Went in yesterday and was so happy with the service I asked for their names, they told me they were called Freya and Hattie and honestly the customer service and milkshakes were both excellent. Will definitely be returning for more in the future; you couldn’t have done better choosing your employees!

Went in on Saturday and the staff couldn’t have been sweeter. It was my first time going and a blonde girl walked me through each step which was so helpful. Would recommend to all. Can’t emphasise enough how amazing the staff were !

Staff seemed rude, more bothered about chatting to each other than serving me. Got a kinder beuno milkshake it was awful tasted like a sweetcorn milkshake.

We loved it. Saw it in the morning. Visited in the afternoon. Even though we showed just before closing, the staff was gracious, walked us through our options, answered all of our questions. We thought each shake was delicious. When we visit Chester again, we’ll also visit the Funky Cow again too,

Proper lovely can't recommend enough can I can I request a idea though like a harry potterish shake like butterbeer, butterscotch syrup, vanilla ice cream ( called the buttery lighting bolt ) topped with a golden snitch (ferero roshay still in gold wrapping) something to mimic cream soda flavour. Because the Cadbury caramel today was epic. First ever vist will be back. Loads of quirky ideas. Can't wait to try marmite lol. Thank you Sarah leighton and Craig Gater

good milkshakes, the workers are not as nice as they should be kept staring at me and my friends talking about us and laughing, we could tell they were talking about us which is a not nice experience to be going through as it was my second time going there

Very lovely staff , ice cream’s portions are giant.

Ordered two milk shakes, both of them not thick enough and tasted like milk more than the actual flavours. The girl at the counter served me like she wanted to get rid of me. Poor service, deplorable shakes. Not returning again.

It's great, but recently more and more ingredients are not available. Get it together guys.

There was a long queue when we arrived but it was dealt with well and our order done swiftly and my kids loved it and once it had quietened the staff showed some added interest and attentiveness. The range is fabulous and I love going as a treat.
