Very warm and welcoming staff! I went in for a wax and it was my first time visiting the salon. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease which is essential for any spa visit - especially when waxing is involved. My day was made when I took part in the lucky dip and found I’d won £10 off my treatment! Will 100% be back in the future, would highly recommend.

This was my first visit to GLOW after receiving a gift voucher from my son for Mother's Day! Booked a 90-minute massage, Back, arms, shoulder, neck and head massage with a facial. Tilly was lovely, listened beforehand when telling about medical conditions and requiring a lighter pressure. By the end of the 90 minutes I was so relaxed I didn't want to leave :) I will be back, Thank you.

Had eyelash tint eyebrow tint asked to leave on as long as possible the beautician did that very good results shall return forgot beautician s name she was ace

Isobel is lovely and I always find GLOW a relaxing and pleasant place to be. HD brows and lamination always turn out well and have had nail treatments here too. There is a good selection of beauty products and treats to buy as well. Would recommend!

Today was my first visit to GLOW and I felt so nervous to go for my first ‘Hollywood Wax’ (I’ve never had any type of waxing done before either) I’ve wanted to have one done for so long, but kept putting it off! Tilly was AMAZING and made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked through the doors! My second appointment is already booked. Took my daughter to Glow in Chester for ear piercing and mini makeover. The staff were lovely; not only did they manage to source the earrings she wanted ahead of time, they were patient and reassuring when she was nervous, making it a really memorable 13th birthday. Great service!
