I found Nigit through Instagram after previously being disappointed with a kerastraight treatment at a salon local to me. I was impressed with her work displayed online and even more impressed with the enthusiasm and honesty she showed when I approached her to enquire about having my hair done with her. My hair is quite difficult to manage and I was looking for a kerastraight treatment with someone I could trust would do a good job. It’s a lot of money to spend and I wanted results. Nigit immediately understood my desired result , had a really in-depth knowledge of the product and process and was keen to help me achieve a perfect outcome. I had full confidence in her so drove over 35 miles to visit her to get it done. I was not disappointed! Thank you for making me feel so at ease! She meticulously applied the treatment and I could tell she was so passionate about her work - and the end result for me! I am so pleased with my hair and will absolutely be returning in the future to have it done again. Thank you so much ♥️

I had a pedicure with gel polish. My pedicure was fabulous, and the gel polish should last me a while. Nigit is a lovely person, very welcoming, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. She is such a nice person and so easy to chat with. I would recommend a visit and will definitely be back.

I recently had Dermaplaning and an eyebrow tint with Nigit @ Serenity Beauty and Hair, she did a fantastic job, my skin felt and looked amazing. Nigit is truly passionate about what she does and really takes the time and care with her clients. She is also a lovely person, who instantly made me feel at ease and we had a great laugh/chat throughout the appointment. Super friendly, gave me useful tips on how to look after my eyebrows. Very quick and efficient and I love how she tidied up my brows, they look great!

I had an eyelash extension appointment with Nigit and it was a lovely experience, my eyelashes look amazing and she was so lovely and approachable. I've never had eyelash extensions before and my eyes were fluttering like crazy but she managed to create beautiful lashes despite my crazy eyelids making her job harder! I've been to a few salons in my time but I will say Nigit was the nicest beauty therapist I've had, I will definitely be back. 10/10.

Nigit @ Serenity Beauty and Hair is amazing and has been doing my eyebrows and eyelashes for quite some time now. She always does an excellent job and makes sure I am happy with the end result! We have a good laugh and you can clearly see she cares for her clients and is passionate about what she does! Could not recommend enough!

I had a Brazilian blow dry keratin treatment with Nigit two weeks ago. Wow just wow! I have short fine frizzy hair and had got to the point that I never bothered blow drying and straightening as literally would step out of the house and I would look like I had been dragged through a hedge backwards! This is an amazing treatment I wish I had found years ago! Not cheap but so worth it! Two tests that absolutely put the treatment to the test, first week walking dogs my hair remained straight and frizz free, amazing. Week two site trip for work on a dock yard, blowing a gale and hard hat had zero expectation to come in from site safety tour and be able to simply brush and go! Brilliant definitely be having it done again.

I had the keratin treatment done here a coupe of days ago and I am so impressed with the results. I have thick and curly hair naturally but it is still as sleek, smooth and straight as it was when I left the salon. Nigit is lovely and made sure she took the time and effort to do the treatment well. The salon is clean, bright and has a welcoming atmosphere. :)
