Went to the indoor climbing wall facility and had an amazing time. Outstanding coaches/instructors Emma and Sophie were incredible; very professional and really friendly. Facilities are outstanding. Really fun way to develop new skills and get some exercise. Highly recommend without reservation.

Excellent facilities, especially climbing centre where staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Climbing is regularly reset to give you fresh challenges and keep you coming back for more. Can't praise the guys in there enough. Also highly recommended the Tuesday night yoga session 👍😁

It is a great little conference venue. I was sad that by day three of the conference, the little pre-packed biscuits had disappeared, and the sandwich selection had decreased, but otherwise, it was perfectly suited for our needs. The food in the cafe is lovely, I still wake up in the night sometimes with my mouth watering for the taste of one of their sausage rolls.

Great place. Although 9am opening on a Sat and Sun is way too late. Be awesome if they got a few saunas as well.

Excellent place. They looked after us all so well whilst we attended a two week work course there. The food was delicious and they welcomed us so much. I would happily attend a course here again and recommend the venue

I went to the cafe. Great place to meet friends eat, chat, work. Quite a few people working on laptops, Spacious and clean. Lovely staff. Clean toilets. Great food at reasonable prices. Lots of parking which is free.

The Strength and Conditioning class brilliant, all trainers great. Friendly gym for beginners to pros and added bonus of the climbing wall included.

Update 28.01.24 Coffee still excellent. If you like mushrooms, try the mushrooms and spinach on sourdough toast. It is also excellent (as most of the food is too!). The cafe space is a nice place to be and is usually pretty busy. Highly recommended 👌 👍 Still a really great place to have a coffee, lunch, snack and / or cake. Coffee one of the best in Newark, and it's got some stiff competition.

The cafe was absolutely incredible Welcoming ..Great atmosphere The most delicious bacon cob I have ever had Grandchildren loved it too So well run spotlessly clean Would highly recommend My son uses the gym too

Climbing facilities really good, small but still plenty to do. My daughter really like it plus the atmosphere.
