Imax screen is amazing, seats comfortable, seats set up to you easily see over the person in front. Sound system incredible, but perhaps a little loud. Free parking and plenty of it and having restaurants around is great. Down side is the price of thing like drinks. They are staggering.

Really good place. The 4DX 3D theatre experience in perhaps one of the best in the country. Would definitely try again soon.

Took the grandchildren to see Wonka in the 4D imax. They absolutely loved it, such great fun. Moving seats, water spray, bubbles and puffs of sweet smelling essence. 1 Popcorn and a drink at £11 is a bit steep.

First of all....can we remind Google that Broughton/Brychdyn is in Flintshire, Wales and not Chester 🤦🏻‍♂️ Great cinema based within Broughton Shopping Park. Prices for tickets are pretty reasonable. There's a fantastic range of drinks, snacks and hot food and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The seating is nice and modern and most of all comfortable (which is what you need when you are enjoying watching a film for 2 hours or more). Going to the cinema is regarded as a treat so I think it's money well spent going to Cineworld

Went there this weekend. Watched insidious 3 in screen 7. Enjoyed the movie but it was somewhat spoiled. Firstly it was pretty busy and lots of people getting up midway through the movie which I understand is not the cinemas fault but is frustrating. Secondly the volume needs to go up was to quiet with all the rustling of food packets. Thirdly don't understand why they don't turn the lights completely off? Was to bright in there. Lastly the screen was creased causing shadows on the bottom. Hardly good quality. Quite a costly evening out too over £25 for 2 tickets. Wanted to give it more stars but it really doesn't justify them.

Friendly staff, seats are comfy n plenty of space round or stretch legs a bit, lots of choices of eateries around for anyone fancying bite after. Used my tesco voucher so was rather a bargain. Nice to do this once in a while...

Dropped my son off to watch blue beetle. Staff very helpful. Prices for popcorn and food are very expensive better to plan ahead and take your own. Lovely cinema though very comfy seats.

Good looking cinema but I think the 95p booking fee is an absolute cheek when booking on the app yourself so I don’t go anymore. Also the Hot Fudge Sauce at the Baskin Robbins Ice Cream counter started disappearing a couple of years ago; now it’s consistently never in stock and that was the main reason I would bother going to the cinema in the first place. I wouldn’t be too sad if they closed their doors permanently for these reasons.

Great cinema, friendly staff. Love going to the children's viewings on a weekend and have been enjoying the Disney films reshowing. Just a shame the food & drink is so expensive.

We really like this cinema, there's 11 screens and 5 of them have a box upstairs (don't worry, there's a lift) next to the projectionist room for disabled viewing. Instead of sitting right at the front getting a stiff neck, you sit higher than the back row with a great view. Even the Imax screen has a box

Great cinema. The sound level was perfect (not too loud). Seats are really comfortable and spacious. Cup holder as standard. Clear view from all upper rows... as usual, tonnes of adverts before the show. Would go again.

Prefer this cinema to others as online booking makes scanning tickets and getting to seats quicker and easier. Films are always as good a quality sound/picture wise as you can get these days - can't speak for 3D or 4DX personally though. Only comment would be snacks and drinks prices are a little on the steep side, as they are in most cinemas I suppose

Cons - over priced, concessions closed hours before the movie ended, when able to get concessions the portions are far smaller than other cinemas, a lot of the 4dx features didn't seem to work. Pros - beat and tidy. Cinema is dead.

I loved the movie (Avater:The Way of Water). There was a few technical issues that happened though... about an hour into the film (spoiler(ish): around the time Sully's kids started fighting on the beach, the 3D sort of blinked and became VERY disorientating for a couple seconds... then about 5 minutes later it happened again. I think it happened about 5 times in total but then it stopped). Other than that - I loved it

There's plenty of free parking around and multiple restaurants attached too such as frankie and bennies and nandos which makes it perfect for going with family. Only issue is the sweets and drinks in the cinema definitely can be pricey.

We had a brilliant time here. Took the kids to see Thor Love and Thunder! We used the 4DX screen and the kids loved it!! Cant wait to go again!!

worst website ever - timed out 3 times when trying to book tickets. Buffering to load up, delays on loading payments page then buffering on awaiting confirmation - nightmare! Not the first time this has happened. Scored one star only to get this review on as there are no minus stars. Not surprised Cineworld is going down the pan. Its a real shame as staff are lovely and listened to my negative feedback.

Was good in the past, but recently lacking any form of interest from the staff. There was a spiderweb over the projector lense and 20mins after the advertised start time, people had to walk out and remind them to start the ads and the movie - they were too busy talking and flirting by the looks of things. Shame, because otherwise the place is still clean and spacious.

This is a very good cinema complex. The seating is very comfortable. IMax cinema available though I've never been. The place was very clean & tidy and the toilets were very clean. Wish we had this standard nearer home.

This is my first time in this cinema, came especially to experience 4DX. It was fantastic the seat movement was way more than I expected, great wind, snow etc....... the downfall was the 3D itself I found wasn't great 😕 but what an experience and 100% coming back. Would like to see more variety of movies for the 4DX as only had 2 films to choose from. Staff were good, place was clean, screen room was amazing 👏
