My watch strap broke and needed replacing. The little metal spindle the connects the strap to the watch had sheered off. This was replaced in less than a minute. The price for this NOTHING The chap just asked me to put something in the charity box. I cannot recommend this particular Timpsons high enough. All during the middle of this horrible pandemic. Have used Timpsons in Willenhall Morrisons b4, had an old watch with small inner dial that had come off was fixed on a Monday for free broke again 3 days later took it back asked if there was anything they could do, The guy that works there Jarrod not only fixed it but used his knowledge and this time fixed the issue issue permanently using his experience and knowledge, I also needed an A4 photo printing from my phone,he helped me through the stages step by step showing great patience and understanding This guy is the absolute definition of of customer service knowledge understanding off a customer not knowing or understanding the technology of transferring an image from phone to the machine. He should be promoted to the head of training for Timpsons in how to help and how to deal with customers like myself. On the strength of his superb customer service skills I also purchased 2 new house keys with the union union flag on them which I had no intention of buying. 10/10 on every aspect of his job.

Great service got a new dog name tag engraved did not have to wait long for it to be done and it looks fantastic on my dog collar

Went for my renault megane key card price was fair but can get cheaper. I guess what you pay for .... and for the service I paid for was very professional and friendly. Time for the job was quick so in all and good job done .

I had to order a blank key for my motorcycle from Suzuki as I wanted an original item with the logo, I popped into Timsons to ask them if they'd cut it for me and the young man behind the counter point blank refused to do it for me as he said he didn't know the quality of the key, I said the quality is not in question as it's a genuine key blank and I'd sooner trust Suzuki than a generic key, he was quite arrogant / rude and still refused to do it, I told him to forget it and went to a local company (Davenport Burgess) who had no problem doing it for me, Timsons you've lost a customer and I've always wondered why your counter is always empty, I guess I know why !!

My experience was very good, they are based in Morrisons Willenhall. My car key broke off the fob, they changed it over and cut me a new key , while I did my shopping. Price was good too

Needed to get my car key looked at as the unlock button had stopped working. I sussed that it's the button and not the remote itself... Took it to Timpson's inside Morrisons and they fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Even showed me what was wrong. Friendly, polite service. Saved me £60 on a new key + setting up.

If you need yale supieror key cut don’t go to timpsons , absolute rip off , I got quoted £33 for one or £51 for two, if you have the numbers which came with your keys , I ought then off ebay for £4.80 each , I had 3 cut for under £15

£15 for a new heel and they damaged my boot - would not recommend and would not use again
