive back to the store again. Before that another week I ordered 5 pieces signature chicken but received 1 thigh and all wings with no meat. These kind of bad services started after the manager short Spanish lady working here

    My daughter wanted Popeyes we waited for food for 10 mins to get the wrong order then had to wait 15 minutes for them to bring it out, doors were locked on a Saturday before 9pm... Absolutely ridiculous

    Completely ran out of Chicken for 20 minutes at 5:25 in the afternoon. Absolutely unacceptable. Won't ever , ever return to this location. Rude staff and the chicken was horrible once it finally came out. They need serious management changes at this location.

    Long wait at this location and when I did get to the register the clerk wanted $15.00 for 4 legs so I walked out. This is a crazy price for only legs no sides no drink.

    I ordered popcorn chicken and a 3 piece chicken meal all white meat. My order hadn't even printed out by the time I got there which was about 15 minutes after I ordered it. The chicken meal was supposed to be all white meat but there was one wing and 2 thighs. Before I left with my food I asked the person who bagged it if it was all white meat and he said yes. This is the 2nd time that my order was not ready when I picked it up.

    Popeys's Deer Park was great at a point in time. It's really not a factor who Popey's employ. But when you have racist Lationas female employees it becomes horrible and the food quality drops depending on the time you purchase. Last night was the worst experience ever. Popeyes Please hire some secret shoppers. 1bad employee can ruin a good reputable establishment. . I pull up online coupon they did not honor it. It's like the employee is making their own terms and conditions. 1 employee brought my rating of Popeyes to 0.

    I haven't ordered from Popeyes in awhile because the quality hasn't been consistent. But today, whoever is in charge, I was very pleased with my meal. It gave me what I've been missing. I had the spicy chicken tenders, fries, sweet tea and took a chance to try the mac and cheese. Everything was hot and cooked really well. I ordered through Uber eats so was pleasantly surprised it was still very warm to my liking. I will definitely order again and hope the consistency remains.

    This is my favorite popeyes location. The staff is amazing, the establishment is immaculate and clean, and EVERYONE is so welcoming and in a good mood. I come here almost every week because the food is exceptionally better at this location in comparison to others. Naz, the manager, is always so helpful and cheerful. She is always so helpful, polite, sweet, and accommodating. The camraderie between the staff is obvious, and its so nice to see a tight knit, cohesive unit. My favorite meals are the blackened tenders, spicy wings, and the fries are amazing. The quality and freshness is unmatched- deer park popeyes will continue to get me as a customer!

    I love Popeyes but EVERY SINGLE TIME I make an order at the drive through, if it’s more than one item, they forget to put something in. I always notice when I get home and check my receipt to make sure I am not going crazy. It is already overpriced that I cannot afford to not get my Items too. I have decided that they are not worth my money nor time. No more Popeyes for me for a looooong time.

    Dining room was closed I arrived around 1015pm. Drive Thru was very busy, long line all the way at shoulder of street, made the line knowing of the wait. Waiting , ordering and receiving the food took around 25 minutes but everything was hot and fresh, the team was very polite and friendly

    Good lord Everytime I go here they forget something A side or something... this time a whole meal Called and no one answers Called the 800# on the receipt and instantly get hung up on Check your order before you leave this place Will be boycotted because you keep costing me money and my family's food. Do you know how upseting it is when your kids food is not in the bag? 3 out of 5 trips you have forgotten something. You get what you pay for with your workers.

    The line at the drive through moved quickly. The cashier who took my payment and gave me the food was very friendly. The chicken sandwich I ordered was hot and seemed freshly cooked/heated up. It was tender and juicy. The fries were delicious! I will definitely be going there again.

    I’ve gone here a few times and to be honest even though they are relatively new they keep dropping the ball. It’s seems as though every time I go here they run out of something. Let me ask you, how does a chicken place run out of chicken before dinner? No this particular visit they did not run out of chicken however they did run out of french fries so when I ordered my three meals I had to exchange french fries for mashed potatoes for one. I don’t know if it’s due to ordering issues or they just didn’t wanna make more but thank goodness somebody in my family wanted that. I hope they get it together soon otherwise I’ll have to drive to bay shore mall to get Popeyes for now on.

    The food was good. The service was horrible. And I'm not sure what the hell was up with the menu at the drive thru. It was set to "let me blind the customers" I actually had to wear my sunglasses while ordering. By the time I got to the window, the food wasn't ready. They had me pull up and wait. I sat waiting for almost 30 minutes. I had to go in and the order hadn't even been started!

    I totally understand the understaffed issues, but that should not roll into bad customer service. Counter person was unfriendly. Basically had a chip on his shoulder. The coke was more seltzer and seemed annoyed when I said was empty. I'd rather driver to another location than return there.

    To: Rosita From customer Went to Popeyes for the first time ever, went to the one on deer park Ave. went to the register I was attended by Rosita. Now before I leave my review, I work in the customer service field. And if your having a bad day don’t take it out on other ppl. I placed my order and I got attitudes, maybe she couldn’t hear me because of the plexiglass in between us. And I had to ask her can you repeat that because I couldn’t hear her she had a mask on as well. But you don’t have to give off that vibe and give me a attitude. Your a manager, you have people working under you set a good example.

    Just whent here to pick up an order. The order what's ready by the promise time. Also the employees at like they don't care. Poor handling of the food. One of the employees was handling the chicken with his bear handling. Also it looks unsanitary. I wouldn't be surprised if this place food make some people sick

    NAZ was super friendly accommodating and organized even tho food was coming g out slow and it was busy she was great at holding it down and coordinating with her team. I’ve work in the food industry and she is great and people rarely leave a review to let them know how good people are doing.

    Popeyes in Deer Park chicken sandwich is quite delicious and juicy. Only Chick fil A rivals it. Other fast food chicken sandwiches are lacking in my opinion. The Popeyes in Deer Park LI is clean and service is good, just alittle slow at times. Would recommend, but will need patience.

    Asked for two chicken sandwiches meals and just got the sandwich’s no fries or drink. Then we wanted a side of tenders, that’s it but they charged me for a full meal. Staff was unfriendly and hard to understand. A quick food experience shouldn’t be a big problem it should be quick and simple. I also asked for 2 of each sauce and was meant with the response “haha, no that’s too much”. The laziness was unbelievable.

    The quality of the chicken has really gone down hill. Popeyes had the best fried chicken years ago and now it tuff and mostly just bones and skin. Very disappointed with the 16 pic family meal. Just to be fair the mashed potatoes and coleslaw were good.

    The service was incredible and the food was out of this world. I will definitely be visiting again as this is one of the best Popeyes. I had ordered the blackened chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. For a fast food place this is by far the best bacon that I have ever had as it was tender. 10/10 I can't wait to come back here.
