Doctors and medical team are a great asset to Buckley. It is such a shame that a number of receptionists tarnish this medical centre and come across unwilling to help and are down right rude. Believe the practice manager needs to really engage with the team and work through these issues as it seems to be a reoccurring issue. Customer service no matter what industry you work in should always be paramount.

I’ve got to say that during the pandemic this surgery has done remarkably well considering the extremely difficult conditions that the staff have had to cope with. I can only say that the triage system that has been put together is in my opinion far better than the appointment system that was in place previously, and is much more efficient than the face to face with the doctor appointments which lets be honest were not always necessary, whilst it is still possible to get a quick personal appointment should the circumstances arise. Thank you Roseneath and NHS.,

Firstly, the practice itself is very hygienic and the doctors are extremely polite and helpful. However the receptionist staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Which is such a shame as it lets the practice down when it is the only doctors i have attended of which all the doctors are amazing

Would like to say how my husband and I was really impressed how organized the surgery was this morning when we attended for our flu jab.

Repeat prescription failed again. They blame the pharmacy and they in turn blame the surgery. Absolutely useless. I’ll be changing both.

Completed an e-consult on Wednesday. Nobody contacted me on Thursday so I followed the link on the email confirmation I was sent. Still nobody contacted me on Friday either. What are you supposed to do when you can’t get through on the phone? It’s really not good enough. The e-consult form is ridiculous and constantly tells you to ring the surgery for an urgent appointment if you say the pain is too bad. I wouldn’t be doing the e-consult if I could get through on the phone! If you go into the surgery on foot to try and get an appointment you are told to go online and do an e-consult the following morning. E-consult is now only available 5am to 1pm Monday to Friday! If you try 111 phone number they say keep trying to ring your surgery. I feel scared for the people of Wales as the GP service is not fit for purpose anymore. No wonder A&E is overwhelmed as people have no choice but to seek help there as they are left in pain with nowhere to turn.

I completed an e consult today. It said it I had to ring the surgery to make an URGENT appointment. When I tried the receptionist she said I couldn't have an appointment as it wasn't a medical emergency! She suggested I try again reducing what I put down as the pain level. This I have done but it is still advising me to book an urgent appointment. What absolute rubbish. I will now have to spend all Monday morning trying to get through.
