Wonderful place, cosy welcoming atmosphere with warm friendly staff and lovely food. Stumbled into the place by chance on a wet and windy day to celebrate mum birthday... couldnt have been more pleased with the way they treated us both. And we got a free slice of cake. Fab unique place... we will be back xx

I love this cafe and was really disappointed to be told. There was no room upstairs for lunch... As the lady cooking food said they were under staffed despite 2 members of staff There was 10 seated downstairs. In these financial times is it good to turn customers away.. I love this place. 😀

Absolutely beautiful place to relax ! Try to go upstairs as it’s in its own little world. Food was amazing 🤩 but it’s the service that really , really stands out ! The girls were very helpful and they are happy to run up & down stairs for you ! The Menu is very wide ranging with not the normal boring stuff you get in most places. It was our 2nd time there today but the question I have is once you’ve been here WHY would you ever choose to go anywhere else ??

Having enjoyed the brunches here, we dipped our toe into the Fri/Sat tapas experience for the first time this evening. Absolutely fabulous and well worth the little bit of planning in advance to choose your dishes. Rob is an awesome host and the food was all delicious. We’ll be back.

Worked in Mold for 2 weeks and ended up going to Caffi'r Cob every day. The owner Rob was so lovely and it is the cutest place with beautiful coffee and lovely food. We were even given some freebies. A homely and wonderful place to visit. Can't wait to come back.

I have eaten here a couple of times, once for lunch and once from their tapas evening menu. The service and food have both been excellent. Lunch was home made soup and home made bread followed by a large almond and cherry scone - all of it was delicious. The tapas menu did not disappoint, the food was excellent. Looking forward to my next visit!

Rob has made a little paradise in the heart of Mold. Incredible food and coffee (try the vegan haggis!) and the chat is as wonderful as the setting. Definitely check Caffi’r Cob out! Thank you so much, Rob! xx

What a fabulous new bijou quirky cafe/bistro in Mold. Have been a couple of times and it hasn't disappointed. We went for lunch at about 1 30pm today. Picked off their special board 'Sweet potato, onion and thyme soup served with home made bread'. Hot chocolate to drink. The soup was really tasty and the hot chocolate was piping hot. Caffi'r Cob will also be opening shortly on the first floor - decor is quirky and will be opening in the evening and will be licensed. For me it provides an opportunity to practice Welsh.

Friendly staff. Beautiful well presented food. Cute little place, with lots of quirky decor to peruse at. Many thanks for the wonderful service. Maybe a small place, but it has the best bacon toastie with the homemade bread. Divine.

We went in for a late breakfast. We were greeted warmly and found a very comfy place to sit downstairs. It was very nice to have table service. We ordered Earl Grey, which came in a teapot with china cups and saucers. We had a lovely breakfast, and the quality of the food is top-notch. We will definitely be back it's my new favourite cafe. Went to an amazin Tapas evening and the food was out of this world. Service was brilliant and couldn't fault the food. Good selection for my wife who is vegetarian and every dish was just delicious. Can't wait to go back. Thank u so much Rob and the Team 💙👍

Fantastic place for a coffee but we had Tapas in the evening and it was amazing, great variety, best meal I’ve had in a very long time. The service was relaxed but very attentive, couldn’t fault it. Can’t wait to go back.
